Thank you Brussels! Very interesting article!
This morning I took 5 g of vit C- felt great after!!! Strong anti inflammatory effect!!! He recommends to take 6g plus to bowel tolerance. I will try 6g tomorrow.

Don't overdo .. It can raise oxalate levels.

I'm thinking to buy the ultrasound device to produce the liposomal vitamins at home... Here in Europe there are not many ready made products...

Most are imported from the US (like Mercola's), and they always can get too expensive (due to customs).

Does anyone here make his / her own liposomal vit C?

This thing is freaking amazing.

I'm still a newbie on it, but I'm already becoming a fan.

It goes exactly where my body needs, I have the impression!!!

Look at the reason why.
-------------------
Fat soluble toxins are always harder to eliminate

Two Types of Toxins

Toxins, like vitamins, can be divided into two categories:

Water-soluble toxins: which are easily flushed out of the body via the blood and kidneys.

Fat-soluble toxins: which must be converted by the liver to become water soluble (3).

Fat-soluble toxins include pesticides, preservatives, food additives, heavy metals, pollutants, plastics and other environmental chemicals.
------------------

Well, as you can see, most toxins we talk about are fat soluble, not water soluble.

Biofilms contain loads of fat (that is why it becomes like a plastic piece, sometimes almost impossible to cut it even with a knife!).

Lyme patient thoughts about how to eliminate fat soluble toxins

you can take loads of water, water soluble substances (even MSM is water soluble), but how to get the damn fat soluble toxins - which are mostly what I've been aiming for more than a decade?

Heavy metals, pesticides, plastics, and I suppose die off garbage are cellular debris = made of fat too (as cell membranes are fat rich).

The brain is FULL of fats, the nerves, spine, too. The gut is full of nerves, right?

I got amazed once to see how cabbage leaves placed on skin pulls toxins (fat soluble ones), the feeling was already super good, but as soon as the skin gets clean of toxins, the cabbage cannot pull fat soluble toxins again.

This lipo Vit C is doing it from inside!!

I feel it acting in all problematic spots of my body, meaning, areas of low grade inflammation (sinuses, joints, mainly).

Why?

It's just chemistry: Vit C gives electrons to substances that need electrons (it's an antioxidant). Spots of inflammation and toxic (heavy metals, etc) are acid, meaning, they lack electrons.

the problem with most water soluble antioxidants is that they cannot reach fat soluble toxins.

It's like trying to wash your greasy pan after cooking bacon with water.

You need an emulsifier (like a detergent) to help break the fat in smaller particles, so that they can get off your greasy pan.

Normal water soluble vit C and any water soluble substances do not go inside these 'greasy' spots and cannot flush them well¨.

This is amazing stuff. SO far no diarrhea, I'm on 40-50 ml a day.

People even do with ultrasound TOOTH BRUSH, so you don't even have to buy an ultrasound jewelry cleaner.

Whole cost of the thing:

- 160 Watt ultrasound jewelry cleaner (110 euros)
(second hand for 70 euros)

(alternative, any ultrasound tooth brush)

- powdered vit C, 200 grams = about 10 euros at the pharmacy

- Lecithin, I bought 500 gr, it was from sunflower, organic, expensive (I think it was about 40 euros, but I did not research a lot).

- vodka or alcohol from pharmacy, or glycerin

I don't know how long it will last though, but I got about 1.2 liters to start playing.

Highly recommended. [Smile]

How to make Lipo C with an ultrasound tooth brush

the lady explains it all in German, but you can just watch it fast to see how fast she makes it.

She's Klingh's practitioner, a naturopathic doctor.

I like my device because I suppose that object that receives ultrasound, will liberate micro-particles.

So the toothbrush in water is made of metals and plastic, and will probably leave residues inside the final product.

I use a coffee jar (borosilicate glass) inside my ultrasound cleaner. Any glass that withstands heat is usually borosilicate glass.

So I just place my ingredients inside the coffee jar and do it there, with a piece of kitchen paper under (to avoid noise).

When I stir the solution, I use a wooden spoon, a clean one, and usually when the device is off, so that I don't get residues inside.

Ultrasound is a potent way to clean things, meaning, it will take off small particles from any container you use.

That is why I don't do mine directly on stainless steel but inside the coffee jar.

I wake up sometimes so achy... I sleep much less with this, and today, my daughter slept 8 hours, woke up at 7.00 in the morning (she usually needs 10 hours).

She said her left knee - THE lyme knee - is achy, on and off.

This is great news: toxins there, I'm sure my mercury went to her as I breast fed her. That was the worst knee, the lyme arthritic knee, that caused her so much pain during lyme.

The pinching there is great. That is what we feel when we start on a new heavy metal chelation substance.

I woke up due to pain on my right elbow. I never have any pain there, no trouble there that I remember. The pinching pain means that, it's got toxins probably being pulled off from it.

I took then more Lipo C, and the pain is gone now.

My right shoulder (I got pain there for about 3 years, I think, with some noises when I move my arm...) feels like oiled. It's not 100 % but it feels much better.

This Lipo C is going exactly into my joints, which is GREAT news.

I'm super excited, still taking about 40-50 ml a day - this corresponds to about 1 gram of ascorbic acid... which is nothing compared to the 20 grams Linus Pauling was taking!

But as I put too much vodka there, I can't take 20 grams, as I would be totally drunk.

And this is doing something to my gut, at this low dose already...

If I had lyme, this is where I would start. Cheap, easy to do, SUPER anti oxidant effect, rather fast.

I would never ever imagine that ascorbic acid would do that. Never. It feels almost like the potent Megahydrate, from Flanagan.

Maybe though it feels like that due to vodka I added??!! [Cool]

I was wondering if we could simply do that without the ultrasound device. I suppose that only mixing it with a hand mixer (or low speed mixer) for a few minutes will ALREADY bring some effect.

The ultrasound just makes the liposomes smaller, so easy to pass through smaller spaces in the body, I suppose...

Amazing stuff. I could not stay in bed for long again.

Brussels, have you seen this?

http://qualityliposomalc.com/index.html

I've been interested in lipo C for a long time but haven't tried it yet. I would most certainly invest in an ultrasonic cleaner to make it myself, as the cost of lipo c is too dear and there would be benefit to processing other supplements into liposomes for increased absorption.

Your need for less sleep mirrors an anecdote I recall from someone's journal documenting their experience with liposomal C.

Yep, it's exactly what I TRIED to follow, Gz.

After spending many hours reading, watching youtub videos etc, I think this website was the best.

The ONLY problem is that the amount of alcohol is big.

There are 2 advantages in using that amount of alcohol:

1- it preserves better
2- it emulsifies the lecithin better than just with water.

The recipe the website proposes has an AMAZING concentration of lecithin and super high amount of Vit C. Combined to the maximum benefits.

The problem is the length of time that one has to spend in DISSOLVING all that lecithin. 24 hours.

I was not that patient, and did mine in 1 hour.
For that, I had to use only 50% of the amount of lecithin from the recipe.

Still, the amount is bigger than almost all other recipes I found in the internet.

The amount of lecithin from other recipes is lower, I think, because they do not use alcohol, only water.

Next time, I'll try to use less alcohol, as I would like to increase the dose of Vit C (but not get drunk).

Yep, this is the best website on Lipo C that I found too!

I bought a good ultrasonic cleaner (160 watts), much more powerful than most home cleaners. It's still a home cleaner, not professional.

It can hold 2 liters, but I use a coffee pot to do my stuff (as I don't want micrometals leaking from the stainless steel).

I read that it would be better to invest in something more powerful (instead of the very cheap models).

Thanks for telling me about the sleep story.

I'm NOT tired during the day, despite sleeping less hours: on the opposite, I'm less tired than usual.

I feel deeper energy inside, which is great.

My daughter is more productive than usual too.

Her mood is amazingly good, she's been doing a lot of drawings lately, which is always a good sign (of good health, I mean). She's also physically more active (playing tennis, running...).

Despite her low ferritin, I'm amazed to see her being creative again.

This stuff is amazing. I don't know if this is due to the parasite cleansing or the Lipo C.

But the mimosa seeds did not give me energy before I added the Lipo C, so I suppose it is the Lipo C!

The fact that it is cleaning my joints (and my daughter's joints) was already worth.

I'm going to send a sample to my parents, who are old, and see if they can also try.

Posted by Brussels (Member # 13480) on :

Today, I felt this stuff acting clearly in my brain.

I feel it cleans through layers.

The effect changes, now I got some loose stools (but not too bad).

The inner energy charge is very real.

So real, I'm afraid I'll get addicted to this lipo C.

My hunger pattern is also changing, I am eating more, somehow (I'm way too thin).

I went to measure my weight and I'm slowly gaining weight I think. My muscles also feel stronger.

I think that is helping my metabolism, in a way.

I feel like my body is returning the time, getting younger!.

Detox is on going, I think from now on, the step will be to add building-up substances, minerals, good aminoacids, good oils.

I'm even eating bits of gluten (I know I shouldn't, but the energy I'm getting is making me less afraid...)

Nothing went so deep inside my joints as this stuff.

If you guys don't try this, you won't know what you are losing.

Water soluble Vit C is nothing. Nothing compared to this liposomal version (unless you could take high doses like 10 grams a day or so).

My highest dose was 2 grams a day, and not every day (or that would cause stomach ache). I don't even remember the positive effects of those 2 grams, to tell you the truth...

Now I'm on 1 gram a day of the lipo version, and it's doing already all that.

I can't imagine what 5 grams would do. I won't even try. I think ramping up slowly is the best.

I'm having trouble managing the excess of energy.
I mean, just before bed, as it takes me more time to fall asleep.

My body is not used to have excess of energy, but the biggest puzzle for me was trying to build muscles, gain weight again due to low metabolism.

I think I'm gaining weight as I'm eating more. Never in the last 5 years, I remember having the weight I measured yesterday. I don't even want to talk, not to bring bad vibes.

This is the best discovery of the last 2 years.
And I'm just on my first week of experience.

I'm praying this effect will last. I'll be then like Linus Pauling, who took high dose vit C till the end of his life.

Highly, highly recommended!!!

Liposomal Vit C is even better than IV Vit C

A 17 min video: man almost dead from swine flu comes back to life after IV Vit C

IV Vitamin C versus Liposomal:

Some experts in the field of vitamin C such as Dr Thomas Levy, are saying that 6 grams of liposomal vitamin C is equivalent to 50 grams of intravenous vitamin C (16).

What are Liposomes:

Liposomes are tiny “nano-size” fat soluble vehicles for carrying nutrients to the body’s cells.

Dr Alec Banham, a hematologist at the Babraham Institute in Cambridge, UK discovered the liposomal technology.

“Lipo” is Greek for fat while “soma” means body.

These are a double layer of fatty materials which is similar to the phospholipid bilayer of the cell membranes in the body.

Liposomal vitamin C is packaged like a bodily cell so it passes through the digestive barrier and delivers the nutrient directly to the bloodstream.

This has a much higher absorption rate with over 90% of the cells being bathed in vitamin C.

This is even vastly superior to IV vitamin C which is an expensive but effective procedure that is done quite often in hospitals and alternative health clinics.

Posted by Brussels (Member # 13480) on :

Can you imagine that this simple Liposomal Vit C is VASTLY SUPERIOR to the IV Vit C??!

It's hard to believe...

I just realized that I'm taking 4-5 grams of Lipo Vit C, not 1 gram as I said.

In terms of comparison: it means that I probably am feeling all this effect because it is equivalent to about 40 grams of IV vit C!!

----------------------

Continuing, from the website above:

"Intravenous vitamin C elevates blood levels of vitamin C significantly higher, however, without the liposomal membrane this water soluble vitamin C is unable to efficiently penetrate the cell membrane.

Oral vitamin C acts as an antioxidant to reduce oxidative stress in the body.

Intravenous vitamin C is a pro-oxidant drug that helps produce HYDROGEN PEROXIDE which targets cancer cells while leaving normal cells unharmed.

So it does have great benefits in advanced cancer patients.

The cell membrane blocks much of the (common oral) vitamin C that is in the bloodstream from getting into the cell.

The liposomal membrane is able to fuse with the same material and configuration that resides on cell walls.

This results in a lower minimal necessary dosage and saves a tremendous amount of money and stress to the consumer.

Intravenous vitamin C treatments cost between $125 – $160 a session. Typical sessions last around two hours.

A daily dosage of 6g of Liposomal vitamin C costs less than $5 per day and takes no time at all.

(Br: this is equivalent to 50 grams IV Vit C!!)

It does not require a doctor or needles and is very easy and user friendly as we are all familiar with swallowing a pill.

More people trying this:

One lady, about 75 years old, that I know, started taking it.

She reported that her joint pain (her osteo arthrosis is bad, deformed fingers, pain on hips, knee...) got much better very fast!

The only problem is that SHE CAN'T SLEEP well!!

She takes 30 ml (meaning 3 grams / day) only with her breakfast. Even taking so early, her nights are hard, she said.

She stopped taking it, and today, her joint pains were awful.

I'll try to help her find something to help her sleep and suggest her a lower dose...

Today, I went to visit a man in his 70s.

He was having a bad headache, because he had head and spine injuries from several accidents in the past. Migraines is the most common thing for him.

He was feeling cold, and was about to take his pain killers...

I gave him my own lipo Vit C, just about 1, possibly 2 grams. Less than 10 minutes, he started feeling warm, took his pullover off.

In about 1 hour, his headache was 90% gone, he could smile again, and said he needed no more pain killer.

After 2 hours, he said he wanted a coffee and took one.

This stuff is freaking crazy.

I have LOADS of new ideas on how to produce my next batches (I will add other supplements in different dilutions).

My nose sensitivity (for pollen, mold, dust) is very low, I think sort of in stand by mode (I barely have nose symptoms). Still not 100%, but no more allergy.

I got some bone pains one day. Meaning, something is happening in my shinbone...

My head and energy are better, but I needed to lower the dose to 1 gram a day and add more binders in the evening, so that I can sleep.

The clarity in my mind is amazing.

I have forgotten one can have such a clear mind!!!

I don't know if my eyes can see better, or if this is just my brain that can think better.

I have big hopes that chronic disease can be reverted, in my case. I got 5 pounds more, in about one week!!!

If it goes like that, I'll get back to my previous weight (before lyme disease, more than 10 years behind).

I'm sure that the Vit C is helping me to produce muscles, as I feel stronger. It's helping collagen, because my joints feel much more movable.

We continue to treat parasites with Mimosa seeds, and I'll add OPC, that is an extract of grape-seeds (also an antioxidant).

I'm thinking what to do for next batch, I think I'll mix Vit C + OPC + MSM + Vit B12.

This is THE most exciting thing that happened to me in the last years! [woohoo]

for those who cannot take Vit C, take a look at my other thread with OPC.

This stuff is amazing.

Inexpensive and so effective.

Energy, brain, joints, allergies, my gut is in transformation (I feel things moving...)...

this is the best thing that happened to my health this year, without ANY doubt.

If anyone would like to join the experiment, I wonder what lipo C would do for lyme!!!

Or the OPC in liposomal form!!!!

Here is a recipe I found online.....is this how you're making it? His recipe doesn't use alcohol
and is simpler than the one you linked to, but he claims he's getting great results.

"I buy non-gmo Lecithin from Now products and pure vit c powder. Together they cost like 20 some odd bucks. The lecithin is like a waxy polysaccharide from soy, that has its own benefits. So i put a few tablespoons of the lecithin in boiling water, at the same time in cold distilled water i dissolve a tablespoon of vit c powder. Then the 2 fluids go in a blender for about 5 mins.

After that, the mixture goes into an ultrasonic jewellery cleaner i purchased new for about 25 bucks. The action of the ultrasonic basically allows the lecithin to coat the vit c. I sonically treat it for 30 minutes and end up w about 2 cups worth. I take 1.5 tablespoons 2 times a day so the 2 cups is about 2-3 weeks worth.

Tastes like sour milk, but not as bad. More like lemon juice mixed w cream. I chase w a glass of water"

Ctone, it's different and simpler...

I would just advise against a few points:

- do not make your vit C more than 35 degrees Celsius (it destroys the Vit C)

- the patent I read also says NOT to heat the lecithin more than 35 degrees C (body temperature), but I confess I did not pay attention to find out the reasons (it's in the website above, you can try to find by yourself, as the patent is rather long to read....)

so if you use boiling water with lecithin, do not mix into the Vit C BEFORE it cools down.

At least, like this, it will preserve the vit C (as for lecithin, I do not know)

The CHEAP ultrasound devices are very weak. Industrially, liposomals are produced with much potent devices.

I bought one for about 150 dollars (160 watts), which is still a home unit, not industrial, but more potent than the 30 buck devices.

And I still let the ultrasound run for ONE HOUR (it was still NOT enough, as there were some bubbles on top still).

The main IDEA to make THE BEST liposomal, if I understand well, is the following:

- use the MAXIMUM amount of Vit C you can dilute
- use the MAXIMUM amount of lecithin you can dilute

The reason is the following: the more concentrate of both, the more potent it will be (the less you need to take)

The long use of ultrasound with a reasonable potent device will make the liposomes smaller and better encapsulated.

The smaller the liposomes, the more they will go into TINY spaces of your body.

DO NOT BUY SOYA. I mean that is MY opinion. Even organic soya in the US may be probably contaminated with GMOs, as pollen flies.

Remember that liposomes will be entering the most intimate places of your body: nerves, bones, brain, all organs, joints, etc.

I would be very wary about what you put inside: no GMOs inside your cells!!! Specially in the US, where you get all these GMO pollens contaminating the neighboring plants.

Why Vit C works study

To understand why does Vit C works as a potent antibiotic, read this study

Posted by Brussels (Member # 13480) on :

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23830380

Role of vitamins D, E and C in immunity and inflammation.

Inflammatory responses are operationally characterized by pain, redness, heat and swelling at the site of infection and trauma.

MAST CELLS reside near small blood vessels and, when activated, release potent mediators involved in ALLERGY and INFLAMMATION.

Vitamin D modulates contraction, inflammation and remodeling tissue.

Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to multiple diseases and several data have demonstrated a strong relationship between serum vitamin D levels and tissue function.

Therapy targeting vitamin D3 signaling may provide new approaches for infectious and inflammatory skin diseases by affecting both innate and adaptive immune functions.

MAST CELLS are activated by OXIDIZED lipoproteins, resulting in increased expression of inflammatory CYTOKINES and suggesting that the reduction of oxidation of low density lipoprotein by vitamin E may also REDUCE MAST CELL ACTIVATION.

Vitamin C is also an anti-oxidant well-known as an anti-scurvy agent in humans.

Vitamin C inhibits peroxidation of membrane phospholipids and acts as a scavenger of free radicals and is also required for the synthesis of several HORMONES and NEUROTRANSMITTERS.

In humans, vitamin C reduces the duration of common cold symptoms, even if its effect is not clear.

Supplementation of vitamin C improves the function of the human immune system, such as antimicrobial and natural KILLER CELL activities, LYMPHOCYTE proliferation, chemotaxis and delayed-type HYPERSENSITIVITY.

Vitamin C depletion has been correlated with HISTAMINEMIA which has been shown to damage endothelial-dependent vasodilation.

However, the impact of these vitamins on ALLERGY and INFLAMMATION is still not well understood.

From the booklet 'Why Vit C works' link:

"Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever.

Dr. Klenner was an authority in the treatment of this rather debilitating, serious disease because his practice was right in the middle of a constant locus of infection for tick bite fever.

Dr. Klenner had been taught in his training that there was no cure for it, only supportive.

So when he was confronted with an obvious case—104.4° degree temperature, spots over body, coma, and positive blood test—he quickly gave 30 grams of C intravenously every six hours.

The patient was given para-aminobenzoic acid orally, six grams, every two hours x3, then 4 grams every two hours for 24 hours, then 4 grams every 4 hours until his fever was gone for 24 hours. At about the sixth hour of treatment he became conscious and rational.

He was sent home on the sixth day, fully recovered.

He reported the story of a twelve-year-old female with spots and 105° temperature.

She was given chloroamphenicol and PABA but with only a poor response on the third day, so she was given an I.V. with 30 grams of C.

In two hours she was almost well, cheerful and responsive. She was given 30 grams every eight hours and was well and home in seven days.

He wrote of his son, sick with R.M.S.F. who almost died. He needed Vitamin C, vibramycin (an antibiotic), PABA.

Thiamin 1000 mg, B2 300 mg, and B3 500 mg were added to the I.V.’s daily.

On the third day his temperature was still up (105 degrees); he was losing interest, and candida was developing. He finally got well on the fourth day.

What Dr. Klenner shows and tells us that with a devastating disease like R.M.S.F.; everything known to be helpful should be used.

It seems obvious that antibiotics have a place, but Vitamin C is extremely useful.

He pointed out one medical center used the large doses of PABA, and had no fatalities, except a six year old who was given only one half the calculated dose.

The C is given around the clock and at the 500-900 mg per kg body weight level.

The disease “can always be reversed.”

My liposomal Vit C experiment is going on, still.

I did a mixed potion, with other ingredients, such as Vit B6, B12, zinc etc.

The effect is less pronounced than if I only took the pure Vit C, but probably because the remedy is doing other things too.

My sleep got normalized, dreams are coming more often, almost every night (even though some are not so nice), which probably means some improvement on the KPU /HPU.

My nails certainly changed too, and I can see the mark when I started taking the liposomal C. Since my last episode of joint / skin TB this winter, my nails got so much weaker, less shiny, and I also could see the marks in them!

It's amazing how nails change with what we are going through.

I have lots of vertical lines, which I know are signs for lack of minerals, but some fingernails are clearly getting better (less lines).

I'm doing parasite cleansing parallel to this liposomal experiment, and another thing I decided to do is to increase CONSIDERABLY the amount of Vit D3 + K2.

I'm taking way over the recommended dose, despite full sunshine on skin, and so far, no bad effects.

I feel my energy is better, more stable, I'm able to do more physical work than previous to the liposomal experiment, I have no single doubt about it.

I'm really very excited about all these experiments, the hard part is to find powders of vitamins / minerals to add inside my magic liposomal potion (as most come in capsules).

I guess I have to look for wholesales instead of retail?

Anyone has suggestions where to find bulk mineral, vitamin powders of good quality? Thaanks!!!

From clients taking liposomal Vit C from amazon.

It's called Lipo Naturals Liposomal Vit C with 219 customer views, 4.5 stars!!!

Price is about 25 dollars for 30 doses.

Client REVIEWS:

1- This stuff is helping me beat Lyme's. It is incredible.

The best form of Vitamin C I have ever used and I have tried many.

Love the fact it is soy-free, non-GMO and China -free. You guys rock.

I will continue to promote you to friends and family. Keep up the great work!!!

---------------------
This is my 10th order, this is a pure form of vitamin C that is easily assimilated into the cells and produce something that the body does not produce naturally.

I highly recommend this product. I take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.

I was taken vitamin C that required an IV pole.

This works just as well and I am saving money, each time I got hooked up it was 200.00 .

This is part of a immune building protocol that is saving my life.

I am so grateful for Lipo Natural Lipsomal Vitamin C it is easy to take I take it plain or it can be added to juicing.

-------------------------

OK, so I've been a nurse for over 30 yrs...have been recently diagnosed with MS, but have also been doing pretty extensive research on Vitamin C for over a year now.

I've been taking the "Liv On" product for about that long with good results.

I also take 6,000mg every 8hrs if I feel a cold coming on for the first day I'm feeling bad.

I have not been sick for over 2 yrs doing it that way.

So, if I love it so much, why the 4 stars? This particular product TASTES ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Other clients' reviews:
--------------------------------

You won't like the taste.

Also, it's to be taken on an empty stomach which can get tricky if you're busy.

HOWEVER, I bought this because I have cancer and it's been 13 years since I had an AWFUL stem cell transplant that went so wrong.

Since then, once in a while, I'll just get bumps all over and the smarty pants doctors that initially poisoned me can't or don't care enough to figure out what's up.

I though taking vitamin c might aid in the healing, because this particular time they seemed to be not going away and also creating keloid type scars. I was DEVISTATED.

I'm going to die from this cancer eventually, but I'm still 33. I still want to be pretty.

I felt like a monster and summer is coming!

Here's how I healed them. Retin A all over my body (I buy it internationally so it's cheap and no script is needed), topical vitamin c serum (this helps after you start peeling from the retin a), and I added a ton of oil supplements and this as an extra kick of vitamin c.

They're going AWAY!!!!!

I can't give all the credit to this product, but I feel like it's definitely a factor in my healing process.

I can't wait to show my arms and legs off! (Hopefully my belly, but you know, cake exists.)

I recommend it completely.

If I had the money, I'd buy more to do like a megadose thing. Studies are showing a link to vitamin c and shrinking tumors and aiding in the recovery after surgery.

Tbe diseases are huge though, so it's recommended intravenously. Try convincing a doctor to hang vitamin c with you saline solution.

They'll laugh you out of the hospital.

They can be mean.

Thanks for making a product I actually trust!
-------------------------

I have taken this for months now, probably 6 months.

I put in Honey Crisp apple juice every morning before I eat breakfast.

I've never been able to have Vitamin C vitamins because they would hurt my stomach! Now I can!
--------------------------

The Good: This works, I mean it really works!

I have a list of issues (primarily HIT) and experience extreme fatigue (my brain will "shut down" with my eyes open as if asleep and I'll tip over), so when I say I have health issues, I do.

I eat a primarily Paleo diet and live a pretty healthy lifestyle so without that, I'd be way worse off.

I have so many food allergies (including certain fruits and vegetables) it's easier to list what I can eat than what I can't;

point being, while taking this for a week, there are certain foods I can tolerate more so than before.

Any pro listed is probably accurate, I cannot recommend this enough (do your research on the kinds of vitamin c).

Additionally, and most importantly, my fatigue level isn't near as severe as it was a week ago.

Unless you experience this you don't quite understand the toll this can take on you, more often than not I'm completely useless and can't even understand my own emails I typed a few minutes prior b/c apparently my brain and fingers didn't want to communicate...

The Bad: I cannot express how awful this tastes.

---------------------

This is by far my FAVORITE type of vitamin C.

I purchased this a couple months ago but hesitated to take it because of the taste.

My family and I were experiencing flu-like symptoms so we decided to take it.

In one day, all symptoms were GONE. Don’t let the taste deter from feeling better!

I’ve also noticed my skin is brighter, cuts heal quickly, eyesight is clearer, and less frequency of migraines.

This is my NEW go-to Vitamin C!!!

Excellent product! I have been taking only (1) week!

I am fighting a hugh Candida overgrowth affecting my GI track, brain, hearing, UTI, joints even more.

I'm happy to report every area listed and more is healing and expelling lots of Candida.

There is herxing and affected my sleep first few nights, but I'm on the road to recovery.

Will take awhile but I'll always take Liposomal VITA C!

My varicose veins are a lightning and slowly disappearing all so! What a bonus for me as a woman who hates those things showing!

----------------------------
This is the best lipo C I have tried.

The others were way too sweet tasting even though they did not contain stevia or other supposed sweeteners.

I could barely gag them down. It is hard to find a legit lipo C made without soy and other unnecessary additives.

Lipo Naturals is easy on my sensitive gut, even though it is made from ascorbic acid.

I could never tolerate ascorbic acid if it was not in this liposomal form.

I felt an immediate difference taking this one within a few days as opposed to the other lip C's I have tried.

Had some fatigue and feeling a bit flu-ish which surprised me as I had taken another brand of lipo C for 2 months before switching to this one.

I think this one is more potent, legitimately liposomal, and I notice it helping my skin and other health issues.

It feels very supportive. Now I need to take the next step and make my own, see how it compares.

------------------------
This stuff is awesome.

I honestly feel like I have wasted so much money on nonliposomal vit C.

If I am feeling dumpy, grumpy, or low on energy this stuff helps. It tastes horrific though. YOU do have to mix it with juice.

------------------------
I bought this before I knew ascorbic acid that's not natural vitamin c can have side effects.

The next morning after taking this I had a bad spell of being weak and out of breath to the point of almost falling down.

Took a couple more times and had more of these spells.

Watched a youtube video that explained what was going on so no more for me.

I ordered Natural Radiance C and have had no problems and it's helping a lung condition I have.

Update: I found out I was having a herx reaction. Started slowly adding it back with natural vitamin c. Now I'm fine with it, just can't afford as much as I need.

Brussels: I'm not advertising the brand, just posting what people felt.

It seems quality of the liposomes do matter.

Always mix in juice or dilute it in water, for better taste....

So Brussels you did comparison to Livon compared to this other brand? I loved the Livon lipo Vit C.

I've tried other Vitamin C with whole foods and I just don't feel it is getting done what Livon did.

At this time I'm done with Lyme, bart and Babesia. Just have some clean up on Mycoplasma & Candida to do. So I really need to be doing the best lipo Vit C.

Thanks for all you research.

Pam, you're welcome. And congrats for your health!!!

Here is a review from someone with MS using LivOn for about a year. She compares with this other brand Lipo Natural from Amazon. It looks also good, and not too expensive.

The problem is the bad taste, she says.

It's not so much, it would be worth to try?? Then you can post here.

What do you think about the LIV ON product??

--------------------------
"Title of the review: Works great, taste is horrible: 4 stars"

"OK, so I've been a nurse for over 30 yrs...have been recently diagnosed with MS, but have also been doing pretty extensive research on Vitamin C for over a year now.

I've been taking the "Liv On" product for about that long with good results.

I haven't noticed a huge improvement in pain or joint discomfort, but I was also taking it primarily to ward off colds and illness.

I give it 5 stars for that...(Br: I suppose it's the Lipo Natural brand...)

this product is high quality and does what it says if you take it regularly.

I also take 6,000mg every 8hrs if I feel a cold coming on for the first day I'm feeling bad.

I have not been sick for over 2 yrs doing it that way. (Br: I think she includes Liv On too?)

So, if I love it so much, why the 4 stars?

This particular product TASTES ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

I love the outcome, I really do...but for the first time, I have to actually take it in apple cider and hold my nose while taking it...

and keep holding my nose until I take another plain apple cider swig before letting go...

even with that I can still taste the after taste.

The ONLY reason I keep using it is I believe it works...

I do believe that the LIV ON products works too...but I like this company (Br: Lipo Naturals) because the product is soy free.

I'll keep using it for now...just felt llike everyone should know before you buy."

Could you make lipisomal curcumin

Posted by Brussels (Member # 13480) on :

I guess, yes, some people use turmeric or curcumin. A German practitioner who follows dr K recommended that in a video.

Curcumin is not very well taken by the body, so doing it through liposomes may help.

I never did well on either turmeric or curcumin, but it's a nice thing to consider for the future.

Today I did a new batch with MSM + Vit C (1:2).
I'll try it from tomorrow on.

Have you taken liposomal Curcumin, JCarl?

For those of you taking 4-6 g a day, how are you dosing? All one dose or divided doses?

Koo, as for dosing, as I do it myself, I only do the maths on my own.

Just measure the whole amount you put inside (in my case, I use 100 grams of Vit C), the liquid content (about 500 ml in the end).

500 ml / 100 grams = 5 ml is 1 gram of Vit C.

I started taking it many times a day, but felt some problems: with food, it does not go very well, I find.

And then I could not sleep well.

So I changed to just one dose, early morning, empty stomach. It's much better. But if I took too much, I could also not sleep!

So I diminished the dose, things got a bit better.

Now I'm doing more mixed recipes, I find they go better in my stomach and they make me less alert for too long.

The last one I did was with MSM (half a portion MSM, double portion of Vit C). Let's see how it goes.

The taste is always bad, so no matter what you mix, if there is lecithin and vit C, it will be bad.

But if you mix a teaspoon in a glass of juice, things improve a lot!

I took today one dose early morning only.

I'm again strong enough to do Mercola's muscle building training (meaning strong exercise for short periods, then rest, repeated a few times).

My legs are tired now, but I felt no stinging pain on my side, like usual, when I start doing some strong exercises (like putting muscle power to the max).

The fact that I felt NO STINGING pain at all, even if it's been more than a year that I did not do this Mercola training, is amazing.

I'll be 52 this year, and I know my body.

It should have stinging pains, as I had these since childhood!! Nothing AT ALL!!!

I stopped the cycles of intense running after my muscles could not stand until the end of the cycle, not due to stinging pains on my side, like it has ALWAYS been.

I've been only cycling slow and walking long distances this last year, but no fast exercises at all!!!... Too tired for that.

The last TB infection mixed with candida in winter really consumed my inner energy, I think.

For the first time again, after winter, I feel the energy is slowly back and my body can afford these intense bouts of exercises.

It's been 8 hours since I did the training, so far , I haven't collapsed. I hate collapsing after physical exercise.

So, I'm giving a lot of credit to these liposomal experiments. It does feel like building slowly my inner battery.

I asked a lady, who's got lyme disease and she's been using livOn brand. This is what she says:

"I have been on 4 packs of livOn labs LVC for a few months and has been a game changer.

Sometimes I get an upset stomach (after taking the liposomal C) and it can be a little intense if the dose is a little high (some detox and herxing)

.... but overall it has helped me so much even with sleep. (Br: I asked her if she could sleep, as she takes it before bed too!)

I had been sick for 15 years with multiple chronic infections and high dose C has been huge.

I actually had a functional MD introduce me to making my own LVC in 2012 and I bought my US machine from him.

I tried it back then. But I was too sick and couldn't tolerate any Vit C at all.

Lyme really is a complex of multiple issues for people, involving our internal and external environments.

For me I had a high amounts of inflammation from heavy metals and endotoxins from multiple organisms and mold and chemical exposure for working in a lab for a couple years.

Vit C can help neutralize some of these toxins.

Viruses are also huge for lyme people as our immune systems become suppressed.

I have had multiple chronic viral infections and possibly a huge part of my symptoms."

I asked the lady some questions, let's see if she answers...

I'm continuing with my liposomal experiences. This time I added 1/3 of MSM inside the liposomal Vit C.

I'm having more detox issues, like teeth in pain, facial nerves in pain, nerves around the spine also a bit painful. The teeth pain are the worst, but nothing too bad.

I need to do some Violet Ray on them (sort of PEMF) to stop the pain, then I can sleep.

I suspect the VIt C + MSM went intracellular and reached parts that are toxic, and are pulling toxins out...

But who knows... My liver gets heavy daily, bit painful, and it gets a relief from Zeolites and MSM in powder (not liposomal).

On the good side, my energy levels improved considerably, in a very short time. I feel very energetic, like I went back 5-8 years ago.

I not only can exercise (intermittent high power exercises or long term low power exercises like jogging, cycling), but I feel I have to exercise, to sort of spend the extra energy that is building up.

It's been only about a month that I started with Liposomal Vit C and I have to say, it was an amazing discovery.

I don't know how it does what is doing - like cleaning my sinuses, ended my mold sensitivity, my pollen allergy - and diminishing considerably all joint-related problems.

I haven't caught any infectious diseases since I started on it, nor my daughter or husband.

It feels like summer, though, but many people around are still taking antihistaminic drugs against allergies and many people are ill with some flu or cold - I wonder why now, that is so hot.

My daughter, who's got a serious problem with low ferritin, is also jogging again - no one is forcing her. She also feels some sort of energy boost, I suppose.

We both are though having to tune the amount, otherwise, we can't sleep well.

My husband is sleeping better than before with the lipo C.

All of us 3 had joint reactions - all 3 got joint pains, exactly where we had problems before:

- daughter and I got pain in the lyme knee and joints

- husband got pain in his gout toe.

It does feel like the Vit C sort of acts on the places of the body that's got inflammation or got a tendency to get inflammation.

I'm having more information about the LivOn brand, and so far, what I understood is that self-made is better than bought.

the lady above, who was on LivOn for quite some time, decided to do her own batch of liposomal Vit C.

She is having LOADS of pain all over her body. She got lyme and many other problems, and she said the LivOn brand was already a game changer.

But she is reacting even stronger with the self made version.

It is very easy to do. You just need to buy one device (even some people do not do with a ultrasound device, but do with a home mixer).

I'm trying to get some more detailed information about which device they use (which mixer). If I get some more info, I'll post here.

The quality of the liposomes are of major importance.

The moment I'm writing this, my left arm (bone) is in pain.

The story repeats: I take once a day my liposomal vit C (now with MSM), early morning. I'll feel a boost of energy, so I do some exercise when I can.

then sometime after lunch, I start to feel what I'm calling 'herxes' (but they are not always herxes as I don't think I have infection in the bones...).

Then later in the evening, my liver and kidneys will feel strange, painful, heavy, and I need binders.

I'll try to take binders then 2 hours after my lunch, to avoid the evening pain on teeth, etc...

Phospholipids can clean heavy metals and toxins article

Take a look at the article to understand what Phospholipids can do to the body.

One of the main products of dr K for cleaning heavy metals was called Phospholipid Exchange.

I think it got out of the market, but was replaced by Lipo Health, very similar composition:

That is how they describe Lipo Health (in dr K's site):

Phospholipid Exchange-Konzentrate (Lipo Health) ist eine Kombination von Mikrosphären verkapselte EDTA und essentiellen Phospholipiden (EPL).

(meaning, it is, to my understanding, a liposomal product with EDTA and other essential phospholipids)

It contains:

- Magnesium (35 mg Magnesium-Chlorid) 4 mg
- Sodium (1.000 mg Disodium EDTA) 110 mg
- Soy Phospholipid-Komplex 5500 mg (with 40% Phosphotidylcholine)
- Disodium EDTA 1.000 mg

Wikipedia:

Lecithins are mixtures of glycerophospholipids including phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, and phosphatidic acid.

---------------

Lecithin is a precursos for choline involved in the sythesis of acethylcholine

Lecithin (phosphatidylcholine) is a major component of crude soybean oil.

However, raw lecithins are complex mixtures of lipids, namely, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol as main components.

Lecithin plays an important role in normal metabolism, for example, forming part of membrane phospholipids;

some metabolites are messengers in cells;

choline derived from lecithin plays a role in brain cells in the re-synthesis of new phosphatidylcholine molecules needed for cells that envelop the axons of neurones;

and choline apparently has a protective role, allowing cells to die rather than to turn into malignant cells (cancers) when they undergo mutations.

-----------------
Lecithin (phosphatidylcholine) is a precursor for choline.

As such, it is involved in the synthesis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, and levels of lecithin correlate with levels of choline and acetylcholine.

Consequently, one presumed mechanism of action of lecithin is the increase in the synthesis, release, and availability of acetylcholine.

However, lecithin is also involved in complex intracellular processes, including the regulation of cellular membrane permeability.

As discussed above, patients with bipolar disorder reveal altered membrane phospholipid metabolism, and low choline levels within the orbital frontal gray matter have been found in patients with manic symptoms.

Thus, supplementation with lecithin apparently stabilizes the membrane and changes action potential.

I'm not kidding when I say this Lipo C + MSM is acting directly on my nerves and intracellular.

Lecithin ALONE can be used for detoxing heavy metals and toxins, so combined with vit C or anything else (like in the product of dr K) it acts like an amazing chelator!

I'm still chicken to try to add Disodium EDTA to my mixture, but I'll eventually do that later. One can buy the Disodium EDTA in liquid form in amazon...

I remember having a BIG trouble with Phospholipid Exchange, so I'm not going to try it again now, unless my reactions to Lipo C and MSM lower.

This stuff IS powerful.

C-Salts by Wholesale Nutrition (nutri.com) is the most tolerable (7.0 neutral pH) I've been able to find. It doesn't bother my heartburn at all, and somebody with an open ulcer could take it without ill effect.

It's buffered by macrominerals (magnesium, calcium, potassium, zinc), the same minerals that high-dose oral C (above 20 grams/day) will suck out of your body, which is one of the dangers of liposomal C at high doses when unaccompanied by macrominerals -- demineralization, which in the long-term can cause organ failure.

Doing Russell Jaffe's C-flush protocol once a week is the most accurate way of determining long-term daily need for C, which is 75% of the amount need to cause the flush (cause diarrhea). I've taken as much as 100 grams/day to flush and taken as much as 75 grams/day the other days of the week. This protocol feeds white cells and allow the body overcome fungal and BACTERIAL infections on it's on. Instead of taking agents to kill, kill the Lyme and dealing with dieoff that is almost undealable this protocol strengthens the immunnes system to deal with the lyme on its own and keep it a bay without dieoff. Unlike most forms of immune support, taking vitamin C to bowel tolerance, when accompanied by once/week C flushes is a magic bullet, not a band aid, like most of the things we do.

One thing to be aware of for people needing high doses of C who decide to take C-salts is that it's abundance of alkaline minerals can over-alkalize the body at really high doses. It's something to monitor with pH strips and a morning urine check.

The Vitamin C Foundation did a study of the four most popular recipes for home-made liposomal vitamin C and found none of them effective; the Foundation's recommendation is to buy commercial liposomal products, which work.

GVS

Posted by Brussels (Member # 13480) on :

I'm doing a recipe that comes from a patent - it's got the highest concentration possible as it is to its highest titration possible.

Even commercial liposomals do not reach that concentration (because simply, that is the maximum dilution possible, you can't add any more molecules of Vit C in the liquid - water and alcohol - when you reach that).

What is titration?

I even need to warm the water + alcohol to dilute the Vit C further (below 35 degrees Celsius) in order to achieve that level of concetration.

Otherwise, we can still see the ascorbic acid crystals.

Other people I know are doing the other recipe, also following LivOn patent, using a home mixer.

One can of course buy the products, but so far, from the few experiences I heard of, home made can be stronger than bought.

My first batch that I followed from a youtube video with acerola was just nothing. The concentration was too low, and I suspect that even if you reach maximum titration, the effect won't come close to what ascorbic acid alone is doing.

It felt a bit good the first days(probably it was lecithin), then it stopped. It felt like nothing.

My friend did the same acerola recipe (she had lyme twice, now she's fighting babesia, but practically symptomless), she felt absolutely nothing, and threw the rest off, as I did.

The second recipe I did for her, was this highest titration / dilution from ascorbic acid from a patent.

She can't even take 1 gram or it in the morning, as it bothers her sleep patterns.

Her mother tried, had improvements in her arthrosis, arthitis, tendon pains (she's in her 70s), but then could not sleep well too.

Both can bear that single gram of Lipo C just once every 3 days!!

So, I'm doing a 25% dilution for them, much weaker than mine, adding loads of magnesium, B12, to see if they can sleep.

----------------
I'm taking ONE GRAM of Lipo Vit C a day, possibly 2 grams and no more.

With that amount, which is very far from reaching bowel tolerance, I'm having all these reactions (like no more sinus allergies, more energy to run, jog, cycle etc).

Never I could dream of water soluble vit C doing the same effects, not on that low amount.

A male friend of mine said he's having dreams again on the same amount (1 gram of Lipo C) and sleeping like a baby. He's in his 60s.

I haven't tried to reach bowel tolerance as I dislike the type of diarrhea caused by NORMAL water soluble vit C.

That was the main reason I stopped taking water soluble Vit C and rather ate fruits / lemon instead.
-----------

I agree that somehow, I feel I need:

- more binders, or I get anxiety, liver pains, can't sleep, etc

- I'm taking my other supplements like magnesium, Schussler salts, vit D3 + K2, selenium, zinc... (my previous batch had all these already inside the Lipo C).

What is nice with this experiment is that I feel like the Lipo C became a central focal point among my supplements.

In the morning I take a glass of water with:
- 1 teaspoon of Lipo C
- 1 tea spoon of MSM
- I add Vit D3 + K2

And swallow my minerals + Omega 3 + evening primrose oil with it.

I don't know if it's a good idea to take all minerals with Vit C .

I know iron must be taken with Vit C to be better absorbed, but I don't know about other minerals...

I gotta read more about it.

Posted by Brussels (Member # 13480) on :

While vitamin C enhances the absorption of iron supplements, zinc absorption can be inhibited by both calcium and iron.

Therefore, if you are also on iron supplements, your doctor may recommend that you take those with vitamin C and consume zinc at a different time.

Zinc and vit C together is good or bad?

---------------
Minerals and vitamins together or separately?

If you take a large dose of a mineral, it will compete with other minerals to reduce their absorption.

The mineral most often taken in large amounts is calcium: The dose is usually several hundred of milligrams, compared to doses of just a few milligrams or even microgram amounts (1,000 micrograms = 1 milligram) of most other minerals.

So if you take a calcium supplement, take it at a different time of day than other mineral supplements or a multivitamin/multimineral supplement.

Doses of magnesium can also be relatively large and should, ideally, be taken apart from other minerals.

If you take high doses of zinc long-term (50 mg or more per day for 10 weeks or longer ), be aware that it can cause copper deficiency, so you may need to supplement with copper as well.

-----------------

The fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) are likely to be better absorbed if taken with a meal that contains fats.

In fact, one study found that taking vitamin D with dinner rather than breakfast increased blood levels of vitamin D by about 50%.

However, evidence (mainly from animal and cell studies) suggests that moderate to large doses of fat-soluble vitamins reduce absorption of other fat-soluble vitamins - by about 10 to 50% - due to competition.

Absorption of vitamin K appears to be particularly reduced by other fat-soluble vitamins, while vitamin A absorption is least affected and may actually be better absorbed when taken with vitamin E (Goncalves, Food Chem 2015).

Taking vitamins D, E, or K several hours before or after other fat-soluble vitamins would seem to maximize their absorption.

B vitamins. Many people take a B-complex supplement because B vitamins can boost energy and mood.

Main mistake: Taking B vitamins at night, which can cause insomnia for some people.

Take B vitamins in the morning. B vitamins sometimes cause mild stomach upset on an empty stomach, so take them with food.

Also helpful: Ask your doctor about taking magnesium when you take a B-complex supplement. This mineral tempers the vitamins’ energizing effects and helps prevent insomnia or anxiety.

Vitamin E. This fat-soluble vitamin is an important antioxidant.

Main mistake: Taking it without food. Like all of the fat-soluble nutrients, including vitamins A, D and K, vitamin E requires the presence of fat for optimal absorption. You’ll absorb less if you take it without food.

What to do: Take vitamin E with meals. The fat that is naturally present in the average meal is all you need to absorb the vitamin.

Helpful: Get plenty (approximately 500 mg) of vitamin C—either in your diet or with a supplement—if you’re taking vitamin E supplements. The nutrients recharge each other so that they stay active for longer periods.

Also important: Take a vitamin E supplement that contains mixed tocopherols (all four of the forms of vitamin E found naturally in food).

Many vitamin E products on the market contain only alpha-tocopherol.

Taking alpha-tocopherol by itself can deplete gamma-tocopherol, a form of vitamin E that appears to protect against both heart disease and prostate cancer.

Studies have shown that taking 400 IU per day of alpha-tocopherol by itself increases the risk for heart failure and prostate cancer.

These adverse effects may be due to depletion of gamma-tocopherol. In a typical 400-IU dose of mixed-tocopherol vitamin E, look for 50 mg to 100 mg of gamma-tocopherol. This approximates the ratio that normally is found in foods.

Calcium alone can cause kidney stones. Take it with a meal.

Also helpful: If you take calcium supplements, ask your doctor about taking magnesium with them.

In some cases, supplemental calcium is believed to deplete magnesium from the body.

And low magnesium could explain in part why, in a recent study, people who took calcium had a 30% higher risk for heart attacks than those who took placebos.

Main mistake: Taking iron at the same time as vitamin E. Each nutrient is blocked by the other, so you’ll absorb lower levels of each one.

What to do: Don’t take iron with vitamin E. Large doses of some minerals also may interfere with iron absorption, so don’t take a high-potency multiple mineral at the same time as iron.

However, a low-potency mineral supplement, such as 10 mg of zinc, 100 mg of calcium and 100 mg of magnesium, should not interfere with iron absorption.

6 common mistakes when taking vitamins

When using iron, wait two to three hours before taking vitamin E alone or in a multivitamin supplement. Also helpful: Take iron with 100 mg or more of vitamin C (from food or a supplement).

This increases the amount of iron that’s absorbed.
Right and wrong way to take your supplements

Vitamin E: This is a fat soluble vitamin and eating with a breakfast of nuts, yogurt, milk or avocado can help absorption. This will help with the maintenance of the heart and your circulation. It can be stored in the body and so one dose will work to maintain your body levels.

Selenium: This is a powerful antioxidant and anticancer supplement. This also facilitates the intake of Vitamin E and should therefore be taken in the same dose.

Zinc: Zinc is best taken at a different time to iron and calcium, therefore the best time is with your lunch. This will contribute to your immune system but can cause an upset stomach, so take it with food.

Iodine: This is an important supplement for normal cognitive functions and maintenance of the skin. It is naturally found in kelp. This can increase your energy levels, so can bring a welcome midday boost if taken with your lunch.

best time to take supplements

Well, after reading these sites, taking notes, reading quite a few more sites... [dizzy] I need some time to digest the info...

My feeling is that the best would be: do not take supplements, try to fill your reserves from food.

But as I know we are super toxic, EMR are damaging our enzymes, hormones, etc, plus we're fighting parasites, super bugs, low grade infections, active infections, etc...

... I know I have to find out a way to take these supplements BESIDES eating correctly... [Roll Eyes]

I have never taken too many orthomolecular supplements, as most made me feel bad, but after this incredible boost with the Lipo C, and the fact that my daughter is suffering from extreme low levels of Ferritin (protein that stores iron), well... I guess I have to figure out what to do with all these sups.

It's a puzzle and a timing challenge, specially with a teenager. [Frown]

If I figure out what is best for us, I'll post here to see what you all think ...

Good news is that Vit C seems to combine with many supplements, increasing its absorption.

You gotta try this lipo C rubbed on skin!!

I'm now sure that when I rub it on my face and neck: my sinuses clear, they leak, I feel I can breathe much better.

Before rubbing the Lipo C on my face, I didn't even KNOW my sinuses were blocked. I think it's very old and almost dry catarrh that is stuck there, because I have no symptom before I rub it on my face.

I rub it, then 1-3 hours after, I feel my nostrils opening, water runs (truly like water), and then I feel I can breathe better!

Another funny thing is happening on my small toes. Their nails have had a very strange shape for the last 15-20 years.

One toe had barely any nail, as it usually breaks. I wonder if this was not nail fungus.

It could be, as I suffer from skin candida on and off for 30 years.

It comes in winter, every year, for about 30 years...

So the nail malformation could be from fungus, I suppose...

Well, now the nail got black!!!
I'm rubbing lipo C there daily, for about 3 days only.

I wonder if the fungus is dying ?? !

I'm rubbing on soles and whole feet, and today morning I realized that the skin tone got much better, as though my skin got younger.

I compared with my leg skin, and my feet skin is shining more, looks much healthier than other dry parts where I hadn't rubbed the Lipo C.

Also on my hands, it's more shiny!

Since I started taking the Lipo C (ingested), I can see the mark on my nail growth (hands): it has a before and after LINE!

This is freaky.

My hand nails have been very weak after winter. Very weak, yellowish, not a healthy look. Since I got the last TB attack. I hope the Lipo C will help me there too.

Guys, you gotta try this experiment. It is worth!! But after taking it, toxins get loose.

That's another thing I'm sure about, as I need many more binders than usual.

I got bitten by a big tick... Cherries or ticks, I gotta choose!!! First time I went get cherries without having repellents...

Right under my arm, it's swollen....
I 'm rubbing the Lipo C and the Olbas, today I had very good energy, let's see tomorrow...

I usually feel bad almost immediately after tick bite, when it's contaminated.

Well, continuing my Lipo C experiment, I rubbed it all over my body, and the skin became SO SOFT!!!

It changed color to more light, more shiny.

There is a paper in Pub Med about transdermal Liposomal Vit C.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5579659/

Vit C does help the skin to get less dry according to the paper, it reduces wrinkles too.

Another tick bite, 3 in less than a week....

They are all around, feels like spring here...

Fortunately none so far developed into something bad ...

I'm rubbing Olbas and liposomal Vit C on the bites daily.

I'm continuing my lipo C experience, exchanging ideas with other people using lipo C for longer.

It seems that liposomal BOUGHT versions are usually weaker than what most of us are using (the qualityliposomal.com recipe).

I understand why: this recipe uses the most concentrate form possible.

I'm really amazed to see how it dealt with my nail fungus (more than a decade old) and how it is strengthening my nails in general, cleaning my sinuses, giving me energy, cleaning the joints.

It is still hard to deal with the herx-like effect from moving toxins, but I'm going slow.

Rubbing this stuff on skin makes such a fast change to the skin that is impressive. I guess younger people would not see the difference, but I do!

The last tick bite was on my thigh. I've been rubbing VitC on my whole body except for thigh and scalp.

Now I started rubbing all over my body (including thigh, except for hair), let's see if the ticks still bite me. I'm in daily contact with them.

I'm not using repellents to test. It could be a coincidence that it bit me exactly where I had no VitC!!

But if not, that would be an interesting find!!

Every time I drink my 2 grams of Vit C early morning, I feel such a boost in my whole body!

My mind gets clear (it is much better than coffee!!), my sinuses get a sort of pressure (like they were cleaned from inside out), I feel pretty energetic.

It's been quite many days that I feel no fog at all. My mind is clear!! I usually get fog - non fog, on and off. Electrosmog make the fog much worse usually.

It has been a good experience NOT to get fogs, even when a bit exposed to wifis, cell phones... I'm sure they are still not good, and I still avoid e-smog when I can.

I have gut problems with regular vitamin C and zinc. If I switch to liposomal C/zinc could this problem lessen?

thanks Brussels for your info.
My wife has been taking this for the past month based on your information.

She was having a chronic fatigue flareup in the past few months. Her energy levels have remarkably gone up after starting liposomal C.

Thank you!

I have been taking this. I got up to either 2 or 2.5 g no problem. Then after a while I started experiencing nausea.

I read this could be vitamin C toxicity???!

I backed down to 1 g no problem.

I am debating whether to even continue this when I finish this bottle as I haven't noticed any changes but hopefully it is doing something.

Sorry for my absence - long vacations in south america.....

Toby, I also had gut problems with powdered vit C, that is why I never really took it.

I know that the sodium ascorbate version is less aggressive than pure ascorbic acid (for me), but it's still not as EASY to take as the liposomal form.

The disadvantage of the lipo C is the awful taste.

Sodium ascorbate is used for babies, easy to take, but less effective. You can also sniff this to clean sinuses, even put in the ear canal to help clearing infections.

Yanivnaced, glad your wife is having more energy!

I continue to feel good with the Lipo C.

I also added sodium ascorbate to help mopping up toxins in the blood (but in small amounts as I have a tender tummy).

I continue thinking the Lipo C is incredible.

It does all sorts of things, but it may come with some initial worsening of symptoms - fatigue, some loose stools (or smelly stools), some joint pain, teeth pain etc.

My aunt got cancer, and her skin got awful colors, looked like crocodile skin (her oncologist is clueless). She got that after 3 years of chemio therapy.....

After 2 days rubbing lipo C, the color of her skin CLEARLY improved, her oncologist was also clueless.

I'm pretty sure the croco-skin pattern will fade for complete if she continues.

I got SO addicted on my Lipo C I can't live without it.

However, I know that vit C is diuretic.

So I'm replacing water soluble nutrients: vit B and minerals (incl magnesium).

I feel that my body needs a boosting of Vit B (many of them) and magnesium in the evening (far from vit C). Without magnesium, I tend to have cramps (after I started on Vit C).

I also re-started doing more regular physical exercises, so that could also be contributing for the cramps.

this is based on recommendations from the dr who promotes Lipo C, dr Levy.

Has your wife got cramps too?

How's her energy level now?

Koo, as for nausea, it could be from the awful taste?

Or it could be from some die off / toxins that are mobilized ?

I get tummy pains from times to times. But I know this is not burning pains, but toxic pains: it's what caused my gastritis during 20 years.

I take binders, such as chlorella, spirulina, barley grass, alfafa, diatom earth etc and the pain disappears.

I can't take great amounts without having EXCESS of toxin mobilization, so I keep on small amounts still (no more than about 2, 3 grams of lipo C plus abotu 2.3 grams of sodium ascorbate) divided in portions during the day.

I hope you haven't given up. It's one of the best things that I found in the last years.

I'm sort of doing all other therapies turning AROUND my lipo C. I don't want to stop taking it.

People from my family told me my skin looks much better. They saw me last time more than a year ago, and I had some liver spots on the face.

My skin is much clearer now.

Brain fog belongs to the past.

The disadvantage is that Lipo C still excites me, and I can't take loads without having problem to fall asleep.

I think I will try to take Ashwaganda or other herbs, as I would like to increase a bit the dose to see if it cleans my joints a bit faster and eliminates for good all my sinus problems...

Energy-wise, Lipo C is great.

It also blocks the development of any colds (as it was winter in South America and I could stop the beginning of colds at least 3 times, once for myself, 2x for my daughter).

She's got fever in one night, the next day she had practically nothing after a boost of multi C while all her cousins were already having awful coughs, missing school.

What is funny is that no single person reacts the same way with Vit C.

What I learned these vacations is that Vit C is in fact more like a liver metabolic molecule, not exactly a vitamin.

We have genes to produce vit C but they are somehow inactivated.

Dogs and cats still produce minimal amounts of vit C, but much less than goats and other animals.

It seems that domestication, too much breeding we did to these animals made them produce less and less vit C (apes produce none, like us).

Even cold weather activates the liver (or kidneys) of wild animals to produce more vit C.

It helps metabolism, it's a cofactor to enzymes, it has so many different functions in the body that is hard to tell what effect it will do on each person. I guess that is why no single person reacts the same way.

And expect some initial worsening of symptoms!
At least, I had.

My last liposomal recipe:

ascorbic acid 50 grams
Vit B complex 20 capsules
Vit B12 10 capsules
Vit D3 20 drops
Vit K2 30 drops
zinc, copper, manganese 3 caps
selenium 5 caps
chrom, molyb 3 caps
lecithin powder 70 grams
vodka 125 ml
water 130 ml

I followed what dr Levi suggested: as vit C has diuretic effect, and I'm taking it daily, he suggests to take more of anything that is water-soluble, that you may be losing.

So Vit Bs, and minerals.

I've been taking it for about 3 weeks and I find it better than my previous pure Vit C.

In the evening, I need to take magnesium though.

Brussels, I would like to try liposomal C

I found this brand...very expensive, but

I liked the ingredients. I have just started to

look at different brands.

The homemade sounds very promising too.

Mary, if I were you, I would buy PURE liposomal C.

Why?

Because the rest (sodium ascorbate, ascorbic acid) you can buy for almost nothing and take it, while the liposomal vit C is what shall cost a bit more (because they use lecithin and need some preparation).

I think LivOn is not a bad brand, by what I hear (pure liposomal). There is another good brand, but I forgot the name... I'll see if I find it.

If you'd like just to try the non-liposomal form, simply buy ascorbic acid (in pounds, very inexpensive), then a clean sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and just mix them to produce your own Sodium Ascorbate (that is less aggressive to the stomach).

Proportion about 2:1.

Then you take the pure liposomal C simultaneously that you may produce home or buy it.

then you will get the full benefits of vitamin c.
It will be a better use of your money!

The 5ml portion of liposomal Vit C in the product you mention has only 0.4 grams of Lipo C. You need at least 1 gram, in my opinion, to feel something is 'happening'.

I have a very tender stomach, and could not tolerate 1 gram Vit C if taken at once, but the lipo C has not been a problem, even in much higher amounts.

I had been thinking to take some other antioxidant in between my lipo C intake.

The reason is that I have the feeling that keep repeating the same ingredient daily is maybe less interesting than rotating different ingredients (for example, I need many other ingredients to help my body produce glutathione better, not only Vit C).

Somehow, I have an inner voice telling me not to take only ONE chemical supplement in great amounts daily.

I had had good experiences with liposomal turmeric (I just did it once), that is why I decided to make a mix with:

lots of turmeric (40 grams),
acerola powder (about 15 -20 grams),
spirulina (20 grams)
and bits of MSM powder,
80 grams of lecithin,
200 ml of vodka,
300 ml of water.
(all ingredients above were tested energetically, to see if they combine well)

It got very thick, dark green color.

Turmeric has ALWAYS been a very difficult 'supplement' to take. Even in food, I have difficulty digesting it.

I'll let you know how it felt after a couple of days on it.

The daily intake of lipo C makes my body detox.

It is not visible the first days, but after, I'll get some symptoms of toxins on the move (so I keep needing binders).

I'm not sure this new mixture with turmeric + spirulina will help me to flush toxins off (or if it will be more mobilizing).

I gotta try for a while to see.

For anyone wanting to know whether this liposomal business is worth or not, simply use the mixer. Do the whole mixture only in a mixer, let it stir for at least 15-20 minutes in low speed (check for the temperature, do not let it go too hot).

You'll probably get some liposomes this way.

The turmeric + spirulina 1st experience:

I just took about 2 tee spoons yesterday.

After about 15-20 minutes, I got a sort of lymph drainage effect: my fingers got like dried up from inside.

The feeling was gorgeous. Like my brain got clearer (in about an hour, I could see a CLEAR difference).

No problem to digest the stuff.

Turmeric, as I said, had always been a problem for me. Spirulina is fine, but also not that easy to digest, when taken in large amounts.

The taste was very much 'turmeric'. I guess that adding more of the acerola powder would be better for the taste.

In anyways, it tasted much better than liposomal Vit C.

The lipo version seems to be muuch easier to digest, probably because it sort of skips some of the digestive pathways to go directly to the gut.

I had always been wary about turmeric. Even tiny amounts used to bother my stomach. Plus, I never felt any good effect from it (probably because of the tiny amounts I could take due to tender tummy).

My daughter had been in bad mood the whole day yesterday. She looked tired, unmotivated. I gave her one teespoon late in the afternoon (by 4pm or so)

Minutes after she said her hands were getting warm.

About 1-2 hours after intake, her mood clearly changed for better.

She had been thinking to go to bed earlier, she had told us she was not going to watch a movie with us, but only the beginning, then go to bed.

Well, she not only watched the whole movie, took a shower after, and went to bed in great mood.

I wonder if this has to do with the turmeric + lipo mixture... Or just a coincidence.
--------------

Liposomal products are the future.

If you have digestive problems, tender tummy, etc like we have, the liposomal form seems to be very useful.

I'm thinking to open a Facebook group to exchange info about homemade (or not) liposomal products.

Anyone would like to join me? I think I need one person more to start the group.

There are other groups on facebook already, but I'm not happy with any of them...

Could you please send me PM? (I hope it's not a problem to ask that here in lymenet...)

Wow Brussels, I totally agree Liposomal is the future.

I been researching the nematode worm in brains of Alzheimer's patients.

Many meds used have trouble crossing the BBB. Yet Liposomal meds have no problem. They need to produce Liposomal antibiotics ! In fact, all meds maybe. Eliminate the breakdown from stomach gastric juices too. The best supplements are the Liposomal brands. Very expensive, yet very effective. Thoughts ?

Liposomal antibiotics

Liposomal antibiotics pubmed article

Bonnie, there are already researches on liposomal everything, from cancer drugs to antibiotics.

Just google it, you'll be amazed to see how liposomes are here to stay - since they were first 'discovered', there is no coming back.

It's going exponential.

I'm on second day of experience with the turmeric + spirulina.

It's extremely easy to take, super easy to digest.

I wonder if some people who are sensitive to chlorella, if they won't be able to ingest chlorella in liposomal form?

The greatest thing with it, is that it targets the cells, at least cell walls.

I wonder how much crosses intracellular, how much stays at the cell wall.

Two people I know using Lipo C, with chronic babesiosis had good results with it.

One of them got negative for babesia (only through muscle tests). It's promising.

Imagine if you simply do stuff like cryptolepsis in liposomal form, or cats claw...

I don't know why so few people use it, against lyme.

I rarely get such reactions in joints, sinuses the way I do with my liposomes...

I feel like very stubborn symptoms finally move forward. Not solved yet, but at least, I feel supplements can reach these areas, specially most joints.

On top, stuff like vit B complex, or minerals, I just add a bit, and I'm pretty sure that we need to ingest MUCH LESS than what we do to get similar effects.

So it's also interesting to save some money on supplements that are water soluble.

I'm pretty happy with my trials. I'm both ingesting and rubbing on my body. Rubbed lipo magnesium chloride gives a great feeling. [sleepy]

You're welcome.

I'm also opening a facebook group, with liposomal discussions, if anyone is interested...

It is called Liposomal Vitamins and Supplements.

I'm not selling anything there, and not allowing anyone to advertise products, so I hope it's not a problem to disclose that here.

I need a place to discuss this with OTHER people, who actually try these liposomal products, home made or not.

I hope the group will work.

Few people in lymenet are doing that.. Understandable, with lyme.

But I hope to gather more information about mixtures, what works best etc.

If anyone would like to join, just pop there!!

Brussels. I am not on facebook, so hope you will come back and periodically post results on this thread. I always appreciate your insights!

I just don't do social media.

I may be ready for liposomal vitamin C at some point. So far, energy healer has said not to start it.

Hey Hiker, me too, I usually avoid social media.

But as so FEW people in lymenet engage in lipo C, and I found out loads of info about it facebook, I decided to join only for that reason.

I got most of my questions answered, and I see so many people there got lyme also (or had had lyme)... so I can learn from their experiences too.

I don't use my name, nor my face, anyway... I hate this Big Brother thing too.

If people post here, I'll see it of course, and answer them!

I let the FB group open to be read by anyone (I think I did. [Big Grin] No need to subscribe to it to read the content).

I'm a total newbie on it, so I'm not sure what I'm doing, [bonk] but I hope I'll be able to gather more experiences from other people who actually try liposomal products.

I mean, just THINK about what these 4 products can do:

1- liposomal Vit C (stronger than IV vit C!!!)

2- liposomal Vit B12 - ingested, 'normal' B12 works next to nothing but studies show that lipo B12 is very well absorbed, amazingly well (probably also comparable to IV B12).

The more I read about B12, I wonder why isn't it as known as Vit C , Vit D3 and magnesium. I think that Vit B12 is in the same level of importance, as well as iodine.

3- liposomal glutathione - this is another very promising product (as you all know, ingesting 'normal' glutathione means next to nothing)

4- liposomal turmeric - turmeric is so hard to digest, but with lecithin it becomes buffered, protects your stomach, and it goes directly to cells!

And I'm sure there are other uses for liposomes, that we still do not know.

I've been using liposomal magnesium on my skin, and recently have tried liposomal spirulina mixed with turmeric, and it is so strong I got to go back and re-start slowly.

All that, done at home, for a very small budget, and still, you guys with lyme here don't even try!!

That's why I decided to open that facebook group, so that I can gather other people's experiences!

Just thinking . . .

I checked all my Liposomal products. All contain Phosphatimdylcholine, which is a phospholipid (fat).

Because it's a fat, it can break down other fats, such as lipomas, benign tumors, and fat cells containing harmful metals.

https://www.healthline.com/health/food-nutrition/phosphatidylcholine

It's used in drug delivery as an effective means of lasting longer in body to permeate into cells.

So would it be feasible to just incorporate Phosphatimdylcholine as a supplement to increase our supplements absorbency ?

Posted by Brussels (Member # 13480) on :

Wiki:

"Lecithins are mixtures of glycerophospholipids including phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylserine, and phosphatidic acid.[3]

Lecithin was first isolated in 1845 by the French chemist and pharmacist Theodore Gobley.[4]

In 1850, he named the phosphatidylcholine lécithine.[5]

Gobley .... had demonstrated the presence of lecithin in a variety of biological matters, including venous blood, in human lungs, bile, human brain tissue, fish eggs, fish roe, and chicken and sheep brain."

Yep, exactly Bonnie.

Absorption through lecithin /Phoshp Coline is increased many fold (also intracellular), and on top, it does that WITHOUT spending any energy, which is a great advantage!

No need for complex ion pumps and ATP consumption!!!

Plus, it is inexpensive.

If you just RUB lecithin mixed in water on your skin, you'll sense what it does when it reaches your gut. The penetration in the skin is amazing (as long as it is a bit humid), MUCH better than oils.

Plus, you try to wash it off, you'll see it is very hard to wash off the skin, even with hot shower.

The skin will be shiny for days after a single application of lipo C on the skin (or any liposomal product) even if you take a shower every day.

that gives you an idea of what to do with it, when you ingest it!!

I think that if you add lecithin, using a mixer, you'll get some liposomes already.

If you'd like I can try to share here the recipe for those wanting to use a home mixer to produce one's own liposomal products.

I'm even mixing some Vit D3 to it. Vit D is fat soluble, so theoretically, it will be absorbed different than water soluble supplements.

But seeing how close the composition of lecithin is to the human cell-wall, I'm pretty sure that even fat soluble vitamins would have an advantage by being transported by lecithin!

that's why I'm adding my D3 (and K2, that I suppose is also fat soluble) to lecithin!

To make liposomes, most people use a mixer AND an ultrasound cleaner (that you can buy for about 20-40 dollars).

lYME WIPED OUT BY VITAMIN C

"One case in particular stands out.

A woman suffering with severe and debilitating Lyme disease had been seen by many doctors and had not responded to several courses of antibiotics.

Her health was rapidly failing and her husband called Dr. Levy.

The woman was immediately infused with 100 grams of Vitamin C and within just two hours of treatment here husband reported that she looked 50 to 60 percent better.

Over the next two days she received five more 50 gram infusions of Vitamin C, and by hour 72 she was completely well.

That was nearly two years ago.

She has since suffered no relapses, nor is there any indication of a chronic infection. "

"Anecdotally, I have had the occasion to clinically cure a case of acute Lyme disease with three days of intravenous vitamin C therapy.

Whether this is readily repeatable, or whether a chronic case of Lyme disease would respond as well remains to be seen.

At the Colorado Integrative Medical Center we are now initiating a combination of therapies including those mentioned in this newsletter to see precisely how much success we can have on a regular basis with this particular disease.

We are presently accepting new patients at this time who have this condition and are looking for another treatment option."

" My Lyme symptoms started two and half years before it was finally diagnosed correctly following a Western Blot Lyme test.

I tested positive for Lyme disease and tick borne disease coinfections Bartonella and Rocky Mountain spotted fever in September 08.

Prior to being diagnosed with Lyme disease I was referred to Psychiatrists and Pain Management Specialists none of which even considered my symptoms could be Lyme.

....
It had gotten to the point where I couldn’t write my name in cursive because I had lost dexterity and/or communication from my brain to my hands.

I was referred by my primary care physician to a Psychiatrist that prescribed the following medications over the course of the two plus years of undiagnosed Lyme: Klonopin, Buspar, Lexapro, Effexor, Paxil, Cymbalta, Xanax XR, Xanax, Trazadone, Zoloft, Valium, Prozac, and Zyprexa.

All of these medications individually had their own side affects which further contributed to incorrect diagnosis of my symptoms.

In addition to the Psychiatrist over this period of time, I was also referred to several Pain Management Specialists from Anne Arundel Medical Center to Johns Hopkins for the nerve pain radiating from my Pelvic area down my left leg.

The Pain Management Specialists administered 15 different nerve blocks to include blocks administered through my back under x-ray.

In addition to the nerve blocks they also performed a procedure to burn and deaden the femoral nerve so that it would not transmit the pain any longer.

All of these injections were risky and extremely uncomfortable.

In addition to the nerve blocks the Pain Management Specialists prescribed the following pain medications over the same 2 plus year period: Methadone, Opana, Opana XR, Oxycontin, Vicodin, Percocet, Elavil, Neurotin, and Lyrica.

As you can imagine the great mimicker Lyme disease together with the Psychiatric medications and pain medications sent my overall health in a downward spiral.

Upon the successful diagnosis of Lyme disease, I was treated by an Infectious Disease specialist who inserted a Picc Line in my left arm and administered 30 days of Rocephin.

Upon conclusion of the 30 days the Picc line was removed and the Infectious Disease specialist considered my Lyme treatment over.

I was still experiencing all of the same symptoms and he suggested I go see a Psychiatrist.

I didn’t feel I needed a Psychiatrist at this time and after doing our own research I went to a Lyme Awareness Doctor at the National Integrated Health Associates in Washington DC.

The Lyme Awareness doctor immediately began oral Antibiotic treatment that had me on no fewer than 3 antibiotics at the same time.

Over the course of 9 months of treatment by the Lyme Awareness Doctor I was on: Doxycycline, Rifampin, Azithromycin, Flagyl, Levaquin, Bactrim and others that I can’t remember at this time.

Hind site being 20 – 20, all of this time I was developing a severe stomach infection (Candidiasis) and lost weight from 170 down to 127 lbs.

I was following the doctor’s orders directly for increased probiotics and diet and was placed on Diflucan on several occasions over the 9 month period to treat the stomach infection.

All the while my stomach infection was getting worse and I was now almost completely unable to eat.

Feeling I was at rock bottom a friend of mine who was successfully treated at Florida Detox and Wellness Institute told me of a new IV therapy with mega doses of Vitamin C that was showing promising results for the treatment of Lyme.

I was unable to eat, had lost 43 lbs., and was experiencing all of my symptoms at their highest point.

My wife contacted Florida Detox and Wellness on a Friday morning and we were on a plane on Sunday.

During my first appointments at Florida Detox and Wellness Institute.

I was extremely weak, couldn’t eat, my immune system was completely shot and as I mentioned earlier I was at rock bottom.

Florida Detox and Wellness Institute immediately ordered brain chemistry and major blood work and began administering IV Therapy with mega doses of Vitamin C.

During the first week of treatment I received 4 rounds of IV therapy and by the end of the week we were going over most of my blood work and adding mostly natural supplements to aid my fighting the stomach infection, battered immune system and brain chemistry issues.

I returned to Florida on two more occasions and have received 19 rounds of IV therapy.

My natural killer cell count which had remained under 40 during 9 months of Picc Line and oral Antibiotic treatment was now 464.

The Lyme Awareness Doctor’s that treated me with all of the antibiotics wanted this count to be around 180 before they would cease treatment.

With 19 treatments at Florida Detox and Wellness Institute, I had achieved and surpassed the goal of 180 to a high of 464.

Most of my Lyme and stomach infection symptoms have subsided and I plan on continuing treatment at Florida Detox and Wellness Institute for additional IV therapy and adjustments to my brain chemistry to help address anxiety and Depression symptoms.

I hate to think of where I would be if I had continued on the oral antibiotics and not sought out treatment at Florida Detox and Wellness Institute...

After having used over 1000 hours of leave and missing the last 4 months of work I have now returned to work part time working my way back to full time.

On 9/30/09, he reported, ” I am dramatically improved from when I first visited Florida in June.

I still feel I have a ways to go but I think the majority of my issues may reside in the anxiety and Depression arena.

I would love to knock out that last positive under band 23 while I continue to work on my brain chemistry and associated anxiety issues.”

12/11/09 Steve reported he is working about 6 hours daily, but the tachycardia which developed with his Lymes infection continues and he is scheduled for an echocardiogram on 12/15/09.

His heart rate is often over 100 beats per minute. After meeting with his cardiologist, Steve reported, “My heart is structurally and physiologically sound.

There are no blockages, it is the right size and it is operating normally.

However, the heart monitor revealed that my heart rate is normal until I reach early morning.

The monitor recorded a high of 158 at 7:15 a.m. on Tuesday. I was still in bed at this time.

There was a pattern of high heart rate in the a.m. and then leveling off as the day goes on.

There were also isolated instances of rapid heart rate at different times throughout the day. “

Toprol, 50 mg BID, lowered his pulse to normal range, but he experienced nausea and discontinued Toprol.

Two Hawthorn capsules daily have lowered his resting pulse to about 100, without side effects and he was asked to increase the Hawthorn dosage.

On 3/8/2010, Steve submitted a whole blood sample for testing by Central Florida Research.

Their highly sensitive Borrelia Burgdorferi Direct Fluorescent Flow Cytometry test revealed Steve tested negative for Lyme Disease.

On 4/18/10 Steve emailed that he is playing golf again and has returned to work full-time.

On 10/12/10, his wife emailed

'Steve is doing fantastic and is back to work fulltime and has his life back.

I haven’t seen him this happy in along time!

He is still taking lots of your supplements and the toprol for his heart but has his life back ,playing golf every week.

He never thought he would ever play golf again.

I will NEVER be able to thank you guys enough for what you have done for us.

Steve is a new person, thanks to you! I hope you all are doing well. We think about you often and talk about you all the time because people are always asking about how he got better.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of sick people with LYme here in our county with lots of woods and deer around everyones house."

Hi Group,

I want some very high quality Liposomal Vitamin C.

You probably will be surprised at this--but I haven't taken vitamin C in years. I know I need to very much. I'm mad at myself for skipping vitamin C.

So can someone recommend some Liposomal Vitamin C which is either a pill to swallow or a liquid which tastes good. I had some once which was a packet of orange goo which was supposed to be flavored orange but it tasted like jet fuel! Taste is very important to me!!!!!

Thanks,
Zeitgeist

Oh... I only know about Mercola's Lipo C in pill form, but I haven't heard good reviews about it...

I produce my own, and it does taste awful (very acid, like vit C shall taste).

I'll try to look around for you, ask in the lipo C group. Give me a couple of days to find out.

People are suggesting to drink Lipo C (from ascorbic acid) with a straw OR to produce liposomal C with Sodium ascorbate (practically tasteless).

that could be one way to try?

My last recipe of liposomal vitamins / minerals.
It tastes much better than only liposomal C.

And I do not react with insomnia like I do with pure liposomal C.

My daughter is in the USA now for the next 2 weeks, so that is what I prepared for her (but I'm also taking it).

50 grams ascorbic acid (Vit C)
15 capsules Magnesium (citrate, that is what I got)
16 capsules Selenium (natural source)
6 capsules B-Life Protect (HPU supplements with zinc, B6, manganese)
17 capsules Niacin (B3)
40 grams of maca powder
4 dropperful of CBD oil
5 dropperful of cilantro tincture
3 droppers of concentrate D3
(I would add about same amount of K2 if I had home, but I haven't got it now....)
2 teaspoons of honey
230 ml of water
75 ml of vodka

(I tested the mixture energetically, as many things do not 'combine' well).

I blended it all for about 5 minutes

Then added 70 grams of lecithin and blended for about 5 minutes more.

Then sonicated the whole thing for about 40 minutes.

It acts as Lipo C (joint cleansing /pain, sinuses feel cleaning from inside, etc), but it does not excite me as Lipo C does.

Lipo C alone causes me anxiety.

Daughter and I take 4 teaspoons of that liposomal mixture. Then we take CoQ10 and Iodine.

In the evening, we take fish oil or krill oil with chlorella (because zinc, cilantro, vit C do mobilize heavy metals). And that is all.

After reading about teeth health, I'm thinking about cod liver oil.... Still wondering if I'll take it or not, due to heavy metals....

I just realized my candida/fungal infection that comes every year, didn't show up so far.

It is snowing here, so we are 'theoretically' in winter.

I also realized that curcumin is antifungal.

I take both Vit C in liposomal form and curcumin + spirulina in liposomal form (in days on and off), not the same day.

This new mixture above is new, to substitute my pure Lipo C mixture (that I take for months, but that still causes me anxiety).

And also to fit winter time better (with vit D3...).

I should be covered in candida by now, but I don't even see candida showing up.

I also take fermented veggies (kimchi), but I also did this in the past, but it was not ENOUGH to put my 3 decade old candida dormant in winter months.

I always get back candida in autumn and full blown candida in winter (Dec, Jan, Feb).

So far so good.

Chronic candida, that is seasonal for me, is my last BIG health issue, that started 30 years ago.

In the last 20 years, it messed my life for at least 6 months a year (sometimes less, but sometimes more, till 9-10 months a year).

I want to believe this is due to my liposomal experience, but only spring will tell!!!

In spring, I'll know if I went through winter WITHOUT antifungals, anti candida homeopathics.

If it happens, I can only conclude it is due to lipo C and other lipo mixtures I'm taking DAILY, for the last 6 months.

Article about advantages of liposomes

" Conclusion

1- There are many potential applications for liposomes in the food industry, ranging from the protection of sensitive ingredients to increase the efficacy of food additives.

2- Due to the fast degradation of essential oils, they tend to lose their antimicrobial and antioxidant properties, that’s why liposomal encapsulation is a perfect alternative to avoid these problems and delivery them in a better way.

3. Liposome encapsulation provides multiple benefits to essential oil properties, when they are used as antimicrobials to have an effective control of certain pathogenic microorganisms in foods."

----------

Yes, liposomes protect essential oils against degradation, help to deliver them in a better way, and still, act as effective antimicrobials!

I'm at the klingh... institute making a course (Germany), and many of his products start to be in liposomal form.

The institute is also selling a product of liposomes so that people can add anything (andrographis, herbs, whatever you imagine possible) to it and create your own liposomes.

I can easily imagine what is inside this product because I produce my own liposomes... It's all in this thread, open to anyone.

But practitioners doing the course have no idea!
There are medical doctors, all sorts of practitioners, most never heard about liposomes!

There is a huge difference in intake of anything alone or in liposomal form.

Few people are using it here too.

I see huge possibilities to treat very stubborn and drug resistant pathogens such as Babesia (duncani specially), Bartonella or mycoplasma.

And also for people with gut absorption problems (I guess about 100% of chronic infection patients have gut problems because pathogens colonize the gut anyway....)

... who try to fill in their nutrition deficiency with supplements and everything else.

Most of it get lost or attacked by stomach acids or enzymes, when they aren't encapsulated in liposomes.

This liposomal revolution is right here, inexpensive, available to us now.

you can also choose to buy ready made products for about 10 to 100 times the price of ingredients.

I met some practitioners again, and they told me I look different (skin is clear, more healthy in a way).

the only thing I'm doing new are liposomal products.

Whatever: the revolution is somehow already happening. It's just a matter of time (or urgency) that will push more people into the liposomal revolution.

I'll keep my experiments, now adding more food items (as I react better with complete food, fruits, than with chemical supplements).

Craig used Liposomal C to fight lyme.

Look at page 321, 322 and other pages.

He also made use of other liposomal products such as lipo EDTA and lipo glutathione.

The logic he used for healing is very similar to what I think works for lyme: intense rotation of treatments, never stay stuck on one single type of treatment because the bacteria adapts.

And also, because you need RE-BUILDING your body as well.
