I have been on this stuff for some time and am getting better. My local pharmacy last month recently filled my prescription but only gave me a weeks worth of Biaxin which is typically yellow in color.
The next day, I went back and they gave me the balance of my monthly refill but these were colored white. A note was included that the only difference was the color, probably from a different plant or supplier. I have herxed like hell on the white stuff for the past three weeks, much like my early treatment of Lyme. No energy, brain fog, headaches, etc.
A couple days ago, I got another refill and went back to the typical yellow stuff again and I feel much better.
Has anyone experienced this variability in well being while taking the same med?

i just wanted to chime in and say mine are orange!
But maybe they were out of the ones you usually get and gave you a stronger dose without labeling it properly? Pharmacies are run by people, and people make mistakes, Just a thought? Higher dose, herx.. who knows!

YES, I experienced something very similar when the generic version changed. I always wondered.
