Please reply only with the number of your average white blood cell count (so this poll will be easier to read).

white count is 5.5 range:(4.5-11.0)

I have been sick over 25 yrs. and have never had an abnormal white count. What I have had is a low ESR of 4 or 5, consistently low lymphocytes, and high neutrophils. All of these indicate stealth bacterial infection but are considered "normal" by my non-Lyme literate M.D.

Mine is currently 3.

Has been as low as 1.9 and this was on routine blood work prior to lyme diagnosis.

Cannot recall the last time my WBC was higher than 3.8 in the last 8 years or so.

My last one was 2.4.

I will be having one this week and will let you know what mine is again.

My white count is consistently low and after 1 year of abx I am taking a break..herbs and rife only.

12 - 15 over last few years. Doesn't this rule out Lyme as the cause? I was diagnosed with positive Elisa three times since 2005. Now Clinically diagnosed with Bart and Lyme.

But can it be Lyme with always getting high out of range wbc?

Beagle-My doc says that with a very few patients she sees a rise in WBC's. Mine went from normal to around 13 as I progressed in treatment. My WBC's were never low, even when I was extremely ill.

Beagle- wish I could answer your question!!

WBC here has been consistently between 9.4 and 10.9 since dx in Nov 2010 and 2 weeks ago- after 1st abx treatment

I was kinda expecting they would drop/hoping anyway

?????
