wait, cranial nerve palsy(like bell's palsy) without clinical evidence of meningitis.....so are they saying that you can't have bell's palsy without having meningitis??

That's terrible! 2 to 4 weeks only, and let's hope the patient is a circus acrobat with the hoops needed to jump through to "qualify".

I believe this is still state to state. I have BCBS and in RI they have to cover Lyme meds and treatment within your given plan for as long as the Dr requests it.

MA is starting similar legislation. And there are several more states also, but lyme-brain can't recall.
