My LLNP emailed me last night about trying Low Dose Naltrexone to see if we can raise my CD57 that way.

She also said the other herb she would recommend now is Siberian Ginseng by Herb Pharm.

Anyone been on either of them? Thoughts? Thank you!

I am as well and like it. You need to get one without calcium, maybe compounded or even cream.
There is a good and cheap pharmacy, I can pm.

Try it immediately but start very low the first days.

I am on it also, if you need any info feel free to ask.

I have seen people in other forums raise their CD57 scores with it.

The Herb Pharm Siberian Ginseng is amazing!

Take it in morning and lunch (4pm if needed - nothing after 4)

Also after 2-3 months take a 2 week break from it.
It can be very stimulating so start slow.

Thank you everyone!! My LLNP also mentioned no later than 4pm w/ the Siberian Ginseng. Out of curiosity do you know why??

Karenl would love the name of the good/cheap pharmacy. If you could please pm.

Tricia--sent you a pm! Let me know when you can about the local pharmacy (cost and also your experience).

Thank you!!!

AnnaOD20, I found the best price for LDN to be Gideon's Pharmacy in NY, 212-575-6868. If you get more than a one month supply, it is cheaper because you pay only one shipping cost.
