Topic: Have you checked your Iodine levels recently?

Was placing a supplement order and realized I had not ordered any iodoral (supplemental iodine) in over a year. I did the skin test on hubby and his was gone in about 45 minutes (should have lasted 24 hours). Mine hung around about twice as long. His feet have been ice cold this winter and ginger tea warms up his body but not his feet. So I am going to put him back on iodoral. Bringing up some previous threads about the iodoral and iodine testing. Bea Seibert
