Flushing red and hot chest and cheeks on and off has anyone had this with lyme?

- Yes, could be due to lyme. Babesia would also be considered.
Of course, first look at any food, personal care or home / work exposures.
You asked about "adrenaline overcharge" issues in your previous post. That symptom certainly goes hand in hand with lyme, although there could be other reasons as well.
Have you EVER had a bulls eye rash? If not, that does not rule out lyme. However, if so, EVER, that is a clue.

WHY you need an ILADS "educated" or "minded" Lyme Literate doctor (whether MD or ND, or both) - starting with assessment / evaluation for lyme, OTHER tick-borne diseases, and other chronic stealth infections - and all that goes along for the ride.

Okay. Ya at first when they ran my test for lyme the doctor said this almost sounds like lupus... & yes I had a smallamount of pink around the bite about the size of a quarter not the typical bulls eye rash. But It was there for a good month and itched alot. I have always had my chest flushing but more when I am stressed or nervous but it became really bad a few months ago now that I almost look sun burnt on and off.

My bulls eye was atypical-- flame shaped and just had the bite mark/divet in my skin instead of a pink circle. I still had lyme disease. Don't stress if it isn't a picture perfect copy of a bulls eye. I also had a strange rash on lower legs a few months later that in hindsight was probably related. On a side note, problems with adrenal function can lead to darkening of the skin. Are you just flushed or darker? Lyme is a big endocrine disrupter and can leave you with low cortisol which can be life threatening. I agree with the babs and the flushing as a possible explanation.

My cortisol level was actully a little high. And just flushed it just gets red in color and warm on and off they were thinking maybe I have a adrenal tumor too.
