Hi everyone - long time no post because I'm doing really well!
Moved to a new state, new job (which I can do full time!!), closer to family, etc. On the whole doing great, with only occasional relapses.
I'm looking at buying a house in the next year or so, but I want to make sure it passes the appropriate mold tests, given my sensitivity. Do I run an ERMI for every place I'm considering? Or is there an effective but faster solution?
Any advice on not messing up and having to re-sell a recently acquired home because of mold would be much appreciated!

Well....maybe save the expense when the new home is up for inspection??

I agree Lymetoo -- when we sold our house, the inspection showed mold- we had to treat it of course but the buyer paid for testing, we paid for treatment. You can always get out of a contract for mold. I've been there(couple times).
