I started A-Bab Wednesday night, and I have been taking one drop twice a day. How often do you increase the drops and how much do you increase it each time?

Also, I would appreciate any comments on what you think of this product.

Thanks!

I thought you were up to 15-20 drops daily now? I'm confused. [Smile]

You begin with one drop on the first day, morning and evening. If no herx the next day you increase to two drops, morning and evening.

If you begin to herx you hold the dose and if necessary drop back down a drop. Do not increase the amount until all herxing has stopped.

Did you purchase Sydetox as well? This mitigates the herx very quickly. Apparently this herb works at all doses so no hurry to reach 15 drops twice a day.

Hope this helps.

It depends on how you respond to the drops. You could try going up a drop or two per day. If you get a big herx back down to last tolerable dose for a couple days then try increasing again when herx clears.

I took it slow with A-Bab and A-L increasing only 2-3 drops every couple days. Tolerated it well. With A-Bart I was a little impatient and decided to push my luck. Increased dose by 5 drops every couple days. Made it up to full dose quickly with no problem.

Haven't really noticed any improvements yet. I'm hoping to see some soon.

unssure455, thanks for your reply. I am herxing already from this stuff. Does that mean I skip a couple of doses?

I am not familiar with Sydetox. Is this Byron White also? Is it taken daily? Where can it be purchased?

Thanks!

Thanks sammy! I am herxing already. Did you herx from the A-Bab? How long have you been using it?

I don't know if I should skip a couple of doses.

Sammi - good to see you around. [Smile]

I am kind of glad that A-Bab is that sensitive to you so far - hope that's a good sign that it might work for you. My wife has gone from 5 drops to 15 drops in two days, with little to mention. She is pretty much done with the whole bottle now and I don't think it does much.

But hopefully it works for you.

And Sammy - good to see you too. Hope you are feeling better now. You still owe me a call. [Wink]

Hi all! Sorry to confuse with our names. It is pretty funny and amazing that we see the same doctor too [Smile]

Sammi, I haven't had a noticeable herx with A-Bab, A-Bart, or A-L yet. If you are having a slight herx I think that you are supposed to stay at that dose until you feel better. If you have a strong herx then you are supposed to stop for a couple days until it clears then start back at a lower dose.

I haven't been on A-Bart very long, maybe about 2 wks. I've been taking A-Bab and A-L for about 6wks, still have half the bottles left.

wtl, thanks. I am very sorry that A-Bab does not seem to be helping your wife.

Treatment results for these diseases can vary so much individually. We each just have to keep at it until we find what works for our case.
