I have been having this more often lately.. is it lyme or is my brain somethign wrong with it??
I am in babs tx right now (was active on test -b.duncani)
is it babs? bart? lyme?
I don't find many people that have this. so now that is has been often lately I am concerned. should I see a nuero dr or something?

I had crying spells all summer after I became sick. Never had them before. Think it was a symptom-wasn't upset at that time. Later I think I was overwhelmed with my symptoms. Is Dr C in Pa still treating you?

I am in treatment yes
so yesterday I went to chiropractor and right away I had a herx- or so was thought by me (and my LLND when I told them about it), it was the PSEUDOBULBAR thing.
I also got disembarkment syndrome, but I suspect they are maybe the same? so little is known about these things....
I went to bed last night and as I was trying to sleep I was overcome with TONS of neuro SX that were extreme racing and horrible thoughts- like graphic scenes in my head and all kinds of crazy swirls, lights, bells and whistles (so it seemed) flying around my head and through my body. They seemed to be worse when I tried to lay flat. Is that somethign important???
This was all accompanied by non stop mini seizures or tremmors or both , or something. I could not control any part of my body and was jerking, thrashing, etc. the more I fought it the worse it got.
this went on for maybe an hour? then I finally calmed down and fell asleep. woke up feeling like I was in car accident.
If it's a herx I think it was from a new detox I started a few days ago. ??
Or could be something from babs? those bab SX were def. in the mix. it was so scary. now I have to go to work for 7 hours- I hope I make it.
I called my dr but im waiting for response. I have a feeling they will tel lme yes, herx, but what if it's not? I can't find anythign on line about this w/ lyme, etc.

my partner had severe emotional outbursts with Lyme/Bart / whatever it is. tears/anxiety/rage/run-away thinking/ passing out
what helped her most was to lay with her back on the floor with her knees up and lower legs on the bed, arms flat away from her body and just stay still there for 5-10 minutes while trying to calm her thoughts.9 times out of 10 that allowed her to get back in control. sounds bizarre I know - but a neurologist told her to try it so we did.
other remedies that were calming and helped avoid the attacks in the first place were: 1, pasque flower tincture - about 10 drops on the tongue every hour at high-risk times 2, L-theanine - approx 200mg 2x a day

thanks Garz!
I take L-thianine, but frankly I didn't know what for. haha. I take 1x/day. no harm in ramping up to 2 I guess?
