I moved up by 3 until I had aggravation in symptoms.

Then once it cleared I went up 3 again.

I do think sometimes you can go too slow. I used to & unfortunately you just aggravate the buggers and they reproduce and you slowly decline.

Just my opinion.

Especially us younger folk : )

I have been on BWF for about 3 weeks and went
up rather quick as I am from the school of
aggressive tx.

I started with 5 drops 2 x day
of Bart and then added the Babs and then lyme
drops. I am up to 10 drops of all 3-- 2 x day.
I have to say I did get terrible headaches
at first and it dose give me quite a bit
of a rush/anxiety but other then that I feel I am
doing well. BTW I am still on abx too.

Now my LLMD at first said it is ok to mix all 3 in the same glass with water but the other day
said the sight reccs are to seperate them?

I have not done that yet so I hope it is not
canceling each other out by mixing? If so any one know how long to seperate each one apart from the other???

Also is it on an empty stomach or with food???
I thought I read it was empty stomach but
LLMD says it should not really matter hum???

Stacey, if you go to www.bioresourceinc.com, there is lots of info that can help you find out the answer to this and other questions about the BW Formulas.

I see in the FAQ part that, if , like you, you are using more than one of them, you should separate them by 20 to 40 minutes. Ther is further advice about good times to take them, so I would recommend reading all the info there,

Carry

I can only manage 2/3 of a drop a day of A Bart: herxed & then cleared: feeling much better. It directly addressed my last symptoms: tachycardia, anxiety, and bizarre kinds of tickly-pain in spine & hips.

ukcarry,

Thanks for the info as my LLMD and or I
clearly do not have the correct information.

I was sent a packet of information regarding
the use but it must now have contained that
part. I will ck out the site as I do not want
to waste these products or interfere with possible
success.
