Getting a rabies shot for dog and a rabies and distemper shot for cat.

I have CIVD and recieve monthly IV. (Immunocompromised)
I am also on a babesia protocol and very weak.

Can these immunizations spread live viruses or bateria?
Want to take every precaution possible, thanks.
