I woke up yesterday with pain in right hand and lower arm.
It almost feels like pressure and squeezing too.
My LLMD who does ART keeps saying I'm lyme free which I don't believe is even possible.
Does this sound like a relapse?

Were you sleeping funny on it-could also be a nerve entrapment syndrome-do you have neck issues?

Can you see thoracic Outlet issues on an MRI?

I think there is a pulse test you can do as well. If it is TOS, you should be able to make it better with body position or arm positon, posture, etc.

So is the TOS, always neurological? Or are you saying it varies?

tos can be from nerve, arteries/veins, or both.
I do not know if i have it for sure, but have been told by a surgeon. But pain in your brachial plexus, arm pain, muscle wasting in hand and shoulder all seeem like TOS.
Now how do we fix it if lyme caused it? i dont know.

I'm having issues with my left arm/hand for the past few days.
On Thursday, I did a 5-minute puppet show, and even during the show, I thought I wouldn't get through it, my arm hurt so bad and I could hardly move my hand to make the puppet work.
Now today I have muscle weakness/achiness in that arm that feels as bad as when I first started with lyme and o. 3 years ago.
Is this normal? Or is something else going on?

The left pain seems to be a common theme.
