Wow that last week went fast and we are ready for another week of movement.

Do you walk your dog, garden, go to the gym, do household chores etc? Then this is the thread for you.

I did my physical therapy exercises twice today.

Went to the library to return the movie, Widows. I wouldn't give it a high ranking. May resort to Hallmark tonight. [Big Grin]

Doing a few loads of laundry today. Trying not to run a large load as drain pipe the washer hose empties into is partially clogged.

Drain company coming Tuesday.

AK--Careful with your body packing up your ex.

The CBD cream I use has a gadzillion ingredients including some essential oils. It doesn't bother me, but I am having trouble finding a cream with just CBD and an oil such as coconut oil.

I have only used the CBD oil twice under my tongue and just in tiny amounts, so really don't know the effects, yet. I'll keep you posted.

Hope you all have a great week! [hi]

Thanks Hiker for starting us off this week! You're getting a lot done today! I just ran a couple of errands.

Even though it's only a little after 6:00 I'm thinking of crawling back into bed.

Real estate agent called me today and said there's an issue with the buyer finding financing. The problem is the age of the trailer and it's not on a permanent skirting. They have great credit though.

So my next plan of action (per Josh) is to call the finance company that holds my mortgage and see if they have any suggestions.

Pray of me!

See everyone tomorrow!

Hiker .. I hope the CBD oil helps. I would love to try it but I seriously doubt my body could handle all the extra junk, on top of the CBD.

Hope you get that drain cleared soon.

My car is ailing. I have to take it on on Tuesday. I'm afraid it's going to be an expensive repair. If so, I may be in the market for a new-used car. Sigh.

I had a busy day yesterday with OCC. We had a big meeting with a guest speaker from Rwanda. He survived the genocide there in 1994 at age 6. He received a shoe box while in an orphanage.

He is now married to a local girl that he met the last time he came here 4 years ago. Such a great story of forgiveness and a true man of God.

Didn't get to bed early enough last night, so I was exhausted when we came home from church. Slept 3 hours. So now I need to get to bed!!

I hope and pray that LP is OK!!

AK ... Just keep plugging away. Someone will want the place!

Praying for you, Lp.

Ak--You will get that place sold. Praying it is soon.

Did my shoulder and knee exercises twice. I think the shoulder is a teeny bit better, but the elbow is not.

Went to laser therapy.

Went to drugstore to get more acetaminophen, zantac and pepto bismol. Sigh.

Stopped at Kroger to get organic meat and cashew milk dark truffle ice cream bounded into my cart. Sheesh. LOL

Off to make dinner--spinach salad topped with broccoli, blackberries, and pork strips.

Just ran a couple of errands today. Will probably go to the ex's tomorrow after my late afternoon dental cleaning. Will be in the area so am going to try and get him to pack his own stuff. Sheesh!

I see an end in sight though because he should be out of there by Sunday.

You've been busy TuTu! Thanks for sharing the story about the gentleman from Rwanda. I watched the movie Hotel Rwanda and I'm sure it was much worse than what was portrayed.

Great news about the shoulder Hiker! Sure hope you continue to improve. I think I want to come to your house for dinner!

See you all tomorrow and thank you for all the encouragement!

Ak--Smile with those pearly white teeth or should I say "Grin and bear it" with the ex.

Did my PT exercises. Shoulder decided to hurt a lot again today.

Guy came to clean out drain in basement. At least I caught the problem before it was totally clogged.

Someone got into my mind and told me I needed to upgrade my cell phone. So went out and got an Iphone8. What was I thinking?

Yesterday brain wanted ice cream, today it was an iPhone. Tomorow it may want a Ferrari. Lol

Have a man coming tomorrow to see if a railing will fit at the left side of stairs in case I have that shoulder surgery. I wouldn't be as upset if the shoulder was my left one, but it is my right.

Ak--how do you tie your shoes when you have shoulder surgery? I can't find good Velcro shoes in my size.

AK .. The man from Rwanda told us about 5 times that God saved his life during the genocide. And it could have been more than 5 .. other things he never knew about!!

Your ex is something else. I so hope you are free and clear of him SOON!! How do you maintain your sanity!?

PRAYING THAT THE HOUSE SELLS SOON TOO!!!

Hiker .. sorry to hear about the shoulder making a comeback on the pain level. UGH!!

I understand the desire to do ANYTHING to distract ourselves from pain and misery.

Let us know how you like the iPhone 8.

We found out my car will cost us $600 to get it fixed. Oh joy. As long as it lasts awhile I'll be happy about it. I just don't want a car payment again...not yet.

The car only has 113,000 miles on it so it can still make a few more years.

It won't be ready until tomorrow.

I didn't do to much packing today was just to tired, so am going Thursday morning to get most everything packed up and ready to go on Sunday.

Hiker it was a grin and bear it kinda day. If you're going Ferrari shopping let me know because I'd love to go with you! LOL! In regards to footwear, I wore slip on shoes the whole time. Think it was a pair of crocs.

TuTu I agree with the 5 things he didn't know about. So glad your car is fixable! I'm gonna drive mine as long as I can! In regards to my ex, I have to pray.....a lot!

Planning on resting tomorrow. My left leg with the hematoma is bothering me so I think I'll take it easy.

See you guys tomorrow!

Got up early to meet workman who is going to install railings on left side of stairs to get to basement and from garage into house.

Did my PT exercises. Then went to physical therapy this afternoon. I am less sore after therapy and so sore when I try to sleep at night.

May try sleeping in recliner tonight, although I usually don't sleep well there.

Going to church tonight.

Just a relaxing day preparing for tomorrow.

FB is definitely off today Kayak! I can't seem to post anything.

Glad that shoulder's feeling better Hiker. I have problems with mine too while sleeping.

See you all tomorrow!

AK--I imagine as I type this that you are in packing mode.

Tried sleeping in recliner last night. After 3 hours, I gave up and lay in bed on my back. After 2 hours, I gave up and rolled to my right side and got little sleep.

Have to miss Bible study this morning as the ENT changed my appointment time. Had a hearing test. Can't hear some of the high frequencies. Audiologist said it is my age. Joy! [shake]

Ear tube is still in place. About flew away in the parking lot. Another wind advisory with 50 mph gusts.

In the 60's this afternoon. Didn't even wear a coat, but a chance of snow tomorrow morning. March is always crazy around here.

Did my PT exercises twice.

Watching Illini basketball tonight in Big Ten Tournament.

hi guys recliner really saved me when shoulders became a problem im sorry they arent helpful for you when i stupidly gave away my old recliner and replaced it only to find out all new ones had too many chemicals for me i begann 3 yr sof hardly sleeping i am comfortable in my zero gravity chair but getting in and out of it is painful still for now it is the bst chair i have and i do often nap in it or sleep first 3-4 hrs at night in it i also bought an adjustable bed frame a few yes ago it has helped a lot both top and bottom raise up the bottom es helpful to keep my lower back into good position when i raise the top to take pressure off shoulder it didnt cost much cuz i used my old mattress i cant imagine buying a new mattress unless something about required chemicals changes sleep is so important i hope you guys can figure it out if i dont get a bunch of consecutive hours of good sleep i start to go down hill fast hospital beds are also surprisingly inexpensive the twin size but they are extremely heavy and hard to move and set up

i see primary for 45 min appt tomorrow morning i have not figured out much...mostly what doesnt seem to change things...but i have a lot of infor writtendown for him i hope he can make some sense out of it

oh also...one thing i did was stop all meds and supps for about a week it took 3-4 days of anti inflammatories before my good arm/shoulder stopped working very distressing going to having both arms very disabled and unable to function very scary worse than 2 legs for me but it did give PT a chance to evaluate that shoulder without meds and its pretty bad it took 4 hrs after i started back on the med for arm pain to calm down and mew pt eval says i didnt lose anything permanent in either arm from that experiment also...PT showed me improvement from beginning to now of bad shoulder and it is gaining both strength and reange of motion...so thats positive for you guys going to PT for shoulder i did not expect improvement without surgery but i am very recluctant to have shoulder replacement with its 1 yr recovery time

i need to get to bed i keep napping during day and then cant get to sleep at night but i reealy have t0 try i have to get up at 4 to be in doc office at 8 there might be t storms then...but im only about 10 min away...ts thru the woods tho hang in all...

You were right on the money Hiker. Started around 10:30 packing up the kitchen, bathrooms and living room. Cleaned all the cabinets and was just a virtual yellow tornado! LOL!

Called it quits around 5:00.

Low and behold, while laying on the couch with my leg elevated, the real estate agent showed up over there.

My old next door neighbors are trying to buy the trailer and land! They made an offer and we signed a contract so am hoping and praying this one goes through.

I have to come up with closing costs and my Mom is going to help. Won't be over $1,500 and praying for less. I'm already chipping in $600 toward the payoff amount.

Don't want to count my chickens before they hatch!

See everyone tomorrow!

Ak--Hope this transaction goes through. Funny how God shows up when you need Him.

Physical therapy today. Therapist says right shoulder is about 75% as strong as left. He still thinks we can strengthen it and avoid surgery.

However, the pain is really draining me big time.

Went to grocery store and to laser therapy.

Bison burgers for dinner!

Hey .. where did I go? LOL

Still messing around with my car. They fixed the air suspension. Pricey.

Then when I picked it up yesterday, the floorboard was wet .. AGAIN!!!

Today it went to the windshield people and they determined that the windshield is fine. (I still have my doubts since it DID rain while my car was at the other shop this week.)

So I have the car and will take it back early next week. Meanwhile, the windows are open and it's trying to dry out.

Next comes the mold says my demented mind!! Thank goodness, the weather is good and still slightly windy.

Hubby has rehearsals again tonight. I'm excited to see the new show!

lp-Thanks for the tips on sleeping. So, if I get an adjustable bed frame I can use my current mattress? I have a memory foam mattress on top of a bed spring.

How did your MD appointment go, LP?

Tutu-Bummer about the car. Can't believe you have water in it again.

Sunny today and in the mid40's Ran several errands and putzed in the yard. Nothing strenuous, but felt good to get outside.

Called Lazy Boy furniture where I bought my recliner to see if they can mover the lever to the left side. Repair shop never called me back, so I may go out there this week. Am going to try and sleep in it again tonight.

Ak--Hope the end is in sight for the home sale.

Just got home from Atlanta a little while ago. Me and Mom attended an Okinawan group's celebration for year of the Boar/Pig 2019.

So much food, entertainment and dancing! Just what I needed to forget about my troubles and have some fun.

TuTu sure hope you can find the leak and fix it. I dread mold like most of us here. Hope the new show is smashing!

Hiker sounds like you're gearing up for surgery. Hope your shoulder continues to improve so it won't be necessary.

Getting up at 5:30 to help move the ex off the property. 2 helpers are going to be there at 7:30 to move the heavy stuff.

What a way to celebrate St Patrick's day but I'm still wearing my green t-shirt with a four leaf clover on it tomorrow.

See you all tomorrow!
