Has anyone heard of a goat milk fast or goat milk cleanse to help kill parasites?
My LLMD said a patient of his had tried it and reported that it was one of the most effective natural things they'd done. My doc didn't know the details but thought I could it on the web. I searched online and can't find anything.
And unfortunately, I guess that patient is some sort of practitioner themselves so they won't advise anyone on it or share the info.
I'm open to suggestions or ideas on this if you know anything. thanks

I've only heard of a kefir fast, where watered-down kefir (can be made with goat's milk) is the only thing eaten for days. It's supposedly very effective, and they use it in many eastern countries for curing many ailments.
I'm guessing this is what they're referring to, because I think most people would agree that it's not very beneficial (many would say it's harmful) to eat unfermented dairy products.
The kefir fast is explained in the book "Body Ecology Diet". Tell me if you want more specifics.

Thanks for the refence on the Body Ecology Diet.
Okay, I did the goat milk fast. Apparently, the goat milk is supposed to attract parasites to the gut and then you take anti-parasite herbs several times/day to kill them. The doctor I got this from said "it would not fail" if I followed the protocol exactly, which I did. But honestly, I was suspicious of anything that promises 100% success. But I followed it all to the letter.
In my opinion, IF it helped, it didn't help much. And I'm already skinny and lost 5 pounds in a week. But I'm posting this in case someone else is curious about the whole thing.
The protocol was: 1. 8 days, goat milk only. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. No other food, beverages are allowed except water & 1 cup coffee/day. They said you could also do cow's milk if you'd rather but goat milk is more nutritious and just to drink as much as you needed to curb hunger.
2. I was "energetically" tested for parasites and only shown to have what the "doc" referred to as the lyme parasite, but I know that's not true because I still have babesia symptoms.
3. They directed me to take 2 caps of the anti-parasite herbs every 2 hours w/ the goat milk. My herbs consisted of a proprietary formula from the doc that contained Cranberry, Cayenne & Slippery Elm. No exact quantities of each item in caps was provided.
4. They also provided a "colon builder" product to use as needed and it contained Kelp, Dulse, Slippery Elm, Senna, Cranberry & Cascara Sagrada.
5. when the fast was over, I was instructed to take the following 30 min before a meal: 1/4 pepsin with 1 Tbsp. glycerine added to warm water. And I was to continue the herbs for several more days. Supposedly the pepsin & glycerine cleans out the unhealthy mucous in the intestines and helps establish healthy digestion.
6. and last but not least I was told to the following during the fast, 1x each. a) take 2 clorox bath: 1/2c into tub of HOT water, soak for 20-30 min. Use only chlorox brand. b) Sea Salt & Baking Soda bath: 1 lb pure sea salt + 1 lb of baking soda. Soak for 20-30 min in HOT water. c) Apple Cider vinegar bath: 1 qt of apple cider vinegar into a HOT tub, soak for 30 min.
I'm not sure I'd do it again and if I did, I'd take additional anti-parasite herbs not just the stuff they sold me with cayenne.

Parasites love dairy. Eat cheese etc entering full moon - that is when they are up and about ready for their honeymoon to replicate. Also the time when people afflicted with parasites sort of show it! in their behavior/"need a doctor right now", etc.
I have never heard of a successful parasite clearing in all body compartments, including the brain, without the use of different pharmaceuticals. Dr. K. finds that use of herbals is good, but takes many months and the toxins left behind from the herbals are not beneficial. Pharmaceuticals can be done in a 6 week course and possible extended or repeated at a later time.
Suggest reading Simon Yu/Accidental Cure - lots of good info.
Take care.

I agree that pharmaceuticals are key. I've done just about all of them now (including Dr K's parasite protocol) for extended periods of time, so we were willing to try some alternative stuff.

Do you think you got rid of all the parasites with the pharmaceuticals?

No. I've taken all parasite pharms that my doc recommended (far too many to list) and I still have at least the babesia parasite which I've treated for almost 5 years aggressively. It keeps coming back if I stop meds, even if I STILL keep taking anti-bab herbs, it always comes back so far.
HOPEFULLY I only have babesia now, but it just seems like nothing kills all of them completely. Hopefully the meds work well enough on most parasites that our bodies will eventually take over. I DO think the pharms lowered my load dramatically because my energy increased like never before.

If you're looking for something natural, try drinking tonic water. Maybe the quinine in it can help kill the babs.
