I swear it's like i feel a snake moving around in my brain...
I feel every movement and it's like swimming around from my lower part of the brain to the top.
And the whole left side of my brain is going numb.
Such a weird feeling

- Inflammation can feel like that. Be sure your neck is supported with a good pillow tonight.
Magnesium should help. Hope you can get some good sleep tonight. -

Have you increased the systemic enzymes?
This will reduce inflammation and pressure and pain.

I have carol.

Ema, It sounds very uncomfortable! I haven't had this in my head, but a similar feeling in my chest. I think it is the nerves getting mixed up and sending the wrong feedback of sensation to our brains. Are you consuming any caffeine? Maybe reduce any caffeine, and I agree about magnesium.
Also, maybe some chammomile tea will help calm the nerves down.
Best wishes

Thanks.
No, I can't have any caffeine anyway.
It's annoying it continued for hours and hours last night, and it's still there a bit today
