my doctor just ordered this test to evaulate the function of my pancreas and it came back within the low but normal range at 25 u/l (reference scale 13 - 78 u/l), what does this mean because ive been having gut issues from ibs flare ups and severe constipation of not having normal bowels (went 5 days from not using the restroom), can parasites be the calprit of this test? id appreciate if somebody can lend some input, thanks!
