seibert, what is the test for reticulocytes? Does it come in the CBC panel or does it have another name? I am having problems with iron and ferritin and getting the docs to order the right thing is like pulling hens'teeth.

Reticuloyte count is a separate test from the CBC. Very good explanation at the link below.
