I am unclear on whether I should treat babs and/or Bart. I know the LLMD should guide me, but ultimately we make our own decisions about treatment and I want to be well informed. From what I have read, it is not clear to me whether I have these coinfections.
My symptoms are as follows: GI symptoms are the worst (nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, mesenteritis), headaches and neck pain (all over head), neck cracking, back pain, severe leg pain, dizziness, tingling/pain in arms and hands, heart palps, fatigue, swollen glands in neck, low blood pressure, trouble falling/staying asleep etc. I don't really have very much of the neurocognitive stuff, though I would say mild anxiety.
Any thoughts on whether this sounds like babs, bart or solely Lyme? I just want to weigh the costs and benefits of treating these illnesses in addition to Lyme. My Quest blood tests for both babs and bart was negative. I am CDC positive on IGM for Lyme.

i would say you should treat both...the more I read, the more i understand that one should treat babs to be able to get rid of bart... But i hope others will come with some advice...
