Before, I would sleep well for a couple weeks and then not so well....even before lyme. I just chalked it up to hormone issues.

However, since starting Amoxy & A-Bart 3 weeks ago, I cannot get enough sleep. I set my alarm and get up several times to take meds, but then crawl back in bed and sleep more. I am exhausted, yet I am sleeping 9-10 hours every night and napping during the day.

Could it be Amoxy or A-bart? Also still taking Malarone, Biaxin, plaquenil.

Thanks, Jamers.

I hope A-Bart is working! It would be worth feeling so exhausted.

How much A-Bart are you taking? Maybe you need to cut back on the dose.Have you tried anything for a herxhiemer? Alka-Seltzer Gold and glutathione work well for me.

I am only at 7 drops twice daily.

I don't really feel like it's a herx, but maybe I'm wrong.

I usually have severe back pain with a herx. Is a bart herx different that others?

I can't seem to get past 2 drops 2xs a day of A-Bart without herxing like crazy and feeling SUPER tired again is definitely part of it for me. I'm on other stuff too, but I started the A-Bart before the other herbals and I herxed almost immediately.

I would stop the Abart for a few days and start back up slowly. I had to cut back to 2 drops twice a day and that is as high as my llmd wants me to go right now.

I sleep tons with w/ABART but it feels good after yrs of no sleep. I think its healing. I am up to 17 drops 2X a day.

I also take ABABS 8/8 and down to AV 3/3. All dosed energy tested.

Herxes with ABart have been feet, calf, frontal headache, and exhausted. I love Byron White herbals

I'm sleeping like a brick on A-bart, 8+ hours a night. Definitely not the norm throughout the course of my bart symptoms.
