I have mixed emotions...
On one hand I am scared and nervous and on the other hand I am cautiously hopeful and excited.

I know its a big step, but once you've made the decision to go with antibiotics, it's the best way to go, in my opinion. I had one for like 9 months and have now switched to a Hickman Central line. Hope your treatment goes well.

Blessings to you!

What you are feeling is normal. The nervousness will pass. The procedure will go well and you'll get used to having the PICC line.

Hang onto the hope and excitement. That's what you need to carry you through to wellness.

Hugs, we'll be here for you.

Thanks everyone, I'm leaving in 10 minutes!
I am taking all your good thoughts and support with me along with all your good advice.

They are probably not going to be happy with me due to all my questions, but I like being an informed patient.
