My house has been checked out twice and no source of mold found. One inspection was done by person who can sniff it out and would get prickly skin if in mold. She was very thorough. I dont have HVAC furnace and walls are plaster not drywall.

I did have some positives on Great Plains urine test but was told by a PhD in fungi that she believes mold is an issue in food. I was doing a lot to detox two weeks before the test.

I think I'm a good detoxer of mold since I dont have the bad gene's for it.

I'm continuing to do activated charcoal, chlorella and garlicin. Since its impossible
to avoid in food,does anyone think you must do detox forever?

I've been doing VCS tests for the last 3 months and have finally gotten a negative test.

Is there anyone else here who knows food rather than a wet building is the issue for them?

Yes, I also believe food is a BIG source of mold, and so does Dr J. Here is how he explains it;

I wish I had a green thumb so I could grow my own food. It is so hard to find a clean food source now a days.

You should be fine .. but reduce any foods that are "MOLDY" ..

Leave the sugar behind. Anything that would create yeast, will also create mold .. Same basic thing.

I can't answer your last question, because we had mold issues last year.

I wish I could help more, but in case you were not aware, some foods are especially high in mold toxins. Peanuts are the one I remember.

Someone who grew up on a farm told me that silos for grain do smell moldy. I heard Europe has better controls than here.

Unfortunately it's not always visible on the food. I guess I'll just keep doing detox.

Dr J's video was helpful. Thanks Bonnie.
