I started having sharp pain on my left side just below the bottom of the rib cage. My acupuncturist thinks it's an inflamed colon. The sharp stomach-ache-like pain does seem to correspond to that area when I press in. Has anyone else had these symptoms and have an explanation? I've been wondering how much more strict I need to be with my diet and starting to wonder if I need to do like a low-allergen paleo type of diet. Very challenging to plan so much cooking when I'm low energy. Thoughts? Ideas?
