Bummer... Dry mouth really will do that to you. I know a lot of Sjogren's patients have trouble with cavities. Thankfully, my mouth has never been extremely dry.
It's always something, isn't it?

I developed a lot of tartar too & my dentist said it was from all the ABX.
So, I started brushing my teeth with baking soda daily & now no more tarter & my teeth feel sparkly clean.
I have told others & they thank me afterwards after they see the difference. I have been doing this for over a year now & my mom had been doing it for decades already.
Put one teaspoon of dry baking soda in your mouth & then in your hand cup a very small amount of water to sip in your mouth. Make a paste in your mouth by swashing it around & start brushing.
I also use it as a mouthwash too.

Won't the baking soda erode the enamel? That's what I've heard. I use a toothpaste that contains baking soda but I think it's pretty gentle.

My close friend just said the same thing about baking soda
She also said oil pulling with coconut oil helps
I hope i can be really consistant about both
