Is there bad gi die off from these? I'm supposed to start BR by itself fir 1 week at 1/day. Then add AR same dose for 1 week. Then increase to 2 pills in same manner.

My daughter always feels so much better when she takes these products but it's super important to maintain a strict diet to feel best.

If you happen to not have sibo, and you take one or both of these, would nothing happen? Is the main complaint from taking this (potentially) gi pain and diarrhea?
