There is a naturopath where I live who claims to be able to cure Lyme and coinfections with IV hydrochloric acid and either humic or fulvic acid (don't remember which one).
He uses live blood microscopy to diagnose which seems a little suspicious to me, and I've already been diagnosed via Igenex.
I know of one person who says he was cured by this guy, but cured of what? I don't even know if he really has Lyme since he was diagnosed via live blood microscopy.
Does anyone know about this treatment?

What?! How do you think they first discovered these organisms in the first place???!!! It was by live blood microscopy. Syphilis and a number of other organisms are diagnosed via live blood microscopy. Trichomonas is diagnosed by live microscopy. I could name more.

Well the word cure makes the HCL very tempting to say the least, but I agree that it sounds a little iffy. I'm hoping to come across someone on here who has tried it.

It won't cure Lyme. What it does is restore blood PH in very sick people.
Thanks I realize it affects pH. It also has a history of being used successfully for infectious diseases, including malaria and tuberculosis.

Okay -- just letting you know it's not bacteriocidal. It supports cell integrity so your immune system can work on the bugs.
If anyone has tried this treatment, they were probably born 1909. But...they might have actually recovered from the infection using this support.

He was born in the 1967 and apparently cured of Lyme, Babesia, and Bartonella. He knows a couple of others who were cured with IV HCL as well.

So I had my first infusion of HCL today and I'm still alive. My live blood cell analysis showed a bunch of spirochetes before and none after. Still I'm not convinced. IV HCL does not cross the blood brain barrier but IV fulvic acid does. That's what I'm getting next week. He stripped the fulvic acid of the minerals.
Interesting guy. He was interviewed by Ty Bollinger.

Glad you're still alive The live blood analysis is affirmative about the effectiveness of the IV HCL. AWESOME!

Judie, it loves red blood cells. That's why treatment with ABX must include drugs with intra-cellular penetration.
Check out "The Microscopy Thread," and some of the posted videos. Borrelia definitely likes the blood, too.

Did you try the fulvic acid...? Any progress on hcl ?vein irritation.?.i did some h2o2 not sure if it did anything..Sure sounds acidic but if it works it works...what about cartilage eyes other spaces with limited blood flow?

blyelyme: I did the fulvic acid today. No vein irritation with either the fulvic or HCL. I haven't noticed any progress yet, but maybe some herxing in the form of head pressure and eye pain.
It is acidic but acid + acid = base. I'm not sure about cartilage and all. I know it stimulates the immune system which will then maybe be able to get to those places by itself. In the end, it's the immune system that heals anyway.
The doctor I'm seeing has seen over 200 Lyme patients, most sent to him by medical doctors who are into more natural medicine on the side. He has been able to help all of them so far. I've spoken to four of them. Still, I'm remaining neutral.
I'm his last new patient for a while. If it works, I got lucky.
