I'm on the 2nd month of the condensed cowden protocol....recently reached 30 drops 2xday of banderol and samento....herxed for a couple of days...reduced samento and banderol by a few drops and now doing better.
LLMD wants me to begin taking a-bab and a-bart along with cowden herbs separated from each other by 20 minutes or so....I'm wondering if anyone has done this....what was your experience?
Thank you! JJ

Hmm. I was given the choice of cowden or BWF. I thought they were sort of different means to the same end.

I am doing ABX, Mepron, cowden (samento, enula, banderol) and White (A-bab) at the same time.
I take the ABX and Mepron together. I take the herbs at least 2hrs away from those. Usually Enula in the morning, A-Bab in the afternoon, and Samento in the evening.

I take 3 herbs a day. Samento, enula or baderol (depending on the week), and A-Bab.
