Hi All,

Wondering if these things are consistent with a herx or die off. Started some herbal antibiotics. Have had these symptoms for a few days:

*Faster heart rate overall, just feels like its working harder. on some days I am 75-80. It's been riding 90-100 all day and easily pushed over 100 if I do anything.

*left sided shooting pains.I mean entire LEFT SIDE. Chest wall, knee joint, left ankle, left butt cheek, left face cheek, left groin. Wow. Only on left. Left shoulder.

*mild anxiety

*headache

*dizziness

Not sure. I guess anything is possible with a herx.
