Read what he says to pair with it. Perhaps you can attack babs that way.
Then, some day way down the road, you may want to try adding art again when you don't have so much babs to kill.
The art may be killing something else in your case (such as parasites) and your body cannot handle all that killing right now.

Sorry you've had this miserable symptom. SUPER bad insomnia here too. For over a year. Misery!
Treated Babesia again and it went away. So that is good news for you. Hope you can say the same.
So why TC, if it went away are you up all night now?
Because child, I am relapsing after stopping treatment.
UGH!

I keep repeating, but still the message doesn't go through...
For me, about almost 100% of anxiety AFTER KILLERS (like Artemisinin, Cats claw, andrographis, etc) comes from toxicity.
Babesia was certainly the WORST infection I ever treated, because of extreme toxic herxes.
And I treated MANY infections! I never came across anything more toxic than babesia.
Anxiety comes with 100% of chances after taking successful killers against babesia (in my case).
Anxiety comes with about 90% of chances after taking candida killers.
And about 80% of chances after taking successful Borrelia or bart killers.
Finding binders is much harder than finding killers, because you need binders in GREAT AMOUNTS, many times a day.
And you need to combine substances, and even keep changing them sometimes. Plus organ supportive supplements /treatments.
People who can detox well need less binders.
People that herx, need more binders.
Unless you don't treat toxins, there is no way out of lyme or babs, if you are the herx-type of person.
It's a very simple equation: toxins are THE MAIN WEAPON some pathogens found to WIN over your immune system.
If you can't sleep = little healing possibilities.
If your liver, kidney, lymph and GI tract are clogged with toxins = no good digestion + no good metabolism (cleaning, nutrition intake) + a very weak immunity.
The result is ALWAYS (100% certainty) = pathogens win over your body, immune system.
That's been dr.K's way of treating any chronic infections: binding, cleaning, supporting detox organs, chelation, etc.
The main treatment against babesia is, for me, binding its toxins.
Even the main treatment against lyme, in my opinion, is cleaning toxins off.
Once the body binds toxins off (with treatment), babesia may start losing, because your immune system will be still ON, not in stand-by mode.
You can sleep, you can digest, your cells can eat and poop, and so can your organ cells (eat and poop).
If toxins are around in great amount, the whole body is stuck, from your toes to the last brain cell.
that is my opinion. Of course, there can be still OTHER things than toxins that need to be treated on top.
But I'm pretty sure herxes happen for a reason: an evolutionary reason, that pathogens developed over millions of years, for their survival.

How do I know that 10% of anxiety after babesia killers comes from toxicity?
Because taking right binders in great amount cancel that anxiety to 100%!

Brussels, I have been playing around with some Binders because I remember you talking about this.
They seem to make me even more constipated than I already am. So trying to counter act with more mag. So I can take Binders.
I will definitely keep trying. I agree toxins out!
Thank you for posting! I love the help.

TF thank you. I do feel like I'm hitting something with bactrim. So hopefully I just need to get the load and toxicity down before trying others.

Tincup, I would LOVE to sleep...ahhhh. that sounds nice. Sorry you are relapsing.. arrgh.

Thanks for your concern. If they had awards for the number of times someone can relapse, I'd be in the running for sure.
My claim to fame. And it sucks!

Oh man. There isn't an award big enough or crappy enough for that record...
But hey, I see you are from the moon. Maybe you need a little more oxygen?😉

When I went through Babeisa treatment I had terrible insomnia, that was my first time on Ambien...literally could not sleep.
I still take sleep meds, but I have found when my liver is overloaded with toxins even with Ambien I will not sleep.

In the morning and before bed, I take 1 NAC. (Treats Bart, busts biofilm, sinusitis and anxiety. Use judiciously as it also lowers blood pressure). And about two hours before bedtime,
I take 3 Planetary Herbals Full Spectrum Ashwaganda tablets. I take it to treat Mycoplasma but it's also (from the label) a botanical that relaxes the mind, rejuvenates the body and increases resistance to stress. Two pills a day is the
recommended dosage but I have a high tolerance to herbs and often take more. You might want to start with a very small dose p, see how it sits with you and work up. When I sleep, I
sleep very deeply though I still wake up for a couple of hours in the middle of the night.

I hope you find some binders that do not constipate.
I know prunes help my husband, that is now on strict diet and eating LOADS of green leaves (that also constipate him).
If you read this, it may convince you to add prunes (plums) to your daily diet.
