I personally think parasites are probably something we should treat for just like we do our dogs and cats. we probably all have some.

Anyone know a GENTLE protocol for kids? Just thinking how often my kid sticks things in their mouth....

put garlic in foods daily, maybe?

I should treat myself but the herxing is unreal and I'm waiting til I either find a more gentle protocol or til I get in a better place to handle die off.
