Hey everyone!! Hope all of you have great weather today! It's beautiful here .. a bit warm, but will cool down tomorrow. It's all GOOD!

I'm going to watch the Astros beat the Kansas City Royals today, then go to an awards show tonight. Hubby's boss will hand over last year's award and will be up for another category this year. It would be cool if she could win again!

Tomorrow I will see my allergist in the nearby city.

Have a great day! [hi]

Gorgeous here, as well. Came back from my parents and did some yard work.

Waked 35 minutes. Still need trekking poles, but so great to be out in this weather.

May watch some football. Bears aren't doing so well.

Will watch Cubs beat Cardinals tomorrow. I have the day off tomorrow. Never understood why we take Columbus Day off but go to school on Veteran's Day.

Blessings to all.

Its hot here now so im inside. I opened yard sale...its been slow but steady and ppl are getting good deals...half price. Sold two more big , heavy things i dont have to put away...only have two heavy things left. Sure wish they would go

Im was working on garden-transplanting shrubs that got too big in two years...i just found dwarf shurbs and think i will stick to them now.

I also think i will have yard guy make beds in front of house a foot wider. They are for flowers...and theres no room in front bed for them any more

I ll go back out to finish when sun gets a little lower. Its supposed to be hotter tomorrow so i might work inside more. Two rooms still have sheet rock dust. Have to deal with that

Lets enjoy this weather...we all know whats coming

health is still not up to watching games on TV...

Weather is nice here...kind of wishing I was up to camping or at least hanging the hammock in the forest for a bit.

I did stop by the grocery store and get some meat and veggies this am. Hoping health is up to cooking the meat some time today.

I also spent some time out in the smoking area...upwind...listening to neighbors....

Rosie has been doing this wolf thing lately. She not only gives me the look but also does an indoor wolf.

The only thing I can figure out is she wants to go visit with the people in the smoking area.

They talk with her and pet her.

She has food. She has water. She has gone toileting.

REally would like to go camping so she can get up and look around whenever she wants without me having to take her out on a leash.

So we have been out several times this am. Several wolfs. Hoping she has settled down now.

Have inflamed brain a bit..enough I am considering taking the excedrin or eating or drinking or watching a movie and then see how if I need an excedrin.

Not sure what time it is

I also took an abx last night...I think it was last night. had the pain when peeing again. I called the doctor earlier in the week but it went away...but it has started back up.

So when health is doing well enough I will go in a leave them a urine sample..or maybe take on in to them.

I asked in the message if they could just prescribe some abx. I have yet to get a response and did not think about checking with pharmacy until just now to see if they called one in.

Main point is below baseline heatlh wise.

Quilt show this weekend. Wanted to go but not enough to make my health worse.

It seems like I did something else this am. But, I think most of the energy went to conversations with neighbors. Short ones but still enough to do me in.

DRove Rosie somewhere this am. Ah yes. up the hill at the lake...the lake had steam coming off of it. Nice.

Small man made lake..but still nice and does attrack water fowl. Canadian Geese will be coming.

First some white geese come.

Ok getting that excedrin. And then vegging the brain.

Woof woof! Yep, bet she just wants to socialize!

Hiker .. hope your Cubs do better than my Astros. So far it is KC 1, Astros 0 .. 4th inning.

Good job on the sales, kayak!

I bet we have to leave for the show before the darn game is over. Poo. Maybe I won't want to see the end. Our pitcher is up for the Cy Young award this year but he just gave up a homerun!

We won .. Go ASTROS!!

Posted by lpkayak (Member # 5230) on :

Hiker...i have a question. When you walk...esp on a bad day when you need poles...are you sore the next day? I ask cuz whenever i do sigbificant(for me) exercise i am so sore the next day i need two canes or wc just to get to bathroom.and fix food. So that is a turn off...

You seem.so regular with your exercise even when you push thru a hard day. In the past i would expect ti be sore the firstvday and stronger the second day after exercise...but it doesnt seem.to work thst way anymore

I have onky a few min of standing or walking before i need a sit down rest. If i go all day like this i accomplish a lot...but if i try to bike for fuve min orvwalk for ten min without sitting dow im.unable to walk enough to care for myself for almost a week

I still think its a mitochondria thing...but im really wantung to start a reg exercise plan in two dys and im depressed thinking i wont be able to....so im wondering do you have pain the next day and just push thru it or is it only hard when.you are walking and then the next day rest has helped and you are ok
Thanks

Woke up feeling like I might be able to do a few things. But, I am fading fast and am angry and frustrated so goign to veg after this.

Able to take rosie out in power chair to pee.

Then typed up letter to company that has the contract with the insurance company re: the power chair. Need to contact the insurance company too as not happy with service.

Did me in getting the letter typed, envelope addressed, stamped and in the mail.

Then drove Rosie out to a spot where she could do her poopers and be off leash a bit. She also got a little bit of a run in while I drove.

Too calm and relax pill this am but not calm and relaxed. I will be after I lay here and veg.

Mostly feeling mad because i think i have the right to be able to do these things I want to do and can not do them.

So, need to focus on the can do's and be glad of it or for it.

Need to also have a change of attitude as both caregivers are coming at the same time tomorrow.

I goofed up in the scheduling but the one also knows that the other comes tomorrow when she wrote herself in on the calendar so she goofed up too.

Wish I could just make the list and have them take care of things but know that there will be questions.

One is pretty good at working on her own, but the other wants verbal communication...which most of the time I understand why ...just makes my health worse.

Maybe I will just reschedule her as I am all ready stressing out about the both of them being here at the same time..not good for my health.

Posted by hiker53 (Member # 6046) on :

Kam--good idea to reschedule one caregiver.

LP--I am not sore muscle wise after I exercise, unless it is doing yard work and using muscles I am not used to using.

The toxin make it hard for me to walk. For some reason it makes my legs feel heavy. Nervous system effects. So, I push through most days and use the trekking poles as the exercise helps release the toxins and get them out.

I did walk this morning for 30 minutes again using the poles.

Did a few chores, went to the chiropractor and after some "God" time I am going to nap, read, and be couch potato.

Posted by lpkayak (Member # 5230) on :

Ty hiker. Im still confused about whats going on with me. We both had lyme but im heavy and have the fake knees and mold stuff.

Im learning but dont understand it all. How do you know for sure it is toxins? I figure it is with me cuz tests show it is and i am tking binders...but having trouble with them

This is getting so complicated.

Posted by hiker53 (Member # 6046) on :

Because when I have toxins I get these symptoms and I start to sweat. Taking my detox zeolite etc. helps relieve the symptoms.

Right now I am not taking binders for the digestive tract. Just to move the toxins to the lymph and out.

Plus my energy healer confirms it.

Posted by Lymetoo (Member # 743) on :

I like using Living Clay. It helps me detox. I guess it's a binder.

It's hard to work in between meds though.

Tuesday-Well, it's my first day of the week since I worked this past Saturday. I was feeling better and overdid it yesterday. Did laundry and ironing, dishes, helped make dinner, got a pedi/mani and ran errands and went to the doctor. Had an unexpected skin biopsy so have a couple of stitches on the back of my bad shoulder.

So, needless to say, my SI joint is inflamed! And to top that off, I'm getting a cold or something. Have a really bad sore throat and have some congestion. One of my co-worker's was sick last week and I might have picked this up at work.

Oh brother.........

[Frown]

I woke up with a happier tummy than yesterday...but then of course im afraid to eat. I had almond butter on plain rice cake and mixed berries and tea and i am still good 3 hrs later. Tired and getting hungry again after cleaning up yard sale and garden messes

I wanted to start regular walking or biking every other day today and theres no way i
canwalk...legs are so sore and weak...

Part of soreness is skin hanging i think from losing weight. .sorry if tmi...most of you dobt deal with this i think...i think i might try wrapping legs in ace bandage where it hurts

So i couldnt walk but i needed to get yard

sale sign at end of road and ettas always
Up for a walk so i used the wc and pushed with my leds. It was aways...i could feel the burn in my quads so i think it counts as exercise

I hope my stomach got wacky cuz duringbyd sale i did have some fast food...i didnt feel bad for two more days but i hope that was itvand if i stick to whole, gf, gmo free food i llbe ok

Maybe with house done i will be more able to stuck to important routines and know when my body is detoxing.

Tutu on the mold sites if they cant do csm or welchol they do clay and charcoal. If i cant get to higher dose of welchol i think my mold doc will put me on them

Ak...your acting like me. Always working too hard too soon....but i dont have a job. Its more impt for you to slow down and give your body a chance. Did u ever get to a pt?

I caught my breath. Need lunch. An egg i think. Tomorrow etta gets a haircut and fri i druve an hour to hear knee doc say i must have another knee surgery or i ll lose my leg and hes gonna hear me say...NO.

Posted by Lymetoo (Member # 743) on :

AK .. I hope you survive the day. Sorry to hear that you have so many health issues right now.

kayak.. Glad the stomach is better. It's such a guessing game sometimes.

I'm off to exercise in just a few minutes, then errands to run.

Drove by house for sale at sunrise this am. Drove down a dirt road I knew about in town and let Rosie out to do her business.

Home Again Home Again...jiggity jig

Doing well enough finally to check expiration dates on food I purchased on Sunday. They all were expired.

But, put meat in freezer as the sell date expiration date was on Sunday. I was not doing well enough when I went shopping on Sunday to check expiration dates.

I think the meat will be OK. Most of it had a sell by date of Sunday on the packages.

Caregiver did the set up work for the coffee enema.

The coffee was still hot by the time it was time for her to leave so I tried doing the enema after she left.

I kind of wanted her here just cause I was not sure how my health would respond or if I would be able to get up off the floor.

I did not need her to do the enema.

Working on Masters before this hit. Now, I can not read instructions on how to do an enema.

Think I got more coffee on the bathroom floor than I did inside of me. Learning curve.

But, doing the enema wore me out. Put everything in the shower. WAiting until I am strong enough to clean things up.

I was able to kind of wash off the towels as I did not want the coffee staining them. Do not know if it worked or not yet.

Doc told me that some of his patients can not go to work unless they do a coffee enema in the am.

Me...I am just more weak and shaky. Time will tell how this goes. I know it is going to take time and I know it is going to take a lot out of me..but hoping it pays off in the long run.

HA! Kind of a pun there.

Power chair person is coming tomorrow to program the power chair so I can recline a bit and also elevate my legs while moving.

I sure hope he can also program it to move faster and I know he can adjust to my body.

Not a happy camper with the power chair. It had nothing but complaints on the reviews. And it has very small wheels. I like the bigger wheel base with more ground clearance.

AS I am typing this, I think I most likely will need to tell them to take it back when they come.

I need something I can use indoors and outdoors.

I noticed the other neighbor who got a similar power chair is not using his new one when he goes outside but is still using his old one outdoors.

Kind of sad to get a new power chair and not be able to use it.

kayak...trying to figure out what to eat is tricky. I associate food with the head stuff sometimes.

I stay away from even brown rice as I associate it with making my health worse.

hoping to read more than your first line later.

Kam. I know just what you are talking about with a lot of those things. Coffee enema has been on my list a long time. I hear so many singing the praises. But i will have to modify. With my knees i cant get up from floor. I do have a fold up, lay down, washable beach chair that might fit in hall just outside bath...i will probably need a tarp on the floor...oh lordy

Also...i throw way more food away than i like. Often i have put time and energy in cooking it and then because of brain i forget i have it...i need to have everything visable or i forget i have it

And the wc thing. First i boughty own used off craigslist. Not motor ones. Then a doc said my insurance should be paying for them. So i ordered one. I told them i needed small cuz of my kitchen but able to handle my weight.

The one they sent was so low to grown it kills my knees to get up from it. They brought me a two inch cushion that was so slippery it put my back out

I boght two six inch cushions that helps my knees...but its wobbly on my back...and. the clincher is....ins did not buy the wc. They are renting it! My ins is charged 50. A month for this stupid wc that hurts m. I used to buy them used and they lasted 2-3 yrs

I have to deal with that but cant now. So ms kam...you may have memory problems but your wit is still in tact with that enema joke

Take care

skunk sighting this am during Rosie's early morning before dawn toileting.

Thankfully, the skunk scurried off and did not see us as a threat. [Smile]

I was in the power chair on apartment grounds.

It was a treat for me to see the skunk and Rosie too...she wanted to follow it.

Wednesday-Been gargling like crazy with warm REAL salt water and taking Alka seltzer cold day and night capsules. Back hurts pretty bad but seeing massage therapist today. Have an appointment with a regular therapist next Monday. [Frown]

Kayak-I'm notorious for overdoing it! I wish I had some sense when it comes to that. Comes from years of little help from others.

TuTu-Exercise for me too! Sheesh......seems like I'm never going to the storage unit for my workout DVD's!

Kam-Kudos on attempting the coffee enema. It's something I've heard about and might try one day myself.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Ugh! I don't think I could ever bring myself to do a coffee enema. I like to drink coffee once in a while and that would ruin it for me.

Walked yesterday and watched the Cubs beat the Cardinals. They face the Dodgers or Mets next.

Pretty easy day for me. Took etta to groomers at the beach. Its a 40 min drive on back roads to maine beach where groomer is. The leaves were incredible. It must be very close to peak. They were even better on the way home as sun was going down.

It was nice to have a break from work here at the house. The wind was wrong and bugs came in the car til i got creative

I didnt shop except for picking up a free hobby horse on the side of the road. They have batteries that make them go now. I think thats stupid. No batteries for my grand daughter. She will have to find the muscles that make it go

She just turned two and has had a lap top for a year. Its a different world

I just sat near the water and read for about four hours. There were a lot of seals. Sometimes they are funny when they float on their backs

The mess is still here when i got back home so i plan to walk the same distance i did in the wc tomorrow first...and then make as much progress as i can cleaning up

I got the phone number of a few beach houses that rent out late in fall and early in spring...i might be able to afford a few weekends if they are cheap enough. Very few places here will let you bring your dog

Hope things keep getting better for everyone

kayak...so good to read your post.

The man came who ordered the power chair for me. He took the power chair back.

Not sure who things will go. It kind of looks like they might put a bigger base on the power chair they brought me.

Then, he will be back with it to adjust the seating and show me how it works. Everything is electronic as far as elevationg the legs, laying the seat back, etc.

Prayers they get the right chair for me. This one made my body feel worse.

It helped when he was able to elevate the legs and recline the seat back a little while I was moving.

he also was able to get it to go a faster speed.

But, my body still hurt and I am hoping it is because of the very tiny wheels on the power chair.

I am use to the bigger wheels.

So we shall see. He was wearing something that triggered the MCS.

Mostly I have been going outside in my old power chair and laying down in it in the shade where there is a breeze.

I can not find a place that is quiet so need to wear ear muffs while out.

Played monopoly on the iphone to keep my mind off of my symptoms.

Charging iphone now. Then will head out again. Trying to not get the head stuff today or at least not make it worse.

Not sure what causes it but did notice I am better if I am outside laying dodwn in the shade with a breeze playing monopoly games.

Good for Rosie to be out as she has more stimuli around her for her to watch.

Posted by Lymetoo (Member # 743) on :

Sounds like a productive day, kam! Hope he can make the chair work for you!

Sounds like a good plan to be outside more .. glad you found shade!

Got my stitches out from the plastic surgery on my face. (skin lesions) .. I'm hoping that tomorrow both sites will look even better. They looked so much better once he got the scabs off and the stitches out.

I was so tired of dealing with band-aids and such. My doctor was funny. He walked in and told me I looked like "H" with those band-aids on my face! I told him I sure knew who to blame! [Big Grin]

Thursday-Really stuffed up today. Didn't sleep to well and it's only 9:40 and I'm ready to go home! [Frown]

Hiker-Happy to hear that you're doing things you enjoy!

TuTu-We're both dealing with stitches and bandaids. Mine isn't visible though. Did they do a biopsy on those lesions?

Kam-I sure hope they can figure out your wheel chair and get that thing up and running. It'd be nice to have some new wheels!

Kayak-Yesterday sounded like an awesome day! What a treat to see the seals, huh? I love the fall! I think it's my favorite time of year.

Hope everyone has a fantastic day!

Having the caregiver get groceries this am is a bust.

It is taking more time with me going back and forth with verbal, written and text messages from her than it would for me to just go get the food myself when I am able.

I was trying to prep her for when I am not able...like this morning..not abl eto go so sending her.

But, it is taking the full 2hours i have her just to get what it would take me 20 min to get.

it took 20 min just to answer the questions she had about the list...

Then, there have been the text messages ..two on the meat I wante dher to purchase.

I showed her the meat that was in the freezer that I wanted her to get more of...4 packages of ground grass fed meat all in one area of the store.

I got a text message about do you want me to get the packaged meat.

Me: yes

Then another text message..do you want me to get the packaged meat or do you want meat from the deli??

So what??

Me: get the packaged meat like I showed you because I am not able to go with you to the sotre to show you.

Sheesh

Today's visit started off with a text from her asking me if I still wanted her to come today...

Yes. You are schduled to come today.

Sheesh.

Then she shows up late...not sure how late. Just know she was supposed to come at 8 am and did not leave until 8:30 to get grceries.

It will be 10 before she gets back here or longer. This is not working out.

It also does not work out to have the other caregiver shop for me.

Need to go with plan B as far as grocery shopping or is taht plan D

So sorry its so hard kam.

Im getting most staples online now and found a huge farm open year round with fruit, veg, eggs and some meat. I dont know if i can afford their meat.

But im glad to know they are open all year. There wont be many choices at times...but fresh, local, non gmo is good

And they do a huge soup and sandwich business...soup is help yourself and many choices everyday fromtheir own stuff

It has a handicap spot, is flat with no steps to door and the door opens when you approach. No motorized carts but small enough area im ok in walker

So thats my good news. And it is another gorgeous fall day. But i woke up very congested, tired and weak. I cancled knee appt for tomorrow...next date is 12/29

Im overdo for mammo too..have to schedule that

I ran out of coq10 and that and probiotic are really expensuve now. I think not having that is why im weak. Legs.

I didnt do my exercise walk as planned...yet. it took two hours to get pills in and get dressed

I started in front yard cleaning up weed piles and it looks good

Then found my hatchet to cut up the daisys. So easy when you use the right tool but i never had perrenials so tight i needed a hatchet. I popped them in a corner between house and junk yard so the bigger and thicker they get the better

Etta distracted me chasing chipmunks...but i organized one side of carport about half way and needed rest

There was a message ... someone wants last big item i am selling. Hope they get back to me. I also found a used wc about an hour away...too much city/highway traffic for me but guy said he would meet me in first shopping center off highway so i may go get it next week. I need some resting time first

Next i need to finish that carport area, straighten up front patio and plant last butterfly bush..

Then inside. Its very sunny with many bees everywhere i need to work so i think when i get up i will use walker and do exercise walk first...road is shady

Oh yeah! Someone picked up all the junk metal by side of road so i dont need to go th o dump! Yay!

Hope day gets better for some of you. And stays good for others

ug..sounds more like torture kayak...hope it works out for you and starts to be enjoyable.

Kind of took shower and kind of did coffee enema...

one of these times I will get the coffee enema right. this is only the 2nd try. I need to be kinder to myself.

And I think I know what i need to do to be more successful next time...but first need to get to store to get a large tarp for bathroom floor..ha!

for the coffee...not the other stuff. :0

kayak...wow good read on all that you accomplished. hurray!

I find I am able to eat the grass fed meat which is good. Cost..not so good

I had stopped purchasing meat all together..that was not good so am trying to find things I can chew and swallow.

Cost is going to be a concern and need adjusting as i am out of funds for the month now. Ugh.

But, I also think I have enough meat in freezer for the month.

AFter I typed the above out i realized it would be a good idea to put the ground meat in 1/2 pound bags before freezer them as I do not eat much.

Very good day, kayak.. not sure you needed more walking though. Ouch. Glad you don't have to go to the dump. I need to take something, but may find a way to get rid of it.

kam .. yes, small portions would be good!

oops... I'll be back....

I'm back ... supper was ready. [Smile]

AK.. Yes, the lesions were biopsied and all is OK! I expected them to be OK. (Hey, why not?)

I went to exercise and did 22 min on the machine and 18 laps. I watched a show while on the machine. It's called Blood Relatives. It was a mystery show I had never seen. I'll have to look for that one again.

Only trouble was, trying to watch it and keep working because the show was an hour long. I couldn't stay on the machine for a full hour, so I missed bits and pieces of the show. Managed to exercise awhile, walk awhile, etc.

After that I went to WM and then my friend called me and asked if I could come to the ER to sit with her. Her blood pressure was too high and her son runs a business in town. He took her to the ER and then went to pick up his son from school.

It all worked out and she is doing better. Her BP was still 175/85 when they discharged her. She had had stroke symptoms a month ago and they already did all of the tests then. I really worry about her. She's the one I teach Sunday School with. She's my buddy and a sweet sweet person who will do anything for anybody at any time. She helped me many times when my feet were so bad.

Friday-Thank God I made it! Been a rough week. It's 10:37 and I have basically everything done.

I have a physical therapy appointment Monday so am coming in late. The therapist specializes in SI joint injuries and I'm looking forward to my appointment. My back is better after my deep tissue work yesterday.

Kam-That has to be so frustrating with the caregivers! Hope you can find someone that's more diligent.

Kayak-I envy you the little local market. We had one not to far from my Mom's but they closed down and built a Family Dollar store there. I'm going to miss the fresh local produce that my soon-to-be ex used to bring home occasionally. Maybe I'll try to do some container tomatoes next year.

TuTu-Mine were biopsied too but haven't gotten the results yet. It's either warts or psoriasis, nothing big, just noticeable.

BTW, glad to hear that you guys are working out. One of these days I'm going to go through my boxes in storage and find my workout DVD's.

Hope everyone has a terrific weekend!

Morning started off nicely. Nice weather at dawn. I was still in Pj's but put coat over them.

Cruised in power chair to the field across from apartment complex.

let Rosie off leash. I tried walking in field but had to cut it short and head back to power chair.

Then Rosie was still able to be off leash while we went around the parking lot building next door and back to apartment.

All went smoothly this am with her off leash but nto something I can do most of the time safely due to possibly other dogs also out walking in the area.

50/50 chance of rain. Just heard thunder but i will be suprised if it rains here...looks like one of those days when it will rain all around us.

Then things went down hill as far as the brain being overloaded with taking things in.

CAregiver that came today was good. She doesn't need to communicate or ask as many questions as the other caregiver.

She just comes in. REads the list and gets the job done.

I now have clean sheets on the bed.

And an appointment to have the right ear cleaned out.

A neighbor stopped by to do some editing on the clean air at the entrance petition which I agreed on.

I typed it up and sent the revised petition to the manager. She will either forward it to the home office or have one of us email it or ? for approval first.

I sure hope it is approved and we get a chance to sign our names and better yet..it gets done.

Rosie got out again this am. Both the caregiver and I left the screen door open.

But, she only went to the front sidewalk. I went in and got treats but forgot her leash.

All worked out OK.

Thankfully. She is OK. But, there are two other agressive dogs on the grounds sometimes and that is not safe for her or the other dog as I think she might go after one of the dogs...

..that dog would eat her up...as she has all ready sent a german shepherd to the vet ..both dogs were on leash at the time too.

I also noticed I had my back window down so was able to finally roll it up. I had noticed it a few other tims but because I get distracted easily I had follow thru with getting it rolled up.

A lot of getting in and out of the power chair this am...to do things...which wears me out.

But, glad brain and body were doing well enough to do so.

Going to go see if I can find a place to lay outside in the power chair and play monopoly on the iphone.

If brain is working well enough, I will try and clean out inboxes too.

3rd day of less brain stuff going on. 3rd day of being outdoors as much as possible....

Whatever it takes to have the horrid brain stuff managed.

Kind of wishing i had some MM this am to see if it helped with the pain in the body...power chair i lay down in does not support my body as well as my bed.

Also sure hope things get approved for a bigger wheels on the new power chair and I get it back soon and it does support my body when I am laying down.

Although not much was done this am. I am still a happy camper.

I am OK if I am able to do a little bit in the am.

I also was finally able to put the bags away that I had gotten out. I need bags that will not hit the power chair wheels to hang off the arm of my power chair.

Most of the bags I have are too long. I also need something strong enough to support a canteen of water or two....one for me and one for Rosie.

I also am dressed now too.

11:11 am checking in. At least it was 11:11 when I checked the time before checking in. [Smile]

Finally got dressed. Tried to do another enema thing only without the coffee this time. Counts as exercise in my book as it is exhausting and drains me...well still working on the draining part for the plumbing part of it. TMI??

I recall reading that John Wayne had pounds of fecal impacted when he died. For some reason tha tbit of tidbit pops in my mind.

I have yet to come clean. [Smile]

Enough of that.

Took Rosie out at dawn again via the power chair and me being off leash...wrong...she was off leash.

She got enough exercise for her this am before we maybe get rain. I tried getting up and walking twice while in the field but had to sit back down both times.

That is about it for exercise this am.

NIce here today. Cool. But, not quiet and calm. Tried to lay outside in the power chair twice...both times sounds and movement got to me.

But, not doing well enough to drive out to the forest and hang my hammock..still feeel i need to stay close to the apartment.

Plan on hanging the hammock when health is doing better.

Others tell me they get sickier while in their apartment too. These are smokers. They say they get stuffed up, feel worse, have runny noses, allergy like symptoms, etc.

But, if they leave the apartment they do not have these symptoms.

Not sure what can be done about it.

I am not all that convinced it is the apartment myself or the computer screen. I guess next step is to find a place to watch the computer outdoors and see how things go.

I know just typing this messes withe my eyes and vision.

Looong week. I am burning the candle at both ends and that's not good.

Worked a lot of 10 hours days.

Went to grocery shop yesterday. Cooked this morning.

Walked a bit today. Legs feel really heavy. I have not met my exercise goal the past few weeks.

I think with going back to work I may need to revise the goal and not be upset when I don't make it.

Off for a nap.

Oh hiker...i did that...long days...the first five years after that i didnt.

I slept pretty good considering i didnt have my recliner or sleep and pain pills. I forgot them. Im using otc ibu

I have to spend most time in bedroom with air cleaner when in rental...but it has a slider that looks over marsh...so its nice

I was ok in kitchen for a leisurely. Breakfast too...i bundled up and kept windows opened so there was good air

Then spent day at my fav place...no charge for parking this time of year...lots of good air...marsh on one side...ocean on other

Oops...gotta go

but turned the other way and there was the rainbow. good timing. that did me in. back to laying down now.

Check in time 9:18 am Sunday

Able to load up power chair and cruise in the forest area with Rosie's furry friend.

It is rare I am able to talk and even more rare that I am able to listen.

But, I talked just about the whole time we were cruising. Hope I do not pay for it later.

My friend was even able to get in a few sentences and I was able to take it in although it did make the brain worse.

Got the cat and dog fed I think.

Got another petition for no smoking at the entrance of the apartments plus provding a comfortable place away from others for those who do smoke printed out.

I learned it does have to be approved before getting signatures by the main office...that is weird.

Cool today and looks like it will be cool the next two weeks with rain here and there.

Glad we did not get rain while we were out.

Still on edge about the power chair...sure hope they bring me one that works for me.

Need to right on the calendar when he came so I can contact the office in a couple of weeks to see how things are going.

write not right
