I have a position that requires travel from coast to coast and sometimes international. I travel multiple times a month in many cases. I do not usually have any fatigue during travel, but often when I return, I end up with a few days of fatigue. I think this is that I am really determined to do my best and burn up the store of energy. Then when I get home, the release of Adrenalin just craters to a low, kind of like a ahhh that is over.

I am mostly on the upswing from treatment for multiple years doing Abx, then did Buhner, back on Abx. I am now in a maintenance mode, feel better than I have in years. However, the travel is what does me in.

What do you do to combat fatigue? Do you take any boosters to be able to push through it or do you have some other magic bullet to help?

Thanks,
Bill

I relate. I think one of the best tips is to make sure you're getting enough sleep and rest while you're traveling, and also making sure you're eating enough and drinking plenty of water - keeping all of your needs met.

If you tend to have trouble sleeping when you travel, I recommend bringing a supplement to help you sleep, like Melatonin or Valerian Root.

"Rescue Sleep" from Bach Flower Remedies is fantastic and I very highly recommend it. It helps with calmness to help you be able to fall asleep. This is the link:

To help with energy (and immune system), I love Liposomal Vitamin C

I know it's hard, but try not to push yourself too hard when you're traveling. Rest when you need to rest, take naps during the day, and be mellow during the times of day when you aren't working.

I travel a lot to different cities and countries because of my work, although sometimes I get tired of it too

Traveling several times a month sounds cool. I wonder if you can do it during quarantine? I haven't been able to travel yet, although I wanted to. Honestly, I'm a little scared to leave the country yet, especially since my wife and I have already decided to move to California. We've been thinking about it for quite a while, and finally, we'll be able to do it. I tried to find more info about moving to California on one site. You can find helpful tips for yourself there too. I liked that the answers look big, and there is a lot of information in them, and some even have videos. I think I'll go there now for tips.
