I just read ACV is good for lyme.. The only thing I can take and feel good about but did read you could herx from it. I also like garlic, not sure if either helps but interesting.

I have had a horrible sinus infection and ear problems and someone told me to drink ACV in water for the sinus issue.. I started yesterday morning and by night I was feeling some better now not sure if it was the ACV or just the timing.

While I was reading or googling ACV that is where I came upon ACV and lyme.

Phyl...

I started taking 1 tablespoons x 2/day of Braggs ACV (with the Mother) over a year ago. At the time doing research on this site it was said to help with gut issues and reduce risk of yeast infection. So far so good... it's just part of my daily suppliment regime.

My husband makes apple cider out of it for my kids. He doesn't really put any juice in it, just ACV, hot water and honey. Not sure if the honey is ok if you're worried about candida but ...

I take it first thing in am diluted in 1/4 cup of warm water. Sometimes I just take a swig straight from the bottle.

Evening dose is taken neat.

Shots are not recommended... can burn the pipe on way down.

Nasty stuff.

I think it tastes amazingly good, it's great for detoxing through a major herx too if you add lemon juice.

I use this when I get the heartburn attack! I mix it w/ warm water and tad of Raw organic honey.

Otherwise I use this to make salad dressing. I also get the Organic Braggs w/ Mother.

Organic apple cider vinegar in water with some good honey thins the blood and starts moving things including the CCSVI affected veins.
The honey has antimicrobial effects and does its part. Besides it tastes great.

Besure you follow it with binders to help remove any neurotoxins from the system.

Hamamelis has similar effects -- a few drops in water.

But again, whenever you start opening up plugged up areas, mostly neck, etc., you need to follow with binders to avoid recirculation and reabsorption of toxins.

Take care.

Yes, I mix it with water, 1 tablespoon in 6 to 8 oz of water, 3 times a day with meals. I drink hot green tea with honey and lemon maybe I should mix the honey with the ACV but like it with the tea. Try to eat a lot of fresh garlic, oh do I smell good..

Yeah, the mother! [Big Grin]

I use it as a salad dressing with Hemp oil (omega-3s!) and Eden Shake

http://www.edenfoods.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=109940

and

iodine salt

http://www.seaveg.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=18&products_id=82

Half live-apple-cider-vinegar, half hemp-oil, one teaspoon of Eden-Shake and one quarter teaspoon of the sea-veg-salt in an old (washed) ghee jar, tighten the lid and shake it all up = great salad dressing!

I eat it over greens, like Romaine, Arugula, parsley, cilantro, spring mix, sprouts, etc. all mixed together - yumm! [lick]

Gigi - when you say plugged-up areas like the neck, can this mean neck symptoms like muscle spasms and unstable vertebrae, which is what I have? And if so, have you seen apple cider vinegar correspond to easing of neck symptoms? And what binders are you referring to? Thx -

Gigi, can correct me, but I believe she is referring to binders like chlorella, activated charcoal, or microsilica. Activated charcoal will soak up everything - toxins, other supplements you take near it, etc, and can cause constipation, so I wouldn't use that one daily.

I made a fabulous salad dressing with Bragg's ACV, Really Raw Honey, and South River adzuki bean miso, (which is unpasteurized and full of enzymes/probiotics), olive oil, and water.

I also sometimes just do a glass of water with a tablespoon of Bragg's and a tablespoon of Really Raw Honey.

I don't think I'd take the vinegar straight, just because my teeth don't need all that acid.

I like braggs with Olive oil. It doesn't bother me. It is good for you. And it is good for Lyme.

I have a honeycomb from a local beekeeper, and I chew on a little bit daily.
