Hello, I wanted to inquire about something very troubling to me. Recently, I noticed that in midst of a few or even several months of treatment that I've been totally disregarding detox and have only occasionally used sodium bentonite clay.

Now this was first because I had extreme bouts of paranoia that made me think the powder had been poisoned or something else and resulted in me not taking it at all. I've started taking the following after realizing this:

sodium bentonite clay 1 large tbsp
zeolite 1 small scoop
L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate 1 tbsp

Now onto the question, what sort of damage could I have caused by not properly detoxing all these months and should I be fine if I continue this regiment until I run out then purchase more?

(breaking up the pose for easier reading for many here)

Your liver naturally works to metabolize toxins and move them out of your body. with lyme, it being so toxic, extra support is often needed. however, if you don't have that on board, the liver is still going to do its best.

Rather than harsh detox "events" I think that steady and moderate liver support is far safer and easier on the body. That's kind of a nuanced difference though links here better explain:

LIVER & KIDNEY SUPPORT & and several HERXHEIMER support links, too.

I also haven't been taking milk thistle regularly until now, and that's with 6 weeks of disulfiram treatment. How that is I don't exactly know, I had it but was so severely depressed and out of it that I haven't been doing anything right.

Don't give yourself a hard time! We're ill. We're actually behaving normal for the illness situation!

One technique I use is to put any supplements that I want to take right in front of my nose. Well, not actually, but you know what I mean! Make those little bottles sit right in front of you.

I also suggest keeping a written record right next to them to remember yourself that you've taken something.

And here's another little tip - it can be so hard for us to get going. So like if I want to leave for the day and am slow to get going, I take the last action first and work back from there.

So I put my bags by the door. Then I get them ready there with whatever I want to take with me for the day. Then I get me ready.

I rarely detoxed in any regulated fashion. I treated Lyme and babesia for four years.

I did usually take milk thistle.
