Happy Father’s Day! I celebrated with my dad yesterday.

Another week is here for you to tell us all about your movements: walking, biking, lifting weights, mowing cleaning the house etc. [woohoo]

I am sitting on my back deck after witnessing to Blue Jays chase off the hawk. Cool breeze after the rain last night and a good day to sit and read.

I have done one round of my physical therapy exercises and have another round to go a little later.

Have a super week!

My exercise was the wedding .. sheesh. My body is screaming at me! At least I slept well last night .. short, but sweet.

Was awakened by a storm and it blew down trees right above us (above our parking area) and we had to drive around a huge broken branch in the road as we were leaving for church this morning. Another large tree is across the road at the park.

But .. we are fine!!

It's our 46th wedding anniversary today!! woot woot!!

I'm happy you could go see your father, hiker!!

Happy Anniversary, Tutu!! 😀💕

We also had a big storm last night blowing down trees and branches. Woke me up.

Am herxing and toxic from yesterday’s energy healing.

Managed to do second round of therapy exercises, a load of laundry and filled the finch feeder.

Being lazy now.

Happy Anniversary Lymetoo!

Church this morning, Family Reunion for lunch and the afternoon.

Was cloudy and had a nice breeze today. Just as we were leaving the Reunion the downpour started! We soon drove out of the rain. Looks like the sun might peek through.....

Going to read and relax the rest of the day. Put leftovers in the oven for supper tonight. Chicken, baked potatoes, broccoli & cheese sauce.

Thanks Hiker for getting us going this week! Happy to hear you spent time with your Dad and Mom.

Happy anniversary TuTu! Wow! 46 years is awesome! Bet it doesn't feel that long! I really enjoyed the pix of your friend's wedding. Now you can take a break! LOL!

Manna how wonderful that you just had to heat up dinner! It sounds delicious too!

Just did my PT at home. Still under the weather. Having headaches and some facial swelling. Also being hit with fatigue. Ugh!

Time to rest.

I’ve done my two rounds of shoulder exercises.

Went to chiropractor to release toxins.

And went and spent megabucks on detox supplements at a different chiropractor. [Eek!] Then sat and paid bills and made another energy healing appointment. Too bad that is not covered by insurance.

I am binge watching the TV show 911 that I recorded this year. Two episodes down and 16 to go. Don’t think I watch more than two today.

AK .. I'm sorry you are still feeling poorly.

Hiker .. I've never seen that show. I like stuff like that .. as long as it's not too intense! Sounds like it is!

I've been in so much pain today. ARRRGGH.

Hubby went out this morning for water .. (I buy it) .. Then I finally made it out about an hour ago for a few other things.

Ran into a friend and ended up standing and talking far too long!! We had not seen each other in about 10 years.

So .. I'm off for now.... neck and back pain.

Hi everyone! Feeling better today so went to the gym. First did my home PT and arm workout then at the gym did 30 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes in the sauna.

Picked up a few things from the grocery store and rested for the remainder of the day.

Hiker it's so easy to binge watch! Josh and I were hooked on Criminal Minds for a couple of years! Hope the supplements help.

TuTu I buy our drinking water too. Me and Mom drink about a gallon a day, so it's almost an every other day trip to the grocery store. Hope you get some pain relief.

See everyone tomorrow!

Went to PT and did one more session at home. Shoulder so sore.

Very toxic this afternoon. Stairs a struggle again.

Bible study leader stopped by to chat and gave me 2 inspirational books to read.

Been looking some more into condos. Guess when it is right God will lead me to the correct one.

Have a good evening.

Drove my Mom to 2 appointments. Then went and picked up a friend's car to take to the mechanic early in the morning.

Hiker I sure hope your shoulder heals soon! I'd love to live in a condo myself but going to keep plugging away here at my Mom's for now.

Well, off to bed. Night everyone!

Did my shoulder exercises at home and then went to PT for more "fun."

Raining here, so am sticking inside and going to read and work on Bible study.

Got a great picture of the Cooper's hawk up close. It likes to sit on my pergola near the finch feeder.

Hubby & I both had a chiropractor appointment today. So we are taking it easy the rest of the day.

Its been raining off and on yesterday & today. Having a very hard time getting laundry to dry. May need to put it in the dryer this time.

Last evening most of us went out to pull weeds in the garden. The peas are almost ready to pick and the weeds are almost as big as the peas. :-(

If it rains one more drop, I'm going to scream. Oh wait, we might need that rain in July and August.

Gag .... Another storm just went through here 30 min ago.

Hey, AK and LP .. the wedding photos are on Facebook, as well as a video of the entire thing! It's about 15-20 min long.

Up early taking care of car business then hit the gym. 30 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes in the sauna. Also did my home PT and arm workout.

This evening I drove my friend's repaired car back to her house but noticed it was idling roughly. So will talk to the shop guys tomorrow.

Hiker I'm right there with you in regards to PT. I feel like that's all I do! Gotta get better though.

Manna I'm drooling thinking about those peas. First time I ate them raw was at a friend's who had a greenhouse. We were picking and eating and having such a good time.

Well I have to get up early again to take thank you donuts to the mechanics that worked on my friend's car.

They changed a coil and alternator, did an oil change and topped off fluids, put air in the tires and cut off a plastic flap wedged under her car that was dragging on the ground, all for $105!

Can you believe it?! And my brother got the parts wholesale. We were praying like crazy that it wouldn't be costly, so all together for parts and labor was $350!

Had to share that blessing!

Anyways....See you all tomorrow!

I’ve done my physical therapy exercises twice today.

I went to Bible study this morning but left when the video started. It was too loud and the screen too big and that was bothering the issues I have again with stimuli Have not had those issues in years.

Went grocery shopping with my friend Deb. She help me carry in the groceries and then she ran to the library for me.

I am looking at different realtors thinking I might choose one and start my condo search.

hiker, you can go to realtor.com and do a search with the filters set for the type of home you want, in the areas you want. That's one way to do some research before you contact a realtor.

Gives you an idea of what might be around.

Thanks, Manna. I have done that. One level condos with no stairs and attached garage are very few in this town.

Contacted one recommended realtor today. Will meet with her next week. May go to some open houses Sunday. Really nice condos but they have basements and are a bit pricey.

Will give me ideas if I can build a one level in the area, though. A friend is selling one. I absolutely love it, but don’t want a finished basement. Maybe if she lowered the price a lot and installed a stairlift I would consider it. Lol

Went to physical therapy. Therapist was very pleased with progress and gave me the afternoon off and said only one session tomorrow. Seems that getting a few days a week where I only do one session instead of two or three helps.

Raining here now with thunderstorms. I love to sleep while it is raining and that will be the case tonight. ☔️

Did a load of laundry.

Went bonkers yesterday with house cleaning. Swept and mopped kitchen and bathroom floors. Wiped down kitchen cabinets and cleaned microwave. Polished and wiped down dining room table, chairs and china cabinets. Then did the same in the living room which took to much time because of knick knacks.

And if that wasn't enough I vacuumed.

Today I went with Josh antiquing and stuffed myself at the all you can eat country cooking buffet.

Ugh.....my tummy!

Good luck Hiker with the condo search!

Night all!

AK--Come on up and I will put you to work in my house. [Big Grin]

Did my shoulder exercises.

Met with a realtor for 2 hours and really liked her.

Had energy healing yesterday so taking it easy the rest of the day. Toxins are flowing.

Yes, AK .. my place could use a deep cleaning. My housekeeper is in and out in one hour.

I'm searching for a new one. She was better this last time and didn't tick me off. lol

Took Mom and 2 of her friends to ATL for a club get together. I went shopping and picked them up when they finished. From there I took them to an Asian market and drove home in a deluge.

Hiker I envy your energy healings! I sure could have used some after my cleaning mania! LOL!

TuTu I don't know how she can clean in one hour! I'm not even finished with our house yet. I only clean like this twice a year, thank God!

Off to relax gang!
