-Vitamin E

Thank you in advance!

This is Stephen Buhner's website;

Stephen recommends Green Dragon Botanicals or Woodland Essence (links are provided above).

Hey stefi,
If you feel really ambitious, you can research these websites on "Natural approaches to treat Lyme" (they are closed groups)

Buhner likes these sources:

elkmountainherbs.com
for example has Chinese skullcap (Baikal skullcap), cordyceps, isatis (limited supplies for 8 ounces), and houttuynia.

Also:
Woodlandessence.com,
pacificbotanicals,
zackwoodsherbs.com,

Thank you! I've noticed some site have capsules as well.

Should I just stick to the tinctures or is it worth trying out the capsules?

there are pro's and cons to each form of the herbs.

tinctures, tend to make the herb very easy to absorb as they don't rely on human digestion (so you may need a lower dose than powder).

They are easy to measure out and take and it's also easy and convenient to mix several / all together and take all at once - vs many pills and powders.

powdered herbs can often simply be mixed with water and kind swilled down - often the cheapest way - but not so convenient and some will balk at the taste/texture - but Buhner is a fan (as long at the herb is not radically bitter ( eg Andrographis)

pills are often the most expensive way - but convenient. Buhner will sometimes specify these for a herb that is v bitter or a concentrated extract is needed to reach the desired dose ( eg Andrographis again).

you can buy your own 00 sized capsules and powdered herb and make your own capsules with a little manual capsule filling machine - but it is laborious.

In my case, I have gut issues that mean I cannot tolerate much fiber and most herbs have a lot of it so I have become adept at making my own tinctures - which can all be mixed together and taken as one. Andrographis in tablet form and knotweed I make into a paste and eat as the dose is too much for capsules (approx 20g a day).

hope it is of some help

this is a reliable European source for any readers over this side of the pond.
I have been using them for a couple of years now and the service is excellent, the range is broad and I find the prices reasonable.
