I could use some prayer .. having some problems.. and my aunt just died. My mom's sister. My favorite. No more aunts/uncles on that side of the family. I won't be able to go for the funeral, which breaks my heart in two.

At least my mom and her sister are happy today!

Prayers for all.

Peace be with you.

I have been having a difficult time lately also.

I have been saying the first verse of Psalm 23 over and over: "The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want."

When I say over and over... I probably say it 100 times a day. Some days more, some days less. That's what is helping me get through these days.

I will pray for each one of you...I have a mindless job, so am able to think of what I want throughout my day...so, thus, I have much time to pray for each one of you.

Rhody...thought and prayed for you today and will continue.

I will check-in in the mornings and write down your prayer requests and put them in my back pocket so I can pull them out and petition for you all.

It would be nice, also, if anyone gets answered prayer to let us all know.

Momindeep , Good idea ! If everyone would post any answered prayers , it would be a true testament to the wonderful works of our God , and a blessing to us all to see others touched by the Holy spirit of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ .

My prayer is for PEACE in the world. Especially the Middle East. I can't even fantom the years of torture and suppression these people have endured.

Tonight I told my husband after reading about the mission to finally get bin Laden. I said the Devil tried to intervene to help him, but once again good did truimph over evil.

These dicators in the world that fill their people with hate are going down one by one.

I think God is working hard on many areas in the world where evil has to be eradicated.

I could really use your prayers right now. I'm not doing well at all and feel like I can't take this too much longer. Trying to go one day and one minute at a time, but it's getting to be more than I can handle feeling this way day in and day out... Please keep me in mind. Scared, it's going on too long. I mentally want my life back. Dad having another procedure tomorrow. I don't mean to be selfish, but I have a sick dad, 16 year old and husband that need me. Feel like the me I know is gone and want to and have to get "home". For all those asking for prayers, please God, we've done so much suffering in our own way, physical and mental. We need you.

Lyme in Putnam...Added you to my prayer list...is your 16 year old and husband ill too, or is it your father only? Just want to clarify if you feel like responding.

Talked and prayed to the Lord for everyone today and will do so again tomorrow and will continue on with our petitions.

It is a blessing to me to be able to pray for each one

of you...I have oftentimes felt like I am not much help concerning the Lyme scenario, I live in a small town and everyone knows how my daughter has suffered with Lyme and others are getting sick with it, but NO ONE except one person discusses anything Lyme related with me. (I even offer to go with people already stricken with Lyme to the doctor to advocate for them, but no takers). I feel like if given the chance, I could maybe save someone from hardship and heartbreak but the Lord has not opened that door for me.

But He opened this one!

So I am on it...God is good.

Will you all please pray for my sister? She's been feeling fluey and fatigued off an on for several months. Her doctor has started to run a few tests, they're not sure what's going on. I hope and pray that it is not something serious, I don't want her to have Lyme like me. I want her to live a full happy healthy life.

Count me in. This is one thing I want to join..

Will check in daily .. Prayers for each request listed here.

I have many request but my grandson is out of work and will be losing everything soon if work is not found. My daughter is having to go sign up for food stamps due to financial problems.. Never thought this would happen.. Also me with lyme and never feeling good seems there is no end so far the treatments aren't working. The stress of their pain doesn't help..

I would love to be a part of this and will keep you all in my prayers as I consider you all family.

I would appreciate prayers as I have some major health issues other than lyme to deal with.

I have EMF sensitivity and can only be on the computer for so long, and have to take breaks, but will contribute as much as I can.

Dads surgery went well for an .84 year old. Thanks for your prayers. I feel lost with where to go for treatment who how but so does everyone. Everyone on this site needs prayers, physically and emotionally. Prayers for all suffering. It's time, we need a break.

Please pray for *TxCoord and for me...

I am trying to help *TxC' my hubby ,recuperate from the three surgeries he has had starting May of last year. The latest being Apr.11 of this year to fix an rt. Iliac aneurysm.

Now his heart is acting up... Left Bundle Branch Blockage... a pulse conduction,electrical problem. He is extremely fatigued from the issues.

They now want to do a Heart Catheterization to view where the problem is. The aneurysm repair was done similarly and he had to spend 22 hours in ICU.

This is very unnerving for us,as we wait to find out when they will do the procedure...and a three and a half hour drive for us to get to the VA med. center.

No place for me to stay there,I cannot drive, and am having Lyme and Co.issues... stress isn't helping us any. I am so weary.

Prayers would be greatly appreciated.

Silverwolfi and TxC' too.

This is a great thread for everyone. Can you please add me on here and pray for my husband who has been sick for 4 years and also for me because all I do is try to help him, I make the appts, research, etc. It is exhausting, but seems to be my life's mission now.

I wish for a higher power to bring me some faith like all of you seem to have but unfortunatley I have not found it yet.. but I am working on it!

2. For relief of pain and stiffness all over my body....neck, head and shoulders are the worst.

Will you all please pray for me? Tomorrow morning I need to go to the county offices to see if I might qualify for any kind of medical or prescription assistance.

My COBRA insurance will be running out in a couple weeks and I'm still too sick to try to work. I live my parents and have used up all of my savings (and theirs) to pay for medical expenses.

It's scary not being able to provide for myself. I never imagined I'd be in a situation like this. I need help, God sized help.

Wonderful idea. I too believe in the power of prayer.

I'd like to pray that God gives me the wisdom to make the right choice in going through with my treatment, and being able to have the strength this time to go through it and stick with it. I'm asking God for courage and endurance this time and the ability to trust that my doctor's plan is the right one for me.

TxC' and I are both struggling w/ weariness, and in the waiting mode. We cannot plan anything,until we know when the hospital wants to do the testing on TxC's heart.

We just keep on,and we keep praying too!!!

So many are in pain and are weary, the pain worsens the tiredness... don't give up...give it to the Lord!!!

I need prayer leading me to a new lyme doctor who can offer a better treatment.

I love this group and I'm so grateful to have the Lord Jesus on my side.

Praying for you friends. God is faithful. We ARE Lyme Survivors!

I have a prayer request too. My dad has been blessed with good health and long life. He is 82. He even survived West Nile Virus in his 70's.

Anyway, Dad has a strong heart (recently passed a stress test), however the beat has gotten off kilter (so to speak). Tomorrow Dad will have electrical cardioversion to reset the heart beat so that it is consistent and doesn't speed up.

Dad goes in at 7 am. Please pray. I would appreciate it. Thank you.

As I pray throughout my day I am reminded so much of many of the situations I have endured and it gives me insight into the suffering, fear and weariness experienced by so many on here. Over the years the Lord has fashioned a compassionate heart within me and the Lord is using that while I pray for each one of you.

We serve an awesome God, and nothing is too big for Him to handle.

Thank-you for this privledge.

Check back here and give us updates...I will continue to pray for the above mentioned petitions till I hear otherwise.

So sorry about gwb...I hear kidney stones are extremely painful...yikes. Pray that the doctors are successful in keeping his pain under control and that his situation is resolved quickly. Also pray that the nurses and staff are attentive and nice.

Thank you friends for praying for GWB. He's still in lot of pain today...but atleast we're out of ER and the pain is less intense than yesterday.

Praying for each of you...for God's peace and continued healing touch, in the almighty Name of Jesus.

Wanted to share a dream i had last night. i dreamed I had the funds to see a LLMD,

get the testing, meds, supplements needed, a caring person to drive me to the doctor's appointments,

a way to transport my power chair, the Healing Ranch was beginning to take shape too, the tires were being put on my power chair.

I had the funds to get batteries when needed for the power chairs.


Good dream. Praying it comes true!

Could we also lift up Silverwolf and TXCord in prayer? Seems to me they are struggling mightly. Ask that you give TXC's physicians wisdom and insight, that TXC will heal perfectly and on a steady course and that Silverwolf will be able to endure without fretting overly much.

This was laid on my heart.

Lymetoo, Praying for your sister in law. May she have peace, may the surgery go smooth with no complications, minimal pain, and the results be amazing.

I had two friends within the last month get hip replacement...here's some encouraging words. Both surgeries went perfectly smooth. The first person is walking normal and pain free, the second is more recent and is recovering beautifully. People prayed for both of them.

May I ask for prayers for my very ill sister? She has terminal lung disease and is suffering terribly with an unidentified rash that covers much of her body.

Also, my beloved aunt who lost her husband to suicide a few years ago, then her son from cancer 2 years ago, and now, last week, her grandson committed suicide. Her family is small and she lives far from us. She is devastated.

Lastly, for my special-needs son, whose living situation has been precarious for months. It continues to be a major source of distress for his dad and me.

God knows our hearts and knows what's in them even when were sick, confused and trying to comfort. This is a tough life. After reading these posts, god knows how much suffering mental and physical there Is happening. Please give peace of mind and body and get back to life that we loved and illness physical and mental be gone. I'm numb writing this, but I usually am. That's my prayer, to wake upand feel like I'm back to my life without missing a heartbeat, even though a long time has passed. Lymetoo and lymelady, hoping all things work out with your family, kam for money to help you get rid of this. God bless.

Alana , I am sorry if anyone is offended . This thread was started for those of us who put Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior first in our lives . I also have many Jewish friends and they would find it offensive to be included in a thread Praising the Lord of all creation Jesus . Those who believe differently are welcome to start their own threads with people who believe as they do , or start a thread for open prayer , which would include anyone . lyme987, thank you for reminding me to update.

I was able to meet with a social worker and apply for assistance last week. It was difficult but God provided me the physical and emotional strength to be able to go.

I learned that it will take 6-9mo to go through the process to be approved for medicaid. It was hard hearing that when I need the help now. Especially when all I want is to get better so that I can go back to work and life.

So if you will please continue to pray for me as my COBRA insurance will be ending in a couple weeks. I don't know how things are going to work out. I really need God to provide for me, for everything.

I don't think anyone is offended and I am sorry if that's the message I gave.

Thank you for explaining the rationale behind the thread. Like I said I am Christian, specifically RC, so I tend to pray more to the saints and the blessed mother.

You are right--those who believe differently are welcome to start their own threads.

I was thinking it would be nice if we could all just join in here regardless of our religions and pray for each other.

I will continue to pray for us all. Lord knows we need all the prayers we can get.

I never thought of myself as a sister in Christ. That terminology is a bit foreign to me. Maybe it's b/c I'm RC.

Will you all please pray for my cousin tonight? She is in active labor but her baby is not expected to survive. The baby is said to be very small for it's age and it's lungs are completely undeveloped. This is so unexpected. I'm heartbroken for her.

Thank you all for praying for my cousin and her baby. God is listening.

When the new nurse came on shift last night she did not agree with the doctor's assessment. She called in a different doctor to evaluate the situation. They found out my cousin has an infection in her cervix and it is dilated to 4cm. They were able to stop her labor before her water broke.

The baby boy is estimated to be about 1.5lbs, He's not due to be born until late August. They are going to keep my cousin on strict bedrest and start injections to help mature the baby's lungs. If she can last a couple more weeks the baby will have a better chance at survival and good health. The hospital has a level IIIC NICU so they are equipped to take care of the tiniest sickest babies. Hopefully he won't need that specialized care.

I do believe that God has given us a miracle [Smile]

Sammy, WOW! I am so thrilled and praising Jesus with everyone else! Our Jesus IS the Great Physician!

I'm praying the good work the Lord has started in this baby's life that He will complete.

I pray the infection the mother has goes totally away and there are no more complications in the almighty name of Jesus.

We pray the Great Physician would bring in great doctors to care for mother and baby.

We look forward to more good updates on this situation.

Eve is in a room now and doing OK .. brother says her pain level is ranging from 7-10.. they will make her walk tomorrow... OUCH.

Thanks for the prayers. God woke me up at 7:15 and I prayed for quite awhile. Then fell asleep.

Please say a prayer for me and my husband. I am so down lately.

We moved to AZ from NY, bought a house in january, and i have been so sick with all the moving. Just as i think my stress level is down something else pops up.

Sparing all the details, I have been on disability for years but now my husband is applying for disability which may take months, if at all.

I hope we make it through, financially. I hope it doesn't wreck my health all together. I feel like this is just all too much to bare.

I am still getting over the death of my mother, my son being mentally ill, leaving my daughter in NY
I'm sorry, I'm just so down right now.

Please pray I have the strength I need to get through all of this.

Asking the Lord today to renew hope in those that feel alone, isolated, and depressed.

Asking the Lord to grant everyone patience and encouragement for those who are at their witts-end with treatments, sickness, and lack of answers.

Asking the Lord to grant peace for those who are living their lives scared and uncertain...that special peace that passes all understanding.

Asking the Lord to help each person who needs money...that You would provide a means for treatments, food, medications, medical bills...whatever the need be.

Finally, asking the Lord to reveal to each one of you, in a very personal way, how much He loves you.

God is only good, and He wants good things for those who love Him.

momindeep, Beautiful prayer, I'm so thankful that God does hear and is very near us in our time of need.

You're all in my prayers. It's so hard not to be able to do what I used to do. Seems even small tasks seem huge.

But we can not give up! The Lord is our strength and is near....even in the times we don't feel Him.

I love the pep talk a beautiful lady full of the Lord gave me. She said 'lyme doesn't have you, you may be feeling the symptoms but don't say 'I have lyme'. Nowhere in the Bible does it say that. Jesus suffered all things for you, He has carried your pain. He wants to heal you. Always, continually, look to Him (His Word) and not what you're feeling.

What you're feeling will weigh you down and make you feel hopeless. Don't accept that. Jesus is the Lord of hope. You will be healed.

I'm so thankful for this post and Lymenet where we can identify with each other and pray for each other.

Thanks. In Between docs, treatments, feeling so mentally confused, like everyone. Don't knw how much more. The doc says see you in a month. Do they know how long a month is in this state? Sorry, just tired and thought hell would have ben over. Prayers for you too. Good night, Hope functional doc can help, no one else has.

Hey fellow prayer warriors...We really need to pray for "annonymiss" as he/she is in the early stages of lyme but because of her medicaid
membership, she supposedly can't seek the care of an out of network LLMD and so far can't find anyone to help her. I claimed Psalm 6:2-4 in Christ's name for him/her. The Lord has given me Mark 11:24 also. "Therefore i tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT, and it will be yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him so that your father in heaven may forgive your sins."

Praying for strength for all of us and some joy along the way too.

Don't know if I asked for prayer for this. Need batteries for outdoor, comfy power chair with leg lifts.

I think it went kaput on the 1st so I have just been without it for 7 days.

Also need batteries for the indoor power chair. I got both power chairs in 2007.

Batteries are supposed to last a year to a year and half so I'd like to get whatever batteries that were in the power chairs.

These lasted 4 years.

Sent an email to several businesses. One responded with an email saying he had forwarded my email to a government agency where i live.

But, he said he didn't think they would have the funds until August.

this is the agency that I get $16.00 a month in food stamps so doubt they will have the funds but know that funds are allotted for different categories.

Update: My cousin had her baby last night. They named him "Tyler". He weighs 1.6oz and is on life support. They have estimated his age to be only 22wks gestation.

If you will, please keep praying for him. He's going to have to fight hard to live. Please also pray for the family.

I'm going to go see them at the hospital this afternoon. Please pray that I will have the strength to not burst out in tears and make everyone else cry. And that maybe God will give me some words of encouragement. I'm not good with words.

I with daisyrlb...will pray mightly for little Tyler and Kam...been asking for those batteries for you, praying the Lord will make a way, and sammy been praying for you too, personally.

Asking the Lord to hold each one of you in His arms, that Tyler will be a little miracle baby, and that Kam will be zipping around in no time on her power chairs.

I got to see baby Tyler today. He's so tiny, 1 lb 6oz. Tiny yet perfectly formed. He is truly a miracle. When I looked at him I couldn't help but be amazed at God's creation.

Is there a better way we can keep track of everyone's requests so that we know how to pray continually? I noticed that each page on this thread allows new posts. How do we know which page newcomers are posting on?

I'm really excited about this. I've been wanting to pray for everyone here for along time and now I at least have an idea where to start.

I write down each request and pray during my day at work...my job doesn't require thought...so I have much time to reflect and pray for people.

I have been praying for everyone assuming that their need is the same unless they have updated. Then I guess you don't have to ask for the same thing every day, we'll assume you still need help and keep praying until you tell us that prayer has been answered.

1 lb 6oz wow I've not seen a dear dear baby so tiny other than the TV. My goodness my heart and prayers are with Tyler, his parents and the family.

May he be 5lbs asap. Is that still the magic weight for premies to come home if lungs and organs are doing well?

Hope all is ok with tyler, and everyone that needs help. I keep saying God knows our hearts and can't let this go on indef. The more I hear about doctors, the less I trust. Doctors aren't God, have to remember that, but there are people in between, not just insurance numbers, toe tags, lives that were...Its hard to keep the faith sometimes.

Dear God, my heart was broken just weeks ago when a young girl was taken from her parents due to a staph infection. I don't believe this should be happening in '11. I believe there are answers to this super bacteria(s). I know you know the truth and are trying to help the innocent. In Jesus name I pray for help and cures.

Lord, children are your blessing to all of the world. Please watch over Tyler and his loved ones. Give them strength.

Thanks to all for your prayers and support. We made it back from the md and now have a plan in place.

It was a painful process, but we made it through.

Now we have another trip this week, if I can find the strength through him to make it again. He is always there for us.

I am asking the Lord the "Big One" this week, that He will guide our LLMDs or scientist or whomever He chooses or whatever He chooses to enlighten us to a cure for Lyme...all things are possible with the Lord...if it is His will...I have never asked this before of Him.

Thanks again for all your prayers in regard to our travels. A Christian friend told me about a Bible verse that kind of puts all this in perspective for me. At least it helps when we are suffering so much.

It is 2 Corinthians 1:1-7. It is pretty long, so I will let you guys take a look next time you do your Bible reading for the day.

A specific request... TxCoords Heart Catherization procedure on Thursday June 16th, this week.

I put up a topic on general about it... I am trying to walk in faith, not to succumb to fear.

I know my two relatives that died from the Heart Cath [like TxC' will have] procedure went to the Lord. And I know God can keep us safe...

Just want the procedure over and my Hubby TxCoord safe and home w/ me.

Am giving this procedure and the issues to the Lord. Prayers for peace, healing, safety, and guidance/wisdom for the Drs doing the procedure, thru all of this are greatly appreciated!

I have a telephone interview tomorrow for what they call long term care in this state.

All I know is that it will allow me to have more help with household chores, errands, etc.

Not sure what else it will do. But, do know that there are people here who have it and are able to do so much more than i am.

I also have a lady coming from what they call independent living.

She will be coming a week from today.

So asking for prayers about both this meetings.

The lady from independent living is coming due to an email I sent to a local power chair company to see about getting batteries for my power chair and if they knew of an organization that I could apply for a grant for them.

He forwarded my email to the independent living person.

Please keep praying for little baby Tyler and his family.

The parents are very tired emotionally and physically. It takes them over an hour to get to the hospital each day. The mom is trying to balance her time between the baby and caring for her two older children. The dad just graduated from college and started a new job yesterday.

Yesterday was not good for the baby. The doctors were concerned about his heart not functioning properly and a possible brain bleed. They ran a bunch of tests and everything came back good, Thank God!

Today has been better for baby Tyler. He's been stable. A great relief for all of us. He is now one week old!

Thanks so much for your continued prayers! God is listening [Smile]

This is going to take sometime to get to a place of wellness for lil Tyler and there will be bumps along the way. The Lord is in control of all these things, tho.

I would love to have my daughter added to your prayers of healing. She is 14 and has been suffering since 11. She has spent the last 3 years of her childhood in pain and loneliness, watching from the couch as her friends abandoned her--out of sight, out of mind. She has been strong through all this, but the years going by and her not getting into remission is starting to take a toll on her--she is starting to get demoralized, believing she will never get well.

Please pray that her 24/7 headache, fatigue, and muscle aches disappear and of course her Lyme, Bart, and Babs go into remission.

I'm exhausted in trying to find the treatment path to get her completely well, and hope the path will be revealed. Please pray that this path becomes clear to me.

I've become angry at why this has happened to my child and wonder why she must endure such suffering--please pray that I can open my heart again to His guidance, believing there is a greater plan.

Wishing you all complete remission--I will pray for you all daily--xoxoxo

I so hear you. Angry, you bet...at the Lord, you betcha...watching my child suffer fell squarely on Him...and I wasn't gonna give in...never...I felt He abandonded my daughter and I, I felt that He was not listening to my constant, and I mean constant prayers...and I wanted nothing to do with a Lord that I felt had left us to rot...until... He showed me that no matter how I feel towards Him, He loves me still and showed me what that love means.

Nothing we can do can make the Lord love us more and there is nothing we can do to make the Lord love us less...it just isn't that kind of love.

So, I pray for you and your daughter that the Lord will woo you back to Him...that you can find trust in His promise that He is in control of all things and that you can rest in the great promise that He works all things together for good.

Because of Jesus, thank-you Lord.

I have some prayer requests -

That my local authority will offer me a suitable home - I am homeless at present.

That He will continue to show me the way to recovering my health using natural means since I cannot take medications. He has recently shown me the way to reduce optic nerve inflamation using my rife device.

That He will show me the way to have relief from the constant pain I am in.

That He will work with my family who have turned their backs on me including my children with whom I have no contact.

That He will break the bondage of drug addiction in their lives.

That He will pour out His power and annointing on me so that I will be enabled to lead others to Him and be a blessing to them.

God is good is waiting to bless us, through guiding us in our fight against this illness, and waits for us to give ourselves completely to Him and for us to refuse to listen to the lies of Satan that He has forgotten us but He cannot step in unless we are entirely submitted to Him and making the decision to stand firm despite appearances of our circumstances. I am living a life of daily miracles since giving up everything for His sake and long to see others enter His rest of peace and joy. God bless you all!

Could you pray for me for an easy question.

I need to travel to an appointment - I cannot get the appointment changed.
But I am still too sick to travel.

I would need that the appointment is changed by the other party to another time, like three months later.
F.e.: because the other party has no time, or holidays, or sick or just will understand my situation that I cannot travel.

Please also pray for my friend Bonnie's son, David, who is talking about killing himself....I think he is around 19 yrs old.

She took him to a counselor today and will see the family dr to get an antidepressant. Appt for psychiatrist not until August...huge backlog of people around here.

I talked to her about the possibility of Bartonella and/or lyme and she is going to read the info I sent her (she's a nurse too) and see about testing.

He was raised in the church and he is telling her there is no God.

Lord, Pooldog's request is something we all go through. It is even more difficult when we need to choose between food and treatment or a roof over our head and treatment.

Praying for a doctor that takes pooldog's insurance to help with choices. Praying that the insurance provides for treatment needs.

Give pooldog wisdom on which supplements, physical therapy, detox, or what mainstream medical calls alternative therapy to purchase when funds are available. AMEN

I have a praise to share with you all, baby Tyler opened his eyes for the first time yesterday! And my cousin (his mother) is now able to hold him. He is 2 weeks old, weighs 1 lb 6oz.

Please continue to pray that God will help him grow strong and healthy every day. That he will watch over tiny baby Tyler, protecting him from complications of medical interventions and anything that might be due to being born so early.

Please pray also for his family and all those that see him. That God will love on them, give them strength, show his grace, and mercy and power. That he would use the miracle of baby Tyler to help everyone believe.

So sorry for your finacial situation...our daughter's treatment over the years have cost us untold amounts of money and as I reflect back on it I am amazed that we were able to provide those things for her...and then realized with some thought that it wasn't us who did the provision it was Him because there is NO WAY at all that we had that kind of money...I am serious here...I cannot explain it and I won't try to...it is unexplainable.

So, I pray that the Lord will take this burden off of you and onto Him. That your decisions will be straight and true and that you can rest in His arms knowing that all is well.

Asking for prayer for a rather sudden presentation of neuropathy on my legs and feet...like burning feet and calves...no, I don't have Lyme disease...but this is rather troublesome for me.

Went to doctor this am. (thinks it will resolve and did the usual blood work) and to my accupuncturist this afternoon (thinks problem is in my butt area)...ya know what's coming...yes a pain in the butt.

So, thank you all for this small concern that I would like not to snowball out of control in my mind.

Will you all please pray for my brother in law and sister? They want (and need) to move back closer to family and friends. He has an interview this thursday afternoon. She is applying for a teaching position in the same school district.

Thank you all for your continued prayers for tiny baby Tyler. He is 3 weeks old now! Praise God!!!

We are so blessed to be able to come here to share our needs and praises and lift each other up in prayer. Lets keep it going [Smile]

I have another BIG request. My SIL's great nephew is 8 yrs old and has had several bouts with brain cancer over the past 6 yrs. Now it is in his spine.

A rep from the Long Term Medicaid program is coming this morning at 8:30 am.

If approved, I think this means I will get more help with household chores, errands, etc.

I also will be on a different insurance plan and might be able to get down the hill to see a doc who is lyme friendly.

I also think medicaid will provide transportation down the hill including my power chair. (I have seen a van with a lift come and transport people here at the apartments)

SAw a PBS program last night that said medicaid was being frozen July 1st for adults without children.

Wondered why they got right to things when I applied. Now, I know i guess.

Asking for prayers that if this program will help that I am approved for it and for the wisdom needed for the interview and which plan to choose.

Update: Please pray for my sister and brother in law. They just learned that there are two openings in the school system, they will be interviewing together today at 2pm!

This was unexpected but exciting news for them. Please pray that all goes well and that they both walk out with a job today!

Good news! My brother in law got the teaching job! They hired him on the spot. Yay!!!

They said they want to hire my sister also but have to get approval from a director that wasn't at the interview.

Praise God! I'm so happy [Smile]

With this move my sister will only be 1.5hrs away instead of a long 6hr drive.

This is so good! Thank you God! Thank you all for praying with me.

Kam, I'm sorry to hear that you did not qualify for that program.

It sounds like you've fallen through the cracks. Being able to do some things but not being able to do everything you need. This is where I find myself too.

We'll have to keep praying that God will provide for us, one way or another, however he sees fit.

Remember things that seem impossible for us are absolutely possible for God.

Ephesians 3:20-21 "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen"

Lizbeth...I can pray for you. Bringing to the Lord our trust that You do indeed know all things...control all things and created all things good.

Asking You Lord to work a healing and resolution of Lizbeth's illness and that it will be quick and true.

Show her that she can be calm knowing You are on it for her and guide her decision making and make her path straight.

Because Jesus died for us, we have this privledge to come to You and ask anything and we can be assured that You will listen.

Because of Jesus we realize to some degree just how much you love us and that You want to work good in our lives.

Thank-you for taking care of Lizbeth and healing her.

The whites of my eyes are yellow, indicating a possible liver problem.

I am stopping all meds and calling my LLMD. He gave me his home #, so I hope he's home.

If not, I'll go to urgent care.

Also have some discomfort in chest on inspiration.

Asking the Lord to get you quick medical attention and that the doctors are right on with everything they do.

Help her to shine in the darkest places where it is impossible to love.

Protect her at all times, lift her up when she needs You the most, and let her know when she walks with You, she will always be safe.

Need continued to pray for batteries for reclining outdoor chair with leg lifts.

Tires and most likely soon batteries for small, upright power chair and a tech to do a tune up on both power chairs and install batteries and tires.

Need funds for parts and ability to contact a dealer and get estimate on costs.

An organization in the state is getting money this month and said they might be able to help with something.

They also asked me about what kind of car I had as they sometimes help with a lift to transport power chair.

Need to know what to try next to get well. Don't have LLMD. Don't have the health to get to LLMD.

Don't have the funds to pay out of pocket.

Thankful for garlic supplements, green tea supplements and some other supplements that were sent to me.

Need local friend. Lived here since 2005 and pretty much isolated. Lots of people in apartment complex want to befriend me.

But, it takes too much out of me.

I find I need to live in the moment. Need someone else to drive. Need to feel safe with whoever I am around if health does go south.

Need a doer instead of a talker. So many just want to talk. Talking is too much for me.

Also need to be able to figure out how to get TTY working. Means I need my brain working well enough to read directions and need to be able to do the multi tasking needed to set it up.

Other one I got on short term loan was simple. I just plugged it into the electric socket and telephone socket.

This one did not work when I did that.

Also need to figure out how to attach the print out paper gadget that goes with it..or if there is even one that goes with it.

There was in the picture but don't know if one was sent to me.

Need health to improve more so I am able to get out of the apartment more.

I'd like to be able to go to church or bible study. Need one that allows me to get home by 9 am...so it needs to start around 8 am.

Need way to transport my reclining power chair in order to get ther eand recline while there.

I also would like to be able to read in the am again a daily devotional, pray and read part of the Bible....it has been 10 years now that I haven't been able to do this.

Taking messengers in verbally is usually out too or watching on line. Something to do with the processing part of the brain.

the Lord understood my needs. Thank you so much for your prayers. You have been so helpful.

My appointment was put off this morning and I got some more weeks to recover in order to travel.
Will get in writing how many weeks, but I hope at least four weeks, would hope even 8 - 12 weeks.

In any case I have time to treat and get better in order to travel.
I hope the Lord will help me to get better.

Thank you all who prayed for me. Another proof that prayer is powerful.

I also pray for all of you every day at 7 pm.
If I forget then later. I probably should set my alarm clock for 7 pm.

Thank you so much for your heartfelt prayers.

I appreciate them so much.

Here's an update:

I ended up in the ER after the urgent care Dr did not think he was equipped to cover the scope of what I needed done.

Arrived at Urgent care at 9:20 am. Arrived at ER around 10:45 am and left about 3:15 pm.

I am definitely jaundiced. ALL of my liver enzymes are markedly elevated.

I had other labs that were ok and I also had an ultrasound of the right upper quadrant which was normal (except they actually could not see my gall bladder and asked me if I was sure I still had it!??)

I do not have any abdominal pain, vomiting etc.

I am to stop meds and supps except for my bioidentical hormones this week.

I had those chills and fevers last week, with extreme fatigue, loss of appetite etc, which now looks like it was not a herx at all...it was probably leading up to this.

They said it could have been a virus causing the elevated liver enzymes, or a med or supp, but no one really knows.

I have to follow up with my PCP here so he can order more liver enzyme testing to make sure they come down.

I left a message for my LLMD this morning. He is away, but he called me on my cell phone this evening and discussed everything with me.

I said sorry to bother you on the 4th and he told me not to ever worry about calling him...weekends, holidays, etc...doesn't matter.

He said he just tries to enjoy everyday (He remembers how deathly sick he and his whole family was with lyme and co).

He is going to call me in one week to see how I am doing and I'm going to fax all my results to his office.

I am just supposed to drink alot of water, etc.

Got out of the ER just in time to get home and get ready for the picnic we were supposed to go to at 4 pm at my husband's brother's house.

I was starving since I had not eaten all day and only had some sips of water.

I prayed alot in the Urgent Care and ER and I felt God was right there with me.

Am lurking here on and off....I am so thankful to find prayer here....

Just got back from my appointment with my four kids in MO. We had a vacation along the way; it was a fun trip! However, since we've been home I am tired like never before. Zonked. Wasn't tired at all on the trip. Or even the day after we got back. I'm hoping that it's just because of the adrenaline rush being over. But I'm feeling sick also.

So there's that. And then trying to put all of this together for all of my kids. Meds. Supplements. Detoxing. Cooperation.

All prayers are appreciated. And I pray for all of you this evening....that God will wrap you in His loving hands and give you peace, comfort tonight.

Thanks for the prayers everyone!

Please keep praying for my liver and pancreatic enzymes to decrease and return to normal, and for the jaundice to resolve, and my liver function to return to normal.

I saw a GI Dr today and had 15 tubes of blood taken. Will find out tomorrow if my liver enzymes have dropped a little since Monday's ER visit.

Sorry haven't been here. Dad surgery, nursing home, not too good. Started amino acids to regulate neurotransmitters to think me again. Prayers if you can, there's so much to deal with. Yes, I am still yellow. GI Dr says it can take weeks for the jaundice to go away.

Lyme in Putnam, pray that your father's surgery goes without a hitch. Pray that your day goes well and that you are calm...also that you feel the Lord's presence literally.

Sickpuppy, pray that the Lord will indeed give you a sign that means only something to you so He can show His unfailing love and support of you as truth. That He will strengthen your faith so that you will just know at all times that He is with you no matter what. Pray that the Lord is gracious to you and that He will resolve your burdens and help you get through them until they are. Pray that something truely happy will happen for you and that you can laugh out loud.

God is only good.

Let us pray for Lymewreck36. She is having a massively hard time with neuro/pshyc symptoms...and seems to be doing everything she possibly can.

Lord Lymewreck needs You to hold her in Your embrace...asking You to tell her how much You love her and how much she means to You.

Remind her of Your promises...let her stand on Your promises...that You will NEVER forsake her, that Your strength will be sufficient, that Your grace will be sufficient, that Your thoughts of her are like the grains of sand on the beach there are so many.

Oftentimes Lord, we ask of You extraordinary things. You are our Lord, You are our Creator, and You died for us so we may truely rest on Your promises...Your death, how extraordinary is that? WOW

So, Father...asking the extraordinary of You today for Lymewreck...it is what You do perfectly.

Friends, I have an update on baby Tyler.

He's going to be 5wks old tomorrow (approx 28wks gestation). They were able to take him off the ventilator a couple days ago. He is now breathing on his own with a CPAP machine. It truly is a miracle!

He is still very very tiny and fragile. Please continue to pray for him. His mom told me this evening that the doctors suspect he may be developing a lung infection. This would be a scary life threatening condition for him. They are watching him closely.

Pray that God will help him grow healthier and stronger every day.

Sick puppy, I have been praying for you and will continue to do so. Sometimes the darkest times seem like God is no where to be found. I think that is what is meant in psalm 23 when he talks about going through the darkest valley.. Dark, alone. But the next line says -I will fear no evil for though art with me. God is always there.

Keep reaching out to us, PM me.....

I will pray that you get rest from the fight up the mountains and that God will lift you from the darkness into His light.
It does get easier. Life will always have trials, but God never leaves us.

Friends,

I had my liver function and pancreatic enzymes rechecked today.

They are considerably lower than they were last week.

They are still above normal so I will have them rechecked in one week.

My eyes are white again and my skin color looks much more normal.

I would appreciate any prayers for continued healing....and thank you for your past prayers....God is so good and He does answer our prayers!

Praying for all here. So thankful that the Lord is continuously accessible through prayer.

Remembering that the Lord is omnipotent, omnipresent and all-knowing of all things past, present and future...and that He never changes...He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

Thanking the Lord for His goodnesses...that all good things are of the Lord...He has asked us to pray to Him...which makes prayer a good thing and in turn is pleasing to Him.

Thanking the Lord for all answered prayer...for things we see and for the things we don't...reminding us that He is always working things together for good for those who love Him.

The Lord loves us so much...the Lord loves us more than we can even imagine or bring to thought...He loves us more than we love our children....there is nothing we can do to make Him love us more and there is nothing we can do to make Him love us less...what kind of love is that? It blows my mind.

Sleep well friends, knowing the Lord is with you.

This pray chain is wonderful. Even though I don't reply I try to read the request each day and send up a prayer.

I ask for prayers that my grandson find a job and he has found one, the pay is only minimum wage, noting like he had but its a job.

I received my blood work two weeks in a row with low kidney function. My creatinine is 56 (min is 60). I also had low carbon dioxide -mine was 19 and the low is 21.

I am trying not to panic. The LLMD is running a 24 hour urine test-creative clearance, with serum creative.

The only thing I have noticed is added fatigue, which is so normal anyway...

Thank you. God is good and hears our prayers.

I need lots of prayer, the pain is unbearable.

My doctor put me on pain killers with out really explaining how addictive it was.

The pain is so bad.

I suffer all the time.

Now my husband is getting the same pain all over too.

So does my daughter.

It breaks my heart.

I am so sad.

I feel so alone, but God sent us a gift.

It seems like whenever I post here, things get worse for our family.

So I am not going to give many details.

I am just asking for lots of prayer.

Continuing to pray for your need karenl, each day.

Dogsandcats...asking the Lord to make your kidney functions correct and that you don't freak yourself out over the report. This too, will pass...and the Lord has promised to be with you always...every minute, every nano-second.

Missing...it will be okay. I am praying for the pain to subside for you and your family members and that the Lord will hold each one of you up and give you the grace to get you through these tough times.

The Lord knows all things...He knows everything and He knows how each person suffers. Asking the Lord to give everyone clear direction and patience...that each person asking for prayer can stand back and be amazed at what the Lord will/has done.

Pray that everyone can take a moment to reflect on the blessings in their life and if you cannot do that, that the Lord will lovingly bring to your recollection His goodnesses.

That the words of Job would come to mind, for those who need some great words of incredible wisdom..."Even tho He smite me, I will still trust in Him."

Our Lord understands how hard these trials are for everyone...and He has compassion on each and everyone.

Aw dang it payne...I'm deeply sorry for your pain. What a cross to bear, for you, for everyone that suffers in this way.

My daughter said that that was her worst symptom, affecting how she thought, what she did and did not do, how she lived her life...I could see it in her face and could hear it in her voice...I could almost physically see it radiating out of her and my heart broke for her...my heart broke endlessly for her.

So, I will say a heartfelt prayer for you, that the Lord will send His angels to surround you with their calming presence...that they will gently administer to your needs and guard your heart and mind.

I don't know why I ask for angels...I usually pray directly...but for some reason I have always prayed this way for my daughter when her pain was so unbearable...I asked for angels to surround her bed and to keep watch over her.

Wayne, you are a prayer warrior and prayer is pleasing to Lord and He delights in it...so, in turn, He delights in you!

Jer. 33:3 is one of my favorite verses and has deep meaning if each word is reflected and pondered...I learned it this way..."Call to me and I will answer you and show you great and unsearchable things that you do not know."

I like looking at different translations of the Bible, but only a few of them are worthy.

For those who feel that their prayers go unanswered...

I can say that having lyme for a long time has taught me perseverence and empathy, has brought me closer to my Savior Jesus Christ and has allowed me to help others who are also afflicted.

I'm sure that's just the little picture that I am seeing. God sees the really big picture.

Bringing the same prayer request...my kidney tests came back low again. I am praying about stopping all meds til it gets back to normal. My back has been hurting and I am feeling uncomfortable just watching the blood work.

Pray for my wisdom, healing and guidance. I know God will hear our prayers.

I am so very thankful to God for giving me normal/good results on my 2 MRI's: MRCP and MRI of the abdomen.

I praise the Great Physician for healing.

It looks like it was a drug reaction to Bactrim DS that made my liver and pancreatic enzymes elevated and made me jaundiced.

I thank Him for his love, his forgiveness and everything in my life.

Praying for all those who feel at the end of their rope, that the Lord will give them the gumption to carry on.

Praying for all those who are hurting physically, mentally and emotionally and asking the Lord to grant the most fabulous peace that passes all understanding and calmness of mind and heart.

Praying for all the families affected by Lyme disease and ask the Lord to knit them together and to keep them strong and supportive of each other.

Asking for friendship for those who are lonely and isolated.

Praying for healing and guidance for each person afflicted...wisdom for their doctors and wisdom for themselves...that correct decisions will be made.

Praying for those who have distanced themselves from the Lord, due to expectations not met or a feeling of being deserted by Him...that the Lord's very real presence and love will be authenticated by Him.

Asking rest for the weary, for the ones who trudge day to day or are unable to sleep. May You grant them rest.

For those who are in need of money, I ask the Lord to provide finacially...for food, rent, medications, doctors and all things essential.

Most of all, I pray that each person here can bring to mind, with humble gratitude, how much the Lord loves them, how willing He is to help and that He is in control of all circumstances.

Just what I needed today...thank you God!

I need prayers and always pray for others.

I have been in treatment for 2 years and cannot say I am any better. I am on my 3rd LLMD and thinking of switching again because she wants to pulse Malarone 10 days on, 5 off.

I have trust issues with doctors because my first LLMD said I had no co-infections and treated with monotherapy for 1 year before I moved on.

I have prayed every single time I switched LLMDs and thought that was where I was supposed to go. How do I truly know God is telling me to change doctors? On the other hand, I think God can heal me through any doctor, so what's the point of switching?

I am thinking of seeing Dr. R in OH...she is a Christian. Anyone heard anything about her getting patients to remission?

Anyone in remission or have a LLMD you love and know can get you well with God's help....please PM, as I am getting desperate here. I can travel to MD or anywhere....just not on a monthly basis.

I am so sorry all of you are going through lyme & co. All I can say is we are all in God's hands and healing is truly up to him.

I have some happy news to share with everyone... Remember tiny baby Tyler? He was born at 23wks weighing only 1.5 lbs. The doctor's didn't expect him to live.

He is now 9wks old! Weighs about 2.9 lbs. He's breathing on his own with only a little supplemental oxygen now. He has an IV port and is on antibiotics for an infection. They say overall he's doing really well.

The little guy's still got about 4 more weeks of growing and healing before they will let him go home. He needs lots of prayers because he's still very fragile.

Thank you all for praying for Tyler. He's such a miracle baby!

Remember the little boy I asked you guys to pray for? He is 8 yrs old and his cancer has come back again.

here is his grandmother's plea for prayer today:

Dear Prayer Warriors,

Thank you so much for praying for Gage. TCH was on time! That's the first miracle. Dan has hand-delivered Gagey's scans to the Burzynski clinic so Missy and Dan will hear when the results are in whenever that will be. There is an additional request. Last night, one of the *[family's name]* little people forgot to turn off the water in the bathtub or shower.

Unfortunately, the home was flooded. Sheet rock, carpet and carpet pads and possibly the whole new wood floor downstairs will need to be replaced. Insurance will decide. (Hi, Nathan) It's a mess!!!!! Nerves are a bit "raw" around here.

Would you please pray for them? Missy is "done", tired from being up all last night and not only waiting on results; but, in a house being torn up. I'll trust you to pray as you feel led.

Thank you, keep praising and giving thanks! It seems to be getting harder! We're not defeated though.

Have to be careful how much I type.

Lifted something too heavy back in May... have had stenosis in C6 and 7 before... now in C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7.

Spurs, bulging discs and flattening of the cervical cord too.

Planning on traction therapy.

My back isn't all that great either. Pray it all gets better, please!!!

Hi,

I am fairly new to this forum and I am so glad to see there is a prayer post. I am still waiting on my Igenex results and it seems the last two weeks or so I have been going down hill. Here are my prayer requests:

-Igenex results to be accurate
-To love Jesus insatiably (I seem to have two modes; numb and angry. I can't seem to feel anything, I feel stuck inside a black box inside my head and all the normal things people feel are outside that box within reach, but I can't seem to get out of the box - best way I can describe it).
-Weight gain to stop
-To know which treatment is best for me

.We need prayer in this grief storm, Aunt passed quietly,after her recent heart attack.. we will miss her greatly ,but we know we will see her again.

.My Cousins and my Father especially need prayer and the touch of the Lords comfort ant love thru-out this difficult time.

.Please pray that old family quarrels do not resurface now. There was some very deep hard feelings and heartbreak over a grandparents murder some years back.

. And recently[this last week] my barely month old Grand- Niece was hospitalized w/ intestinal/bowel issues.Baby is home now,and being watched closely.

.An argumentative and angry family member is causing strife and division in the midst of these hard time,and we cannot handle the toxicity...

so we have given them to the Lord and we don't correspond unless absolutely necessary.

. Our friend and Critter-sitter had surgery Tuesday on a very painful nose injury [ softball hit her in the face, 7 broken bones- nose/cheekbones].

.TxC' has more medical tests on the horizon so we cannot go anywhere but to the VA hospital area...[3and1/2 hrs. away] he isn't cleared to drive more than a few hours.

. ANd I am dealing ,still, w/ a chemical flu,guess I'll be using dish-washing gloves from now on. It is painful to eat [stomach and intestinal cramping, and diahrea].

[I need to be able to travel next week to help TxC this has to quit soon.].

I know this is a lot of requests for prayer and I am sorry, we have no family here in Idaho,or close Christian friends.

Again ,Thank You for bearing burdens to the Lord for and with us,and so many others here!

Last week I asked God for mercy. I told him I was tired and done and sad and it was a lot for one family to take. I asked God to give us victory and I asked again and again for His mercy to fall on us. When the house had the water damage and the crew came in and immediately went to work pulling up carpet, base boards, and cutting holes in places I wanted to pull the covers over my head and be done.

When Gage's Dr said the tumor had grown I thought my heart was going to stop beating from stress and exhaustion. I got the call while taking Dane to football practice. It is never good timing. I wanted to stop life.

But, I took Dane to practice and sat down under a tree and thought about how incredibly blessed I was. Our struggles are hard but I value the time I can sit under a tree and watch my son.

I value the moments, so much, when I can sit and hang out with one of my kids talking about whatever, taking them to swim, playing a game, hearing about their day with a friend. Without these struggles in our lives I don't think I would understand the importance of a slower pace life.


Yesterday, Champion Restoration came back out to assess everything and see how the rooms dried. Guess what . . . That company is charging us: zero. Mercy from God!! ZERO! We are blessed!! We are blessed!! Thankfulness is a humbling emotion.

We are so thankful to this company. It overwhelmed my heart and Dan's. Why aren't we doing more of this for each other? I can't wait to bless someone else. I pray that God will show us people to help and people to bless. Take our family outside of ourselves and give us a heart of giving.


Pray Gage's healing comes quickly. Pray that it comes in such a miraculous way that everyone knows only God could do it. May God get all the glory and praise for what is happening to Gage. Healing my Friends' is Gage's. Believe with us.

Thanks for asking karenl,

I do have some good news to share with you all. I finally got to follow-up with my immunologist earlier this week. After reviewing my test results and medical history he said that I definitely have CVID (Common Variable Immune Disorder). He is recommending that I try weekly subcutaneous Ig treatments.

I'm hopeful that this is going to be the key to my recovery. That it will give my immune system the support it needs to finally get rid of these infections.

Will you please pray with me that my insurance will cover these treatments (cost approx $2,000 per wk!) so that I can get started ASAP?

Will you also pray with me as I will not be able to afford to keep my insurance for much longer (maybe a couple more months). I've applied for a state medical card but was told it could take up to a year to get approved.

I've also applied for SSDI, was denied, and am now on the 2+ yr wait list for a hearing. I am hoping that maybe I will qualify now as my new diagnosis is on the SSDI list. It also gives a name and cause to all my symptoms, including the chronic infections.

My long term goal is still to get well and go back to work. I just need help now so that I can have a chance to meet that goal.

Thank you all so much for your support and prayers. I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciate it.

Hi!

Thanks so much for prayers. One has been answered - I am homeless no longer! I have a rented apartment that I move into at the end of this month. It has laminate flooring and I am chemically sensitive but I have ordered some sealant which stops offgassing. Also the full rent will not paid by housing benefit, just half ss less money for coping with this illness, but I did pray when the apartment was offered that the landlord would reduce the rent if it was the one for me and against all odds he did! So I said yes.

Thank you Lord!

Please pray that I will get all the household articles that I need and that my health stands up to the move. Thanks!

A good Report on our Critter Sitter who had the softball injury Two and a half weeks back [she's on my list of prayer requests this page]. :

She had the surgery for repair and resetting of 7 bones in nose and face area on Tuesday.

'Sassyfrass' a nickname for her,was in a lot of pain,after her surgery. Soft balls in the face are NOT soft.

We just heard from her, she is doing much better, pain swelling and bruising down to a minimum finally !!!

'Sass' is tired but doing so much better!!! Thanks so much to any who lifted her up in prayer.

We are praying for her to come to know the Lord. This young lady has been thru a lot. Has soem health problems herself,and a mom who is chronically ill.

She has been a bright spot in our lives,when ever she could help [she usually has two or three jobs at any one time,and recently graduated college].

Our dogs absolutely love her too!!!

**Aunts funeral is tomorrow,please agree for the Peace and comfort of Gods love thru'out this time.

Youngest cousin,who was her constant caregiver for several years is taking this so hard.

Thank you all for continuing to pray for me.

I have good news to share, insurance did approve of my weekly IVIG treatments. I will get my first one this thursday.

If you will please continue to pray for me that God will provide. I really need help with insurance premiums, copays, and paying for meds. I've applied for a state medical card and disability but may have to wait up to 2yrs for a decision. Hoping that maybe my new diagnosis will help speed up the process.

Please pray for my husband also. He started treatment for Lyme a month ago, after being undiagnosed for 10 years.

Pray that God would continue to provide for all our needs, physical, spiritual, and financial.

I got a good update on baby Tyler today. He weighs 5lbs! His biggest challenge right now is to learn to eat from a bottle. He has a therapist to teach him how to move his mouth properly. Pretty amazing! If all goes well they will discharge him from the NICU and let him go home in 2wks!

Please continue to pray for baby Tyler. It's a miracle that he is alive today. I look forward to seeing what God will do with in and through his life as he grows.

I just got some bad news....and believe it or not, my daughter (who hasn't talked to me in 1 1/2 yrs) called to tell me.

My cousin and my aunt (my cousin's Mom) were in a car accident today and my aunt was killed.

That is all I know right now. I heard my cousin is alright.

Please pray for my cousin Sue and her family. My aunt's name is Ellin.

Here is what I am told happened:

My sister called and said that my cousin Sue was driving and someone pulled across the highway in front of her.

She tried to avoid the collision but could not.

After the collision they went off the road and hit something concrete.

My cousin Sue is physically ok, just banged up...and she is staying overnight in the hospital.

My Mother is a wreck, Ellin is her sister.

My Uncle Arden is a wreck, Ellin's husband.

I'm sure alot of people are a wreck right now.

Two of Ellin's grown children, Dave and Lorie, (Sue's siblings) live in Missouri.

Ellin and Arden recently moved back to PA after living in MO for awhile.


Lord please comfort my whole family right now.

I'm so sorry for all that is going on dekrrator. In thought and prayers. Please keep my dad in mind. Since his amputation last month, he has steadily been in a decline. I watch him daily apologize or what he looks like can't control his actions or words, has cursed me out, seen him in pain. Heart failure, kidney failure, but bounces back and asks me why can't I get better, I'm trying hard. There is no happy ending here. Death is inevitable he's 84, but he always believed he'd get better. I'm doing this alone, sisters unavailable physically and mentally to help me. My husband is there, but this is so painful o watch. Lyme and Bart are kicking my butt, mind stuff great, gotta do what u have to. Lymetoo, haven't been on, sorry you're not feeling well. Keeping you in mind. thanks for reading.

Our LymeladyinNY needs our prayers. She is stuggling harshly and has a lot of challenging situations on her plate right now and has had difficult situations for a good while...and she is aggrieved for her special needs son in many ways.

Dekrator, praying that your heart is mending and that you are feeling better.

LymeinPutman...So so sorry about your father. Praying for God's will in that situation and that you be given strenghth to continue on.

Asking that You send to each person in need, here on Lymenet, an answer to specific needs.

Asking the Lord to send help...a friend to talk to, someone to come over and help with housework or whatever, money for healthcare, concern from family, friends, strangers, doctors...a good book to read that will be a diversion, a desire to look into Your Word...gumption to open a window and hear/smell the outside, soften hearts towards You...angels for protection and safety.

Praying for all of the above. It's been a rough few weeks for many of us.

My back is much improved.. but they aggravated my neck when I had my MRI on Wed. Hope it settles down soon.

Saw my cardiologist today and she also has no answer for why I passed out two weeks ago. Changing my heart med for now.

Got this concerning my SIL's nephew (8yrs old) who has brain cancer.. Please continue to pray for Gage.

It has been a struggle around here. Last Thursday, I posted that Gage was having a hard time speaking. It continued for many days and I began to feel that we were losing the battle. I was overcome with sadness and frustration.

I was trying all the renewing of the mind stuff and gave up knowing all God wants is our honesty. I began to cry out to God to help us. Days and days Gage had a terrible time talking, until yesterday, when I could tell he felt better and I could understand him so much better. Today he is even better.

I am emotionally spent and physically exhausted. But I am grateful, so very grateful that Gage is better. This battle continues all the time day and night. The pump issues also continue on and on. Yesterday we got another new pump.

This one is a new model. We went to clinic had a 35 minutes training session and came home to be on our own. I felt the pressure believe me. I won't get into details; but, the door of the pump was broken and I did point out the fact that it kept popping open while in training.

We now have another pump and we are trying to learn it. It is very different. Dan is great with all the details and crazy programming that has to be done. Needless to say, he is at work today and it is me working with the new pump .

I'm not having a lot of fun in life right now. However, God wants us to hang in there. He see's the end. He expects a lot from us right now only because he knows we can do it. I don't think I can do it; but, He knows better than I do. I know you pray. Keep praying and believing.

Thank you all for the prayers. I got my results and I am positive to Lyme IgM and IgG and also babesia. I can't see my doc until October 14. What I would love to do is see Dr. K in Seattle.

For now I wish the abdominal distention would go away. It is so uncomfortable that I dread eating. And I am hungry all the time. It just won't stop. I feel I am at the end of my rope with these symptoms and like I can't make it much longer. I started some teasel, the die off was so bad I had to stop.

Prayers are appreciated. I will be praying for everyone here.

Please, I need lots of prayer. My regular doctor quit. I was so happy.

But then I had trouble finding a new doctor.

No one wants to take my case on, and no one will prescribe me pain killers.

I have told all of them that I would like to go off of pain killers and try something that is not a narcotic.

I am on high doses of neurontin and amytriptaline which are helping a lot.

I need to get a lot of house work done, and yard work, and packing, and painting, because we are moving!

Please pray for my daughter too! She is in a lot of pain and has severe insomnia from Lyme disease. SHe feels so lonely and upset too that she is missing out on everything.

glad you are moving. As soon as you are out you will get better after 3-4 days. It is a slow process but you will get better.

Please do not take things from the moldy house.
You recontaminate the new place.

If you do not want to throw things away, pack them for later on.
Buy some cheap stuff to survive.
Wash everything twice and with borox or what you have instead of.

I just remembered that I was in lots of pain even before I moved to this house 2 years ago.

I was living in a brand new house 4 years ago , when I started to get sick from Lyme disease, Bartonella, and Babesia.

I alos got bit by a dog in 2007. that dog was eating goose poo, racoon poo, and all types of poo, when it suddenly attacked another dog (the my dog played with every day at the dog park).

So I wonder if I have MRSA, or something else besides this.

There was no mold at our other house.

I believe that God can help us, and that God can provide a miracle.

That is why I am asking for prayer and I am just going to trust God to provide.

Thank you very much everyone. Thank you Karenl. I will take the mold into consideration and try to completely detox my body.

When I eat, my body just screams with pain. Not my stomach, my skin, bones and muscles feel like they are being kicked by a million people all at once.

Jesus is King of Kings. He bore our pain on the cross. Thank you Jesus. I love Jesus, and I worship Jesus.

with MRSA you would have lesions.I lived in a brand new house with mold and the new house has VOCs.
But sure you have more than one problem.
As soon as you are out we will see what is left.
Now the black mold is urgent as it kills people.

Lyme disease, Bartonella, and Babesia should not cause so much pain there must be sth. else.
The dog could have infected you with parasites - did you try this route?

my SIL's great nephew also got his MRI back today and it is not good. The tumor in the brain has grown 15% and the tumor in the spine is stable. He seems to be doing so WELL though!!!

As w/ many here,my brain burps along and I forget things...

We have some -mess and stress- going on here in our trailer court. New managers want everyone to sign a -new contract-.

Some of the contract is common sense things, but there's some odd stuff, we wonder about the legalities of...like how do the disabled,keep up lawns, snow removal etc.

[ owner doesn't provide services, and getting reliable help out here is very difficult.]

There is threat of eviction looming over anyone that doesn't 'cooperate' in a -short- timely manner.

And three day notice of eviction, if owner/and management choose to serve notice. So we are going to be asking some questions...before we sign anything else!!!

But we don't want to be forced out of here, especially in cold weather. Altho' at the moment it is almost 80* in Oct. no less, rare for here.

We are still awaiting news of friend 'J's last surgeries,and how he did, we know he made it back home.

This was like the sixth or seventh/ set of surgeries on his hands/arms after J's farm accident,

he was caught in a conveyor belt that de-gloved the skin from one hand/arm, and broke the other hand/arm badly.

Please keep J' in your prayers ,he needs Godly encouragement!

I'll be checking back in when possible [and please, y'all remind me if we aren't around on this thread often] ... TxC' and I have been praying for our Lyme-family here each evening.

We'll continue lifting Lyme family/friends and etc. in prayer to the Lord.

Jus' the Silverwolfi and TxCoord too.

I could use some prayer. My husband isn't working full time and my llmd just put me on medical leave for 3 weeks. I have no ins and no way to pay for my lab work or my meds.

Thank you all for praying for baby Tyler. Remember, he was born at only 22-23 weeks of age. The doctors did not think that he would survive.

He is now 5mo old and weighs over 9lbs! The doctors say that he has had no brain bleeds, no eye problems, and no signs of CP. He is still having problems coordinating his eating and breathing but that is getting better. He is supposed to go home from the hospital within the next few days! Praise God [Smile]

Hi faithful friends,

I would appreciate prayers for my father-in-law and his whole family. His name is Bill.

He has dementia and cannot remember how to swallow his food.

It has gotten into his lungs, and made him sick.

They have called in hospice and have chosen not to treat again, as it really does him no good.

My husband is 700 miles away visiting them. Will you also pray for his safe return.

I will keep all of you in my prayers as well.

I could use your continued prayers. I'm having a hard time right now.

Really struggling with lyme and coinfections.

So grateful to have antibiotics to treat the infections and IVIG to treat my immune deficiency. Still need God's help to really heal me.

Over the past several weeks some of my lab results have been getting worse, concerning my LLMD and immunologist. Now I will have to go see a hematologist. Will you please also pray that God will bless and guide this new doctor so that he can best help me?

You will find God again. He is right there with you every moment of every day.

Just talk to Him. Pour your heart out to Him.

I find that it gives me strength just to make sure I pray and ask God for whatever it is I need and also thank Him for any blessings in my life and His promise of everlasting life.

It helps to read inspirational stories of people overcoming adversity.

The Christian music helps me for sure. I listen to it everyday.

There are alot of online ministries that have helpful info.

I also urge you to contact a church if you have not done that.

The more support people the better.

There is also another thread here in General Support called "God Thought"..please join us there anytime!

I am definitely praying for you, friend!

We desperately need prayer for my husband to find a job. I have been unable to work and my husband got laid off. We just received our last paycheck yesterday. I injured myself and the lyme disease is causing my pain to be exaggerated and from healing as quick as normal. I've been out of work for 6 weeks now. I need prayer for the LORD's continuous protection and provision for my family.

I need prayer. I was bit by a tick in May and began having gastrointestinal issues in June. Since then I have lost 40 pounds.

The symptoms have progressed to sore soles in the morning, intermittent numbness in hands, feet, and face.

I am exhausted most of the time and now I can't sleep even with sleeping medication. My anxiety is off the charts and I battle depression.

All my tests have come back normal. (I have had many, many tests.) My parents want me to go to Cleveland Clinic but I am too afraid to go.

I have seen an LLMD who is very hands off. She put me on the Cowden Protocol because I couldn't tolerate the oral antibiotics because of my stomach.

Since this doctor does not do IV antibiotics plus she will not write prescriptions for anything that is not Lyme related, I have an appointment with another LLMD but that is not until January.

It seems so far away. I don't know how to get my PCP to help manage my symptoms.

I had a western blot through Igenix Igg and Igm positive for 41 and positive for another band that is not lyme specific.

I don't even really know if I have lyme but what else could it be. I just don't want to accept it.

Today my gall bladder is hurting which makes me nauseous. I have gall bladder sludge. The surgeon recommended removal but I am so afraid that it will only make things worse.

I am sooo tired of fighting and I don't think the battle has even begun.

I don't want this trial. I have a family that I can't care for.

Please pray.

This is my 1st visit to this thread. I know so many of us are in need. God help us.

I have been in an emotional rollercoaster lately.
I've been thinking/praying about this for a while now and would appreciate anyone agreeing with me in prayer.

I have been in prayer for a year or more about buying a house. I am 46 and on disability and my dh has tried for 3 or more years to find a job elsewhere and move us to a larger city to no avail. So, we decided to stay here in this tiny town and make the best of it.
All I want is to have my own place that I can make a home for my family in. Renting here is hard and finding any kind of rent house with 3 bedrooms is extremely difficult. We have one now but rent is high and house is old and in need of much repair.

I've been working with a realtor to find a house I can purchase outright with my retirement money from my state job I had. I was there for 9 years so I have enough for a fixer upper.

I found a HUD home that I liked and wanted back in Aug. but it was way over my budget. The price kept lowering until finally it was in my price range. Our realtor said she had no info. on it so we contacted the company 3 hours away and they set up a showing for us. I just knew the house was perfect for us and put up earnest money and told her to put a bid in for us.

They did not accept our bid but gave her a "bottom line" price. They gave us one day to respond. I told her to go ahead and give them that price.

Days later she called and said someone must have outbid us, she couldn't find the info anymore. But, she didn't have any confirmation of what went on.

I tried and tried to contact her with no results. The listing had been removed from HUD website. I finally got to talk with her on monday and she said basically the same thing.

I asked her if I could bid higher. She didn't know??? SO, I told her to give them a bid for the full asking price. (the last one) I can barely do this, as it will take my entire retirement check plus the money I have here. I will have to pay for title with my next disability check.

I have not heard anything back from her. I REALLY want this house. I know I won't be able to find anything comparable for the money.

I have never prayed for material things, ever..so this is new for me. I can't afford to have a mortgage so this seems like my only option.

When I had put in the 2nd bid, since they responded with a number and gave us that day only I thought that was a done deal, SO, I requested my retirement check to be sent, as it takes a week or two to get it. Now, my check is on the way but I may have NO house to buy with it.

Also, I have been saying for months as I drive by the house when picking up my dd from school, that it's mine. I've been telling her we would end up in that house, even when the price was way too high. Just something about that house, I felt it from the beginning.

It's not a fancy house and needs alot of work. I don't feel I'm asking for something extravagant...I just want a place that can be ours..that's it.
We lost our 4 bd double wide with 10 acres when I had to quit working and we filed bankruptcy about 6, almost 7 years ago. With all the medical bills, and I was primary bread winner there was no possibility of keeping it.

Sorry this is so long. My heart is just very heavy about this right now.

Hello all my faithful friends,

Prayers sent for those undergoing surgery and those with heavy hearts and in need of God's perfect peace.

Please pray for one of our youth group leaders who broke his neck two days ago. He made it through surgery - no paralysis. All the doctors were amazed at how 'lucky' he was.

We all know where that 'luck' came from. Though he is doing well, please keep praying for Daniel, he has a long road ahead and a baby due any day.

I just wanted to update: I contacted the asset manager of the HUD house and evidently it is "under contract" which is not my contract as I haven't signed any papers. Someone else got the bid. SO, to me that means it's over, unless by some miracle the deal doesn't go through and we get another chance.

I don't know why I'm so upset over this, but I am. Maybe it's some of my bugs being overactive making me more emotional or something. Or, maybe it's because I feel all I ever get lately is disappointment. My dh can't find a job anywhere that will pay enough for us to live. He has a job here, which I'm very thankful for, but he hates it. So, sick of it.

I had to quit flying to see my llmd due to the increase in rent and am trying to treat myself. I don't think I'm any worse than I was, because I was getting worse the past year. At least I've been trying some different meds. I had been on the same protocol for over 2 years and it just wasn't working. LLMD would not change it.

I have another house in mind I want to look at. My dh is angry with me and says I've been "extra grumpy" since the whole house thing. I haven't meant to be. He seems extra sensitive. I guess it doesn't help all this is here during the holidays. And now my dd wants us to drive 41/2 hours away for Christmas with them and my mom and sis. They were all supposed to come here.

Dh has to work (for an hour or so) each day until Tue. I'm sure he is not going to want to drive there and back in a day. I may have to just drive down with my other dd, but then that leaves him here alone. I'm not sure what to do.

What I'd like to do is crawl in a hole and stay there until the holidays are over..and when I came out the realtor would call and we'd have a house (one we could live in and I could afford) ready for me to buy, my retirement check would be here, and everyone would be happy to see me. That would be great!

Back to reality..not sure I can make everyone happy on the holiday plans. Not sure I'll ever find a house I can afford that will work..not sure my treatment choices will help anything..

I'm reading this thread and trying my best just to be thankful as my problems seem miniscule compared to others here.

So many here have such serious problems so I'm not sure this is the place for me to be with mine.

This is the day of Christmas Eve and nothing is getting through to me. I've had a beautiful uplifting time up until now in anticipation of this time for remembering His coming to earth and being with us in Spirit and in my life these many years.

I have beautiful Christmas CDs playing and it's just not getting through to me today. Except to cause me to cry.

Headache has returned along with heart pounding fatigue. I was ok with the disappointments about how Christmas would be spent with family but then all turned out well and now I'm depressed and don't know why.

Just feel lost and feeling bad I've lost the Christmas Spirit.

Wishing all a wonderful holiday and prayers for all of you--special prayers for those who are in a real crisis.

Twicebitten... I'm so so sorry about the house. That really stinks. Maybe you will still get it.. or God has something BETTER in mind for you. More houses may come on the market in January.

Prayers for everyone who has hardship. This can be a hard time for many people and for many different reasons.

But we are celebrating His birth...what a wonderful, unfathomable gift that is!

Praying that all can rest in His promises...all of them and that you may bring those promises to mind during struggles.

He said He would never leave you or forsake you...He promised.

thanks lymetoo and everyone else for prayers. I was able to attend church for Christmas eve service and it was wonderful. My dd went too and it really helped get my mind off all this "stuff", and the church was decorated so lovely. I really felt peaceful.

Please pray for my dear friend's son who was nearly killed in a skiing accident. He has a heart for God and is only 21yrs old.

He has a head injury and is still unconscious.

His name is Caleb.

Just found out I have inflammation of the optic nerve in my left eye. LLMD okayed topical steroid drops but if my vision changes, I will have to take oral steroids to save my vision in my left eye.

She said to make sure I take my antibiotics with the steroids if I start losing my vision. Please pray that the topical drops work.
