I just started incorporating flagyl two days a week in a row last week (so ive been on it a total of 4 days) I definatly noticed a hex from it. felt sooooo sore all over and just really crappy. thats why ive decided to step up the detox baths to help things along
I was originaly taking a few detox baths a week- 4 cups of epsom salt and 32 oz of hydrogen peroxide- soak for 20 minutes. but this past week and a half or so ive stepped it up to 6 cups epsom salt and 64 oz of hydrogen peroxide
everything was fine. until today for some reason. i took a detox bath and it WIPED ME OUT BIG TIME. i feel like im herxing. head feels floaty;. its really weird. ive had a bunch of these during the past 2 weeks and I dont know why this one is so bad
only thing i can think of is my grandmothers bathroom doesnt have a fan in it. and the one at my house does. i took the bath at her p;lace today
how often should the detox baths be taken? am i doing anything wrong?!!? please let me know i dont want to cause more problems!

I don't think you are doing anything wrong. The instructions I read said to stay in the bath 1 hour, adding hot water to keep the water hot the entire time. This keeps your pores open.
Also, to drink warm water the entire time in the bath (to rehydrate yourself so as not to get dehydrated). So, maybe you got dehydrated.
You are supposed to feel totally limp and just fall into bed after the bath. That's how I always felt.
I never used the bathroom fan.
I think a few times per week is good.
My doc told me to eat lemons and drink lots of water all during treatment. The lemons are a natural cleanser of the body. Cut them up and squeeze them into the water. Really helps with herxes. He wanted me to eat 4 lemons per day.

I alternate my detox baths between Epsom baths, and peat baths. The peat baths are a tube of a specific mud (also called Moor Mud) that you dump into a hot bath and soak for 20 minutes. I get mine from my LLMD, but you can buy them online as well. They are not cheap, at about$ 8 a pop. This is why I alternate them w/Epsom baths.
The mud is the same that they use in fancy spas for detoxifying mud wraps. Our local Aveda spa does them. I think they are more effective than the Epsom baths. If you are wanting to intensify yours bath regimen, this might be a good alternative. If you are interested and not sure what or where to get them, just PM me and I will send you a link.
As to your question, it sounds like you are doing them right. I have never used hydrogen peroxide, but I have read about other people using it too. I think you can expect to herx from them sometimes. I am usually pretty wiped out from them. And I do them daily when I need to.
