I was wondering if anyone has this symptom. You know that feeling when your blood sugar gets too low and you get a bit shaky, etc.

I have that feeling, but it's not because of my blood sugar. When I test my blood sugar, it's fine.

Does anyone know which bacteria/co this is from? Anything that helps?

It doesn't happen all the time, so maybe it's just a sign of herxing for me.

Any thoughts?

Adrenal issues - adrenal hormones all over the place - can cause these symptoms as can nervous system dysfunction -- and all that can go along with lyme, or even degrees of a herxheimer.

And, if a herx, adrenals will be affected. There is no way they can avoid it.

If you can do focused rest in a quiet dark room for a half hour, see if that helps. Visualization to nature can help you pass that time.

Consider what your adrenal support is and if it needs some adjusting.

If you have inner ear issues, that can also be part of feeling all kinds of ill as your body fights to maintain sensory stability. Ginger capsules - regularly and at therapeutic dose - would be the first thing to consider at help for this aspect.

And, of course, going back to the question of a herxheimer. For some / many a herx can be part of treatment just about ongoing for years, though usually it becomes manageable.

Go over your liver support methods and see what might need to change.

And consider if anything you take is too stimulating in nature, for instance Rhodiola (an adrenal support) is far too stimulating for many. any kind of glandulars can also create that ill feeling of low blood sugar for many.

MSG or natural flavors in food, too, can be too stimulating, even sea weeds.
Be suspect of anything that promises to "boost"

I assume you are caffeine free but maybe that got into something you might be taking.

Fluorescent lights? Chemical exposure, even to what others might consider normal scented products?

Thank you keebler. I have liver support in place, but I'm not educated on adrenal support. I will have to do some research.

I don't know if I have inner ear issues, but I do have tinnitus.

It does help to rest.

Thank you!!!

Stand with the back of your knees - NOT touching - yet nearly against the seat of a soft recliner or your bed. Be in a clear space so if you fall (and that could be any direction), you won't get hurt by a table, etc.

Put your feet about 6 inches apart and bend your knees just a little bit.

close you eyes. See what happens.

See if you can stand steady - with something at your side to act as a hold if you need it. then do some eyes open / shut with raising one foot out in front. you may use your arms to stabilize you just a tiny bit, but not too much.

These simple exercises give a clue as to if the inner ear is under stress.

This is a very common symptom of untreated late stage Lyme. Whenever I sat in one place I would get the shakes and look like a Parkinsons patient. Its the adrenals/ nervous system. Havent had it in years since Ive been on heavy antibiotics. This was one of the clearest signs that youre sick with Lyme. Nobody can dispute a CNS disease when your body is shaking by itself
