Did you guys know this? I was thrilled to pick up my prescription today and find out it cost $5 instead of $70! The pharmacist lady said that levaquin just recently went generic! Whoo hoo! Now, if they'd hurry up and make Mepron generic, it would help us all out tremendously!

I'm guessing the generic will still have the same dangerous side effects though

Yes, unfortunately Levaquin isn't for everyone. I pulse it and it has saved my life. I guess I've been fortunate that it works so well for me. I do get anxious, weepy, and can't sleep while on it, but it has ended my full-body muscle spasms, shooting nerve pain, and heart palpitations. I feel I can live again since I started pulsing it 2 years ago.

Nice, thanks for the heads up.

I just did 2 weeks or so of levaquin. Have to take a break for awhile, it was hardcore. Back on Zithromax while I take a break and enjoying a breakthrough in bart symptoms like never before.

Levaquin rules, just have to take high quality magnesium and brown seaweed to detox the flouride (iodine).

And, take breaks. No way I can do this stuff full time.

Yeah, I just noticed today when it was $10 instead of my regular co-pay of $20. I think mine is from Lupin.

Starting my 3rd month of it. Gotten some benefits from it, but still have a lot of symptoms remaining. Hoping another month or two will knock Bart out for good.

For those who take it, is there a preferred time of day? With or without food? I just take it first thing in the morning with my Synthroid, to avoid any mineral interactions.

I take mine last thing at night with no food. I'm more likely to sleep thru some of the bad side effects that way.
