I took it on empty stomach but i think it has garlic in it... so you may need to take with food.

I took it with other things - no problem there.

and I worked up to 22 drops of A Bart and A Babs in less than 3 weeks [Big Grin]

Not rare to move up that fast I guess (I'm not saying to do that either)

How about taking it alongside Samento and Banderol?

Ideally you are supposed to take all of the Byron White formulas 30min before eating and a couple hours away from other antibiotics and supplements. That's hard for most of us to do.

My doctor said to go ahead and take the drops before eating (15-30min) then take my other supplements and antibiotics after eating. Said patients still responded well when taking them this way.

sammy is correct. BW products work best when taken 30 minutes before eating and by themselves.I was also instructed to hold them in my mouth for 30-60 seconds before swallowing.

I was just at my LLMD yesterday and he wants me to start A-Bart.

This is the instructions on the paper he gave me that goes along with A-Bart and Byron White Herbals:

>Store formulas on a non-metallic surface away from EMF's like cell phones, computers, fans, etc.

>Formulas are best used on an empty stomach or at least 30 minutes before eating.

>Shake bottle vigorously.

>Succuss the mixture by hitting the bottom of the bottle six times on the palm of your hand before taking drops.

>Add the drops to 1/4 to 1/2 oz of chlorine-free water (like bottled and definitely not tap) in a glass or ceramic cup only. Swish the glass. Do not stir with anything metal.

>Take the formula into your mouth and hold it there for 30 to 60 seconds, allowing the energetics to spread through all the energetic pathways and be well absorbed and then swallow.
