My LLMD recently told me about OTC amino acids to take for anxiety. One was Hydroxytrophan and another L-theyne I believe it was ( spelling?) Input on these?

I take tryptophan and find it helps with depression and anxiety. I have heard that l-thianine (sp?) helps too.
Also reducing brain inflammation helps (see buhner protocol) and treating lyme and other co-infections that are hanging out in the brain
I'll be glad when mine is gone. It seems to get better or worse as other symptoms get better or worse.
