Have babs and lyme w/cronic fatigue. High doses of B12 the hydro type sublingual 2000mcg three times a day = 6000 mcg is the only thing that allows me to get out of the house and act somewhat normal and be feel kindof healthy.

So question if it actually makes me feel healthier and stronger w/more energy should I worry about consequences of long term high dose B12 use?

BTW my dr says the hydro version of B12 keeps babs in check- and I after a few weeks use I think hes right. thanks, J

Extremely.

And 6000 mcg sublingul is not really that high of a dose. While we are all different, I had most benefit from 25 mg injections.

I think you just pee out what your body does not use...B12 is a water soluble vitamin.

I also have used multiple sublingual doses per day of the jarrow formulas methylb - I've read it's completely fine to do it. It's my natural stimulant/nerve protector, I love the stuff.
