if you have to use one,

after the emergency event and the shot has done its thing

be sure to support your adrenal functions as epinephrine can be very hard for those with lyme who usually also have adrenal dysfunction.

If your body takes a while to settle down after Epi, go for the calming adrenal helpers like Eleutero, Ashwagandha, Coryceps, not the more stimulating ones such as some Ginsengs and Rhodiola -- those would be too excitatory.

Skullcap tincture is also rather calming.
