I'm much better in the morning. Starting around 1 or 2 I start going downhill with the fatigue and brainfog.

I wake up like I've been hit by a bus or smacked in the head with a bat. Sometimes I can attribute to food, as in sugar or white flour items. NEVER do alcohol anymore. One drink is like a whole bottle come morning. Right now I am battling babesia.
A few years ago when it was Ehrlichia, Lyme & Bart, I woke up generally with a headache and very sore feet. Whole body ached. Mid afternoon I was so tired and naps did nothing. By evening I had chills and had to go to bed as early as life would allow.

I generally have some symptoms right before or exactly upon waking. Then I'm good until about 3:00 (plus or minus), then I can start getting symptoms.
I'll start getting sore soles at about 3pm. For me sore soles have almost always been an afternoon phenomenon. I have had the classic sore soles on waking also though.

Definitely the same for me. Still waiting to get to an LLMD as I've only been dealing with symptoms for a few months, but I can pretty much tell time by when i start to go downhill in the afternoon.
Don't have a Lyme diagnosis yet, but the more I read these boards, the more convinced i am that it is my problem.

I get the same thing. I'm couchbound by evening time.
Is it possible to take a nap in the afternoon or some sort of short rest? Our bodies are worn out by afternoon/evening hours is why we tend to feel worse at night.
This will get a bit better as time goes on and you start to get better.

mid morning and early afternoon and then again in the evening are my best times. My worst time is from mid afternoon until about 7:00 or so.
I take a nap every afternoon, too.

Same with me too. Only difference for me is that I usually wake up (well, once I actually get out of bed) and I feel pretty good. Seems by noon or so, I'm starting to feel fatigue, malaise and sometimes a headache.
It's so frustrating because every day starts out as the one that's maybe going to be the first symptom-free day. I guess eventually it will be. I hope so anyway.

My worst time is around 1:00 a.m. - 5:30 a.m. Then I am able to get some sleep. I wake up and I am able to go to work and and the second bout begins at around 2:30 until 8:00. The fatigue, the pain in my feet, neck and spine is bad. I am beginning to correlate this with the time I take my antibiotic Ceftin. Usually 4-5 hours after I have taken my antibiotic I usually feel very bad.
