My 20 yo son (Lyme with lots of arthritis since May 2009) takes RibosCardio by Researched Nutritionals on the recommendation of his LLMD. He has joint pain that slows him down (he was an athlete) so it's hard to tell how much it helps with energy.
The LLMD also recommends a product called MitoFuel by Davinci Labs which has more ingredients.
They are supposed to help energy by supporting mitochondrial function.
Who knows... it is so hard to tell and the supps all cost so much.

Check out coconut water. It's antifungal, antibacterial and antiparasitic. It's loaded with vitamins and minerals and a great energy drink. A delicious drink cold.
