Hi everyone- Happy Thanksgiving. I am wondering if anyone else has this symptom or an idea about how to help it...
I wake up in the night with bad pain and tingling in my hands/wrists, pain in my elbows and shoulders. The pain is bad enough to wake me up. The tingling feels like dead arm but painful.
This symptom only really comes out when I am not being treated or badly herxing. I am not being treated right now because I am waiting for a doc appointment with an LLMD in Jan. Oy.

Renny, I thought you were talking about me! I have painful hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, etc. Modtly left side so I try to not sleep on that side. Problem is, if I sleep on right side.......the right foot hurts like heck!
Lucky you, my symptoms are always there!

What do you think these are from? I have other symptoms chronically but this one seems to come and go. Though the last few nights have been very painful. WHY!?
I try to not sleep on my sides (my left is worse too) but then I wake up with them hurting and I am lying flat on my back or on my tum?
