I have these little bumps on the tendons (you can actually see them move when the tendon moves), in muscles, and even along the edges of some bones like the front of my shins.
They can move around slightly when you manipulate them. But they are not very big at all.
Does anyone have this with protomyxzoa that doesn't have bartonella, or is this only a bartonella symptom?
Or, could this be something totally different?
Sorry if I have asked this question before, but I'm really trying to figure out what these are.

I thought Bart also, but somewhere in my memory banks is a foggy whisper of another coinfection causing this also....erlichia or anaplasma maybe?
I don't have the energy to track it down on the web, sorry, but maybe someone else can.

I agree it's Bartonella, but, when I was treating Bartonella in the beginning,
I had mild nodules come up on my scalp that would leave, but one came up on the side of my neck (not the lymph node per say)
and I couldn't get rid of it until I started cholystramine powder- in other words, as I was killing the infection, I needed better detox,
like a binder of some sort, to remove clogged toxins. But I believe it's Bartonella.
