Both are great options. I've used both A-BAB and Bab-1 along the way. You might want to have someone test you energetically with muscle testing or EDS to see what might be the best option for your unique body.

My son's LLMD just recommended the Healthy Directions for my son... anyone using these with success?

She uses them herself. She says she is having good success with them. Planning to wean herself off antibiotics once she gets up to full dose.

Yes. The one for Lyme is Bb-1.
Bart is Bar-1
and Babs is Bab-1

My LLMD gave me some nearly empty bottles for researching the ingredients. She told me they were empty, but I just noticed there are a few drops left in each... so I am going to have my NP muscle test us for them next week.

She says she likes these tinctures because they are in a base of vegetable glycerine and not alcohol...

Anyone have any info on vegetable glycerine?

When I spoke with Diane at Healthy Directions, she was kind enough to give me the ingredients for bab-1 and bar-1.

Bab-1
red clover, rue, wormwood, prickly lettuce, valerian, nettle leaf, and no alcohol base. It comes in a glycerine base and all of these products can be used together.

Bar-1
cat's claw, jamaican sarsaparilla, pau d' arco, burdock, blessed thistle, mullein, and oregon grape.

Each costs $40.00. for 1oz

When I went back to the website recently, I noticed it's no longer accessible to anyone but administrators.. Anybody know why?

I have used the Bb-1. It was a good option for me. I have been battling this disease for 8+yrs but have taken no abx for 2.5yrs now. Currently, samento keeps the little buggers at bay. Surprisingly, every winter gets better to the point that other than remembering to take the samento I don't notice the disease anymore.

Muscle testing is a great way to figure if these are good remedies for you and when they are best to take.

The fact they are not alcohol based is encouraging to me. I don't do well with alcohol anymore for some reason.

Here is a good thread on muscle testing.

It has helped my son and I cut down on supplements and add some that are helping us more.

What is the other website to purchase these from? I do not want to spend the money on a saliva test but interested in the products.
