I can barely use my left hand & arm & it's really numb. Is there anything I can do or do I just have to ride it out?
Also, why is it usually only on my left side? I'm ambidextrous but my writing IS much neater with my left so maybe I use it more. Don't know if that has anything to do with it.....

Hi Jennifer Wow, I am reading more and more about left sided (what would appear to be Bart? I am not a doctor) symptoms on this forum.
My bart symptoms seem to be generally left-sided too.
When I used to wake up with two fingers curled up immobile and dead asleep into the palm of my hand, I would have to take my right hand to move them around and wake them up. It took some doing, but they did eventually wake up.
I don't know how your case compares to mine and how well this would work for you. Worth a try?
I am glad to say that after less than six months on the herbs I have been using, Bar 1 by Beyond Balance, that those symptoms are completely gone. I took a year off and no relapse. I do still get numbness and tingling there, but that too is happening less frequently now that I am back on the therapy and it's residual when it does happen.
Signs of hope!
This is my own personal experience and not medical advice, neither is it guaranteed to be the same result for everybody else. We are all different.
